We were exploring the opportunity to refinance and had just started shopping around. When we first connected with Julian, I had expressed our goals - reduce the term from 20 to 15 years and take advantage of the low market rates. He threw out some numbers (rate and estimated payment) that sounded very appealing and said "what if I can make that happen?" We continued with Julian and Rocket Mortgage while also continuing to keep our eye on other lenders to ensure we were getting the best deal. Never once did any other lender come close to giving us the deal we got! We felt informed and up to date throughout the entire process as he remained in close contact with us to check in often. The close was smooth and efficient, and we truly appreciated his guidance and expertise."

He coached me on how to call the credit agency and have the issue corrected. It took 5 minutes and increased my credit score with that agency by 39 points! He also informed me that one of the remaining two credit agencies had the same error listed. Although that agency is a bit slower to process, I have the opportunity to raise my score with that agency by approximately 40 points as well. All of this great info was delivered in a clear, casual style that made him a pleasure to work with. Thanks Jeremy! You made a positive difference in my world!"

No question never went unanswered, his patience and determination to help me purchase my home, early mornings, weekends and at times even weekends. Buying a home is supposed to be one of the happiest times of someone’s life and it has been for me, but during the process my family suffered the worst pain my family has ever felt or endured, the passing of my younger brother. The compassion, kindness and sincerity Chris showed I am forever grateful. I like to think my brother played a part from above to help with the final steps at closing. There was a time that my call was answered by someone in close quarters with other operators. She hesitated and apparently asked her monitor how to answer. I actually heard that person say, "Just tell her yes." It was soon after that I was talking to you and I was always felt satisfied that I had a complete answer from you. Even if I got a bit confused explaining what you said to my husband, you were very kind and pleasantly repeated it for me. Thank you. One more mention, the lady who came to our house for signing the papers was rude. I am not going to powder coat it, she was rude. Just wanted to throw the papers at us and have us sign so she could dance out the door. . I had an accident and I believe because of the high doses of meds in the Critical Care Unit I now have some cognitive issues. If I needed to ask her again about the place(s) to sign, her attitude was abrupt and harsh. At one point, when I tried to ask a question, she harshly scolded me for not reading the entire contract before she got there. I should have let you know sooner but I felt I had to wait a bit. Keep up the good work sir."
