We had discussed a consolidation of our first and ...When our efforts to refinance our first mortgage fell through due to incompetence on the lender as a whole, I contacted John at Rocket Mortgage. We had discussed a consolidation of our first and second with him earlier but due to some mitigating circumstances that wasn't going to happen. Where as our last attempt with that "other" lender took 4 months of our time before finally telling us that it would be best if we withdraw our loan and start again in 45 days, John had our refinance closed in 3 weeks!! He didn't do anything different that the other but he sure as hell did it better!! Anytime someone asks me about mortgage loans, I will send them John's way. And, a huge plus, I am a Michigander at heart and a Lions fan. So nice to deal with someone back home who likes the Lions too!!"

He coached me on how to call the credit agency and have the ...Jeremy has been awesome to deal with! He super easy to talk to and understand. He found an error on my credit report that I had missed. He coached me on how to call the credit agency and have the issue corrected. It took 5 minutes and increased my credit score with that agency by 39 points! He also informed me that one of the remaining two credit agencies had the same error listed. Although that agency is a bit slower to process, I have the opportunity to raise my score with that agency by approximately 40 points as well. All of this great info was delivered in a clear, casual style that made him a pleasure to work with. Thanks Jeremy! You made a positive difference in my world!"

I continued filling out but stopped. I assume Jacqueline saw my attempt at filling out the form, she asked if she could help. I thought it was some kind of scam since she asked for my SS # I tried to close but she typed a few words that made me think it wasn’t a scam. As we were communicating with each other via messaging, she told me she can save me $$ since she saw what my financial situation is. As soon as she stated that, I thought how could she know about my financial situation. I realized that she got my information via a Rocket Mortgage customer via my name. Jacqueline worked out what could be paid off and what I could save. I decided to go for it. I have had a great experience with corresponding with Ms Jacqueline throughout my ordeal with my second Rocket Mortgage loan. If I had any problems she would guide me through via text messsge or call. Ms Jacqueline is an awesome benefit for Rocket Mortgage since she’s very knowledgeable of her work. Ms Jacqueline is very friendly and helpful in certain situation. Ms Jacqueline is always in communication with me as the loan is being processed. I consider her a friend after what I went through with this loan. I would definitely recommend her time to others for a mortgage!!"

Words and phrases that come to mind, Caring, Professional, Efficient, and most of all someone you not only want on your team or in your corner, but absolutely know that they are through every interaction and action they take. I guess long story short, we compared and dealt with half a dozen companies and people in shopping for an equity loan, and when we landed on Lyndsey we experienced an immediate and positive difference. And not just at the start of the application process, but all the way through the ENTIRE process, and even some beyond it. She stayed on top of everything, and kept us on track, helping us meet some very tight deadlines and expertly navigating the few issues as they came up. Lyndsey is someone that I would not only choose to use again, but someone I would recommend at the top of my list for my family and friends to use as well."

This was by far the easiest, smoothest and fastest refinance we have ever done and Stuart was an integral part of that process by ensuring our documents were in order and following up when we fell behind on submitting documents. I did my homework ran my credit with 4 lenders one of which was Rocket Mortgage. I already had a pre approval from a local bank so getting a rough idea was all I was after. Once I called Rocket Mortgage I felt a little skeptical on how there numbers were a lot better whether it was my interest rate, closing cost, and even down payment. So I brought the quote to my local banks and within 5 mins of each all the lenders began scratching there head wondering how they could possibly compete. I immediately called Rocket Mortgage back “Owen Ash” and he assured me it was not just bait to get me to go with them, there offer was correct and he was ready to pull the trigger. So after telling him the final requests and how my finances were at he moment we came to an agreement in just a few phone calls back and forth. This is not a fake review I am a honest buyer from Rocket Mortgage/rocket mortgage. This was my first home purchase and I did years of research before ever actually purchasing and made several attempts to find the right deal. Owen did exactly what I asked of him and even had my loan closed with 22 days. If you are ready to buy get a few other quotes and then call Owen so you can see the difference in savings."
