She advocated for me, kept in contact with me about things she needed from me, and moved things along quickly. Tara went as far as giving her direct contact number for any and all questions I had. Even when she couldn't get back to me, she delegated to another colleague of hers who was just as helpful. I wish I had someone I knew right now to refer to Tara because she would be the first and only one I would recommend. A 5 star recommendation doesn't do her justice. Thank you so much Tara."

This man took me and my wife’s accumulated mistakes over the last decade and a half and put them in one big home equity loan that is manageable at a low monthly payment so we can attack it on months that don’t have a lot of outgoing, or reserve on months that are financial nightmares. Forest explained that this was a much better option than the HELOC I was about to waste my time and apply for at a credit union. He went on to hold my hand the whole way so that I didn’t feel scared or stupid, two things that financial companies love making you feel. Forest will get you where you need to be. Thank you for making this a quick and painless process. Thank you for allowing me and my wife to experience the financial freedom we needed to move forward. Thank you Forest."

I'm a relocate with my company and there were 3 preferred lenders my company deals with. Of the three Ashley was by far the best. She never used comparisons of her company versus any other to earn my business and for me that speaks volumes. Ashley stuck with what I was looking for and my timelines and how here company could best serve me. She is personable, prompt, detail oriented, upbeat, honest, and most importantly trust-worthy. I would do business with her again. She wasn't pushy and quickly got a pulse for me as a buyer. Thanks Ashley for helping to make my transition seamless and being extremely patient with me."

I don't even know how or where to start with the things I have to say about this man. For people of faith, I know that his presence in my life was a "God thing." For people who don't necessarily walk that path, let it suffice to say that you cannot meet a better human being who will give you the extra mile, who will have your back (i.e. with reminders which, with a memory like Swiss cheese, I needed!), who truly listens, who gives so much of his time which, with a wife and children he treasures more than anything, is truly priceless --- I could go on and on. The bottom line? I looked forward to hearing from him. Most companies? I cringe a little when I see their name in my caller ID. In today's world, there is precious little integrity and pride in one's work. He not only got the job done, but he made sure I was reassured, and comfortable! Comfortable!!! I can't remember the last time a person went out of their way to ensure that I was in a good place during a business undertaking. Desean is truly an asset to this company; they are fortunate to have him representing them. Anyone who is lucky enough to work with him has been smiled upon by the Heavens, and I am not one to easily give positive comments in today's world. Stay awesome, Desean! Thank you for everything!"

I was very scared, unsure, hurt and frankly did not know what to do or how to start the process to refi and have my abusive ...I reached out to Rocket via an online form and received a call from Sam. I was very scared, unsure, hurt and frankly did not know what to do or how to start the process to refi and have my abusive ex-husband taken off the loan. From other lenders I was told immediately "NO" and my ex-husband said I could have the house but 'NO ONE" would ever help me get a loan. It would be impossible because of my credit history which included a dismissed Chapter 13. It felt like an impossible battle, but I had faith that someone could help and God orchestrated a phone call with Sam. Sam was the first and only loan agent that listened to me, explained my situation and allowed me to cry :) She was encouraging, but did not over promise, Sam provided directions and advice and she never once made me "feel small" or like there was no hope. After the call she connected me with Jon to assist with my credit and he as well was phenomenal. I did everything they asked me to do. When Sam said she believed she could help me, I don't think she knew what ride we were about to take. I am sure that many of you have heard the stories. It was not easy to get to closing and despite what my family and friends said, I knew that I could trust Sam through this process. Sam showed me that people do care and even in the tough situations she handled it all with grace, kindness, empathy and professionalism. I could not say enough about Sam and Rocket Mortgage. Because of Sam and Rocket my grand-daughter and I have a home that we can call our own. There is so much more I could say! I pray that Rocket continues to help others as you have helped me. I don't know how you reward your employees at Rocket but whatever you do Sam Camilleri deserves it and more!! Gwyneth does things differently. When we first talked with her she stayed on the phone with us while I uploaded all the required documents to our new portal. She answered all our questions as we went along and by the time we were off the phone we had the application in process, most of our documents uploaded and we knew the likely terms of the loan we would be getting. Other questions did later arise and Gwyneth was always prompt in getting back to us with answers. When she was out of the office she saw to it that anything that came up would be handled properly by one of her associates. It was less than 4 weeks ago that we first started the application, and today our loan has been closed. We have never had a transaction go so smoothly or efficiently. She knows what she is doing and does it in a very professional and pleasant manner."

He is a keeper and I was happy to work with him. I have recommended Rocket Mortgage to friends. The only thing I would have liked to know in advance was that the loan was going to be sold. I did communicate my strategy of wanting to cast the loan with additional funding and I was told I would have to wait three months which is not a problem, its just that now that it is sold (which I was not aware of but I'm sure Rocket Mortgage was) I am left with a little ambiguity if that still applies. It is a critical part of my strategy in purchasing the home. thanks! Ward"

At that time we weren’t able to pull the trigger due to some things on my end but came back literally the beginning of this month and requested Steve since i had established rapport with him. He was able to get my husband and I thru this process in 2weeks. Steve definitely made sure I understood the process and anything I had questions about he answered. This process was as smooth as I’d hoped it would be and a lot that has to do with making sure I had everything completed and needed on my end and my loan officer Steve being on top of his duties as well. I will definitely refer him to others that are looking to buy or refinance in the future. Thanks again Steve 😊"
