Honestly, had it not been for Jenna, I don't feel that I would have received such a five star experience in purchasing my home. Jenna goes out of her way to treat her customers with the respect and positive experience we all deserve, and she does so with the greatest positive and vibrant attitude. Whenever I had a question via text, email, or voice message, Jenna promptly returned my communications. If we ever went a couple days without talking, Jenna would reach out to me to ensure that everything was going well. Even as I dealt with a couple other agents during the process, Jenna ALWAYS made herself available to me and NEVER acted as if I was taking time out of her day or putting her out. She was always willing AND happy to assist with whatever I needed. Jenna.... you are a true professional. The time that you made for me to ensure this process went smoothly is second to none. You knowledge and expertise in your field is unparalleled. Thank you for everything that you did for me to make sure the process was as seamless as possible. You are truly amazing!!"

After discussing with him, I also contacted 5th 3rd to see if it was easier to keep my ...Emmanuel has done an amazing job! I contacted Emmanuel last August to refi my existing mortgage with 5th3rd. After discussing with him, I also contacted 5th 3rd to see if it was easier to keep my mortgage there. Naturally they said yes, and started the process. After giving them $400 to start the process, I never heard back. At this time, I was locked in. 4 months went by and still no refi. In the meantime, Emmanuel would continue to check in on me to see if everything was ok, and if he could help - just give hime a call. Once we rolled into 2021, I had enough. I contacted 5th 3rd (dozens of times since they don't respond to calls or emails) to cancel the refi. I reached out to Emmanuel and within a week we already had my closing scheduled for the end of January 2021. Believe it or not, this is the short story - I didn't think the hell I had to go through with the other bank was worth wasting your time. Bottom line - I will never bank with 5th 3rd again, and my future business will be with Emmanuel as well as recommendations to friends and colleagues. He did an amazing job and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. Thank you, Scott"

We were given his ...This was our first experience of doing a mortgage loan, pretty much, without leaving our home. Doug was so very helpful with navigating us "old timers" through the easy process. We were given his cell number, that we were encouraged to use, for any questions that we had. He was so helpful, in explaining what documents were needed and where to locate them, and even walked us through how to upload on the mortgage site! This was our fourth mortgage loan, and I have to say the easiest and no one had to take any time off work, or make any appointments at the bank. Doug was our personal banker, and made our experience very pleasant, and accommodated us, as to when we could talk over information. Thanks so much Doug."

I have put off refinancing for some time do to the amount of time and effort that has been my experience in the past. Then I was referred to Zane by a very hard to please and not usually impressed friend, who was very pleased and impressed by Zane's expertise and professionalism in getting the job done. I could not agree more, the process through Zane was the easiest experience I have had in accomplishing a task in a long time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all patient with someone who is not that experienced in all the on line and computer technology required now a days. He is one of the few employees I have had to interact with that had a cadence that I could understand at my age, and he has the aptitude of sensing when a customer needs assistance. A thousand thanks to him and his team for making what I thought would be a world of stress, into a positive experience."

But not only was the pricing and terms better & I could tell that Charlie was very knowledgeable. The speed and ease of dealing with Rocket Mortgage is just the tip when it comes to continued customer care and support! Dan contacted me due to the drop in interest rates and with a simple "yes" from me he took care of EVERYTHING and they sent a notary to my house to finalize the paperwork. I did as little to nothing as you could think and I got top notch support and the feeling that my business is valued. Hands down the best, thanks again Dan!"

Well the other Guy call me first so I felt obligated to him eventhough he ...My Home journey began December 2020 in which the Realtor I was working with gave me Josh number and another Mortgage Banker. Well the other Guy call me first so I felt obligated to him eventhough he and Josh called the same day. Josh still called for about a month to see how my home purchasing was going. After two Lenders and 3 months of back and forth, I decided to find my own Lender. I remembered Josh because he made an impression on me from our first conversation. I went through my phone and found his number and called him right away. I was in the process of financing and the builder backed out and put the house back on the market because I was having trouble with the financing. I called Josh and explained the situation and let him know that the builder would not consider my financing unless it was a Underwriting Approval. Josh said he could get the approval, but of course the builder said it could not happen. Well to make a long story short the builder sold my house, and Josh got me the approval. Josh said he could do it and he did just that. I was really ready to give up on purchasing a home but Josh's confidence and positivity just assured me that this will happen. Three months later I'm in my Dream Home and Josh was there every step of the way. Josh and Rocket Mortgage made this process so easy. I've never met Josh in person but I consider him a Friend. Anyone I come in contact with that mention purchasing a home or know of someone looking to purchase a home I will be giving them Josh's number. Words can't express how grateful I am and how Josh has really made a change in my Life. All I can say is Thank You."

Within an hour of first contact, I was given assurance that they could work with me on my new home loan. Within a day I had a letter of approval to show the seller and put the house I wanted under contract. Will and his crew were with me every step of the way explaining and helping me as a first time home buyer. I called several other loan companies (including my bank) and was greeted with very little enthusiasm... and call-backs almost a week later. When I spoke with Will for the first time, his enthusiasm was infectious. The loan approval process was very smooth and stress-free. I'm very grateful to have fallen into the right hands... thank you!"
