With an excellent credit score I tried to get a loan from my bank, they turned me down because I was new at my job, then I tried USAA, they also turned me down because I didn't have any debt. I was about to give up until I called Rocket Mortgage and talked to Mr. Hazem, he ran my credit report and got me approved in one hour. He help me alone the way with all my questions and paper works. Thanks to him I am a happy home owner."

Daniel has great communication skills and is able to explain everything easily. Even if the question is not in his department, he goes above and beyond to make sure you get the right answer. Daniel convinced me to change mortgage companies and I’m really thankful that he did. Just so you know, I contacted my previous mortgage company with questions about refinancing a couple days before talking to Rocket Mortgage and today I closed my refinancing with Rocket Mortgage while I never heard back from my previous company! Rocket Mortgage and Daniel are just that good. Even with all the pandemic issues we have, Daniel made sure all the “i” were dotted and all the “t” crossed. Very smooth and satisfying experience. This is the time to refinance and Rocket Mortgage Mortgage and Daniel Komertz are the way to go!"

He ...I'm an old fashion face to face kind of person. I was unsure of using Rocket Mortgage. Andrew Maher basically hand walked my wife and I through the entire process and allowed us to feel at ease. He answered every question in a manner my wife and I understood. He was easy to reach and returned every call immediately. The process was super fast and the online access showed what step we were in and all info in that step. I was very happy with the rate Andrew originally found and then he came back later and gave us an even better rate. 2.99% is pretty great. Andrew is no nonsense and straight forward. In other words, he is honest. I am very impressed with him and if I need to refi again, I will be contacting Andrew Maher."

They all made this whole scary process easy to understand and comfortable. With tons of communication. We were never left to feel like we didn’t know what was happening or what to expect next. This was our first home and they were always patient and supportive. Just down to earth, decent people. Sean especially. Best part of working with him and his team, was when one person was out or away, there’s another rep on the same team that steps in, knows your situation and continues to carry the ball forward. We were never left waiting for a call back or response to an email. The “back office” items moved almost instantly from one step to the next. Ours was a coop, bank owned foreclosure. And with all the moving parts and different parties involved, their responsiveness was key to getting the purchase done efficiently. So imagine 5 cooks in the kitchen but make them all lawyers too. This could have been a nightmare. Sean and his team made this feel easy."

All the documents were signed electronically. They explained to me up front that I would be dealing with teams and I was always given a name and number to call if I wanted to speak with someone. If that person was not available, I was always instructed to hold on and I got another person who had access to my files and was able to answer my questions. I have never had a better customer service experience. I was offered multiple rates vs points options and allowed to choose which one I thought was best for me in my refinance. "I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Claeson in July of 2015,  we spoke briefly about the home purchasing process and I immediately felt very comfortable with him in comparison to the mortgage bankers ...I had the pleasure of meeting Scott Claeson in July of 2015,  we spoke briefly about the home purchasing process and I immediately felt very comfortable with him in comparison to the mortgage bankers from Missouri. After signing on with Rocket Mortgage, Scott made the process feel completely effortless, if Scott said he would call you at 10am your time, you received a call at 10am. If I needed to call him on Sunday morning on his cell, I would receive a "Goodmorning this is Scott" There never was any pressure as with other mortgage companies, and like any other 68 year old you enjoy a captive audience, Scott was all business with your best interest at heart, but there was always time for personal conversation. Scott and his team were able to meet my pressing personal circumstances and finalize underwriting and were ready to close within seven days. My suggestion to anyone looking for a personal touch in your mortgage financing is to contact Scott Claeson at Rocket Mortgage. Scott has put personal back into the mortgage business."

We started the process with Ara around May or June 2022. Yes, at least 11 months because were doing a new construction loan. But, Ara was there every step of the way guiding us through the loan process. He never was like this loan is taking too long, so I'm out. Never. 11 months we worked closely with Ara and the Rocket Mortgage Team. Ara, is very knowledgeable with exceptional Customer Service. If you are looking for a great mortgage company to be your mortgage provider than I highly recommend Ara w/Rocket Mortgage. Best, Christy A"

I was truly amazed how quick they reached out to me. His knowledge and professionalism is top notch! I felt at home with him and his experience with military personnel, and VA loans. He was in contact with me everyday and gave me his personal contact information just in case I had a serious question or worry no matter the time. He even got a sick during our time that side lined him from going to work, but that did not stop him from working and staying in contact and getting the loan done. Now if that doesn't make you want him as your loan officer I dont know what will. He was great and I truly recommend him to everyone that's looking for a home loan, doesn't matter if it's your first mortgage or your third. Thanks again George you will be missed! "

When she first contacted me, ...I have had more than a few experiences concerning mortgages but none were as easily handled, no less completed, than my most recent, which was put into motion by Yoselin. When she first contacted me, I was reticent to go through the cumbersome process of refinancing, since two attempts (one with Rocket Mortgage) failed due to the incompetence of the handlers. Yoselin, after talking to me about my financial situation, assured me the process may work and if it was not for her it would not have worked. I was not easy to deal with and I was getting mixed messages from other Rocket Mortgage sources, but Yoselin showed endless patience and devotion to being my agent and interpreter, guiding me through the glitches. She was always available by phone or email (by always I mean 24/7) to answer my questions and clear up my continuing confusion about elements needed to finish the cluttered paper trail. Yoselin is, simply, the best, and I am convinced I would not have gone through the information gauntlet the process can put a person into without her guidance. I say promote her, pay her more and use her talents and methods as a template to hire or work with anyone looking for a mortgage."
