We got the best of both worlds: great rate, and great customer service. George was very personable, friendly, honest, no BS and a straight shooter to deal with. He was transparent and just extremely pleasant to work with. Felt like working with a friend than a banker. When we sold our house and moved to a new state, we wanted to use George again, but he wasn't licensed in our new state as we moved to a totally different region of the country. We're house shopping in our new state, and we wish we could have George again! I would 100% recommend George, just go straight to him. If you aren't feeling it with your current agent, give George a try. He was the best, hands down, 10/10, and George is the reason we are coming back to Rocket for our next mortgage. Thank you George!!"

They just told me I could have money to buy a house and so I did. I got a call from Shannon and after two hours on the phone with her I was in the process of refinancing my house! She was extremely patient with me and explained things to me that were not properly explained to me before. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I really put all my trust in her, so much so she was the only one I wanted to communicate with. I'm a very anxious person and she was there for me every step of the way!! I would I highly recommend her to anybody! Thanks so much Shannon!!"

"Kevin is warm, friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable in his line of work. Not only is he an expert when it comes to refinancing at Rocket Mortgage. He is also an astute boat mechanic. In other words...Kevin is warm, friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable in his line of work. Not only is he an expert when it comes to refinancing at Rocket Mortgage. He is also an astute boat mechanic. In other words not only can he help you with the process of repairing your credit. So that you can refinance your home. And then repair your boat engine. And go for a boat ride. Rocket Mortgage should be honored to have him as part of their team. He is a loyal and trustworthy person. Which is far few and in between in these times we are in. I see him as the Reconnaissance Man for Rocket Mortgage. Why is that??? Reason being is that he falls short of nothing that he can not fix to help you close on refinancing to close on your home. He was very congenial and patient throughout the process which made me feel "at ease". (This was my first time to decide to do something BIG like refinancing on my own as my late husband made such decisions....so I was very reluctant to try to refinance by myself) I was extremely pleased when Luke told me he thought my mortgage payments would be about $500.00 less than what I was paying per month. WOW, that was exciting to hear! I am so grateful to Luke for making the application process so easy to do."

But 1 team member Geoffrey Geist was the most amazing person I have ever come to known through ...First of all I want to say thank you personally for the whole team at Rocket Mortgage they were amazing. But 1 team member Geoffrey Geist was the most amazing person I have ever come to known through the telephone. He was attentive, passionate, and so caring in helping with the home buying process. He was there from start to finish if I ever needed anything or one of my many many question i had and had to answer them more than one time before it sunk in. But it help me to understand the home buying process and what had to be done to get there. We work together to find the perfect home and we were closed within a few months. I was ashamed to even put 5 stars when I knew he deserved all the stars in the universe. I know it would not have been so easy if I hadn't had his quideance through the whole process. There were other team members who were amazing as well but Geoffrey Geist was more like a family member to me by the time we closed on the house and that is saying alot about who Rocket Mortgage has as one great man on their team. Thank you Geoffrey for everything you helped us accomplish we have the perfect home for us."

"Our experience with Andra was amazing. We had two pre-approvals (one with RocketMortgage and one with another lender (not to be named)). During the pre-approval process she walked us through getting...Our experience with Andra was amazing. We had two pre-approvals (one with RocketMortgage and one with another lender (not to be named)). During the pre-approval process she walked us through getting set up with the Rocket Mortgage app, and was great at communicating if there were new things on the "To-Do- List" that needed our attention. At the time we had a signed offer contract, we notified both her and the other lender that evening at the same time. Our assumption based on the pre-approval rates of both lenders that we would have ended up choosing the other lender. We were absolutely wrong! Andra contacted us 1st thing in the morning with multiple options/promotions that were available. She did a great job explaining each one the pros and cons and made it extremely easy for us to make a decision. Just from that conversation we truly learned more about the mortgage peice of the home buying process. After that discussion we spoke with my realtor and they recommended looking into an adjustable rate mortgage. Back on the phone with Andra she explained that she had factored that into the options already and on some days depending on rates that makes most sense but based on the day we were locking it was most advantageous for us to go with a fixed rate. After locking the rate the support from Andra and the RocketMortgage team did not end. She was in contact with our realtor and title company. At closing the title company raved at the communication throughout the process with those that were representing including RocketMortgage. We want to thank Andra for her support. We are extremely blessed to have had her in our corner and would recommend her to anyone currently looking to buy a home. Toria and Joseph Billups"

"When I was first contacted by Nick Karipides about refinancing my home, I was not of a mindset to do a refinance because I assumed it would be for another 30 year term. Nick told me that it would ...When I was first contacted by Nick Karipides about refinancing my home, I was not of a mindset to do a refinance because I assumed it would be for another 30 year term. Nick told me that it would only be for 20 years and my monthly payment would still be very close to what I was paying already. Still not totally convinced, I agreed to start the process and am I glad that I did. Everything that Nick said would happen in my favor by doing the refinance came to fruition. Everything went as indicated and the process was smooth and without issues from start to finish. Thanks Nick for a wonderful refinance experience."
