What truly set Ryan apart was his remarkable flexibility. He went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and unique circumstances (moving out of state and closing on 2 homes at the same time), ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. His communication was prompt and clear, and he was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small. Thanks to Ryan's dedication and expertise, I was able to secure the loan I needed with ease. There was a time that my call was answered by someone in close quarters with other operators. She hesitated and apparently asked her monitor how to answer. I actually heard that person say, "Just tell her yes." It was soon after that I was talking to you and I was always felt satisfied that I had a complete answer from you. Even if I got a bit confused explaining what you said to my husband, you were very kind and pleasantly repeated it for me. Thank you. One more mention, the lady who came to our house for signing the papers was rude. I am not going to powder coat it, she was rude. Just wanted to throw the papers at us and have us sign so she could dance out the door. . I had an accident and I believe because of the high doses of meds in the Critical Care Unit I now have some cognitive issues. If I needed to ask her again about the place(s) to sign, her attitude was abrupt and harsh. At one point, when I tried to ask a question, she harshly scolded me for not reading the entire contract before she got there. I should have let you know sooner but I felt I had to wait a bit. Keep up the good work sir."

"Paula help me I told her what I was going through she listened she said she could help me I told her about my family members who are rocket people they got their homes to rocket and my sister says ...Paula help me I told her what I was going through she listened she said she could help me I told her about my family members who are rocket people they got their homes to rocket and my sister says give them a chance they will help you and I didn’t think it was going to happen I pray cried and cried and cried but Miss Paula has such a sweet voice and she said oh I can help you just have to do this this than that and so I did what she said to you I knew I didn’t have the monies at the time when I signed up for this I’m retired and I took on a job just to help myself with some little other bills and see if anybody need help I tell you ask for Mrs.Paula Z. her and her company helped me I can’t speak enough of her they give her five stars off I can give her all the stars in the moon I would that’s how much I felt she helped me to get me through what I’ve been struggling with for a long time My sister Cinnie praises you my brother Jay praises you said rocket mortgage is the best place to go I don’t know who they had as their representative but Mrs.Paula z."

Jeremy was one of many who contacted me based on that partial inquiry and I was impressed with his messages so I called him when I was ready to move forward. He is very personable and has great communication skills. I was set on getting a personal loan that didn't include refinancing my home. However, Jeremy was able to show me the value of refinancing and still achieving the financial goals that I had. He is very prompt at keeping appointments and went out of his way to fit our appointments into my busy schedule. That included evenings, weekends and even a call when he was ill. I've moved to the next phase of the process and have a new contact. However, I know that if I need Jeremy for something he is available to take my call.
