I started June 1st, was gone for 10 days during the processing period, and will wrap up by July 19th. Rocket delivered. During this 45 day period Lauren responded to my emails immediately - even at 9pm. She was professional, informative, and up-beat every time. She followed my loan, always knew who I was and where I was in the process and got answers to my various questions from others at Rocket and got right back to me. If you are considering Rocket, who wouldn’t, ask for Lauren Lee."

He was always available to answer my questions and give me the facts to make the right decision to use One Reverse Mortgage for my home equity loan. I needed to move this along so I could get discounts with my contractors doing home updating. HE listens HE reassures. HE IS the best rep I have ever worked with. I soon started to realize that Christopher was the ...I started this venture applying for a mortgage with 4 providers. Initially I was discouraged because my hopes to purchase a home felt out of reach. I soon started to realize that Christopher was the only loan expert that was proactively and consistently reaching out to me, where the other 3 were not. At first, I wasn't so confident I could meet the budget numbers that I worked up to assure I wouldn't overextend myself. I came close to giving up. The more I expressed my target numbers the more Christopher went to work. To be candid it took a couple of rounds of effort on Christopher's part, yet he found the way. Along the way he listened and most importantly he cared. Still loan shopping Christopher was the only expert reaching out to me and working diligently to win my business. I saw him creatively working with his team and leadership until the numbers met my budget. Once completed Christopher worked closely with me walking me through the approval process and again assuring me, he has my interests as his priority. During this time by the way I just started a new job which required a move to a new state, and I was going through a lot. My interactions with Christopher were always a pleasure and professional. We did however find a little time to share a few laughs along the way. I closed on my beautiful home 2 days ago and couldn't be more pleased. I don't know how to express my thanks to Christopher other than to say, "THANK YOU for a job well done, my friend." I knew that it was a good idea to shop around, but that is only useful if you know what to look for. By chance, I had an ad for Rocket Mortgage on my Mint app and decided to follow through, and I'm so glad I did. I was paired up with Jimmy. He took the time to listen to my life, my finances, and my needs. He explained and re-explained details about the process ENDLESSLY. I was very ignorant about the financial realm of home-buying, and fortunately he was very patient. He talked with me many times even BEFORE I signed a document to do the mortgage officially with Rocket. He secured the best deal for me, helping me choose based on my end goal of low down payments. I would highly recommend him!"

The speed (2 days) at which we were approved and the time to apply and close (1 week) on our refinance was impeccable and unprecedented for us. We pinched ourselves how quick and easy it was. We held off refinancing for two years because of the long and inconvenient process traditional lenders take to refinance and time requirements for the applicants. Tom electronically verified our employment, W2 pay history, our bank statements, etc. Some of the convenience depends on the individual’s employer and financial institution’s tech capabilities, nonetheless, it was a breeze on our part! Getting the lowest rate isn’t always the most important factor in a loan and Tom reminded us we should think about our goals before applying. We went through a needs review discussion with us and found the best loan structure (less cash at closing) to meet our needs. He knows how to cut through the bureaucracy and also explain in layman’s terms complex mortgage concepts. We highly texokmwnd it!"

I was very scared, unsure, hurt and frankly did not know what to do or how to start the process to refi and have my abusive ...I reached out to Rocket via an online form and received a call from Sam. I was very scared, unsure, hurt and frankly did not know what to do or how to start the process to refi and have my abusive ex-husband taken off the loan. From other lenders I was told immediately "NO" and my ex-husband said I could have the house but 'NO ONE" would ever help me get a loan. It would be impossible because of my credit history which included a dismissed Chapter 13. It felt like an impossible battle, but I had faith that someone could help and God orchestrated a phone call with Sam. Sam was the first and only loan agent that listened to me, explained my situation and allowed me to cry :) She was encouraging, but did not over promise, Sam provided directions and advice and she never once made me "feel small" or like there was no hope. After the call she connected me with Jon to assist with my credit and he as well was phenomenal. I did everything they asked me to do. When Sam said she believed she could help me, I don't think she knew what ride we were about to take. I am sure that many of you have heard the stories. It was not easy to get to closing and despite what my family and friends said, I knew that I could trust Sam through this process. Sam showed me that people do care and even in the tough situations she handled it all with grace, kindness, empathy and professionalism. I could not say enough about Sam and Rocket Mortgage. Because of Sam and Rocket my grand-daughter and I have a home that we can call our own. There is so much more I could say! I pray that Rocket continues to help others as you have helped me. I don't know how you reward your employees at Rocket but whatever you do Sam Camilleri deserves it and more!! Gwyneth does things differently. When we first talked with her she stayed on the phone with us while I uploaded all the required documents to our new portal. She answered all our questions as we went along and by the time we were off the phone we had the application in process, most of our documents uploaded and we knew the likely terms of the loan we would be getting. Other questions did later arise and Gwyneth was always prompt in getting back to us with answers. When she was out of the office she saw to it that anything that came up would be handled properly by one of her associates. It was less than 4 weeks ago that we first started the application, and today our loan has been closed. We have never had a transaction go so smoothly or efficiently. She knows what she is doing and does it in a very professional and pleasant manner."
