I have been recommending Gabe and the company to all my friends and even strangers when I get a chance. I had hesitated in buying a house because of all the hassle and fear of not being able to get what I wanted in a booming market, I was wrong. It was easy and we have the house of our dreams. I shared that God is Lord; that whatever happened through this process, that I would accept this loan being rejected or that through this process, I would be redeemed. I knew that Tom was relating to me as a person when he talked about his family and their faith. My opinion about online services in general because of the experience with RM through Tom has shifted. I thought that OL services were probably really impersonal and vacuous before this experience. Tom handled everything...and so very quickly! Yet, when I had questions, he was available in real-time through email and calls. I'm sure that RM was the right company to handle my re-fi because Tom was gracious, knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions and to lead me through the process as well as "next steps"!
