I was forced from family members to go through a local bank named 'Union Savings' in Ohio, they have been a complete nightmare. I have been waiting 2 months to close because the MLO does not know how to communicate what papers or documents he has needed to help close on my home! The short experience I had with Nathan involved him calling daily to check if I needed anything or if I had questions, even if I couldn't answer he would leave a short voicemail with information he needed or I needed. He responded to emails quickly and was very clear in his request. I regret not going through Nathan and recommend you jump on board due to his phenomenal customer service"

We truly could not have asked for a better experience! Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He walked us through every step of the process, spent hours on the phone with my husband, and talked us through every possible scenario and outcome so we always knew what to expect. We felt informed, prepared, and confident from start to finish. He was also extremely responsive and communicative, answering every question (and we had a lot!), always making himself available, and making us feel like a priority throughout the entire process. He even went above and beyond by connecting us with additional Rocket Mortgage resources to make sure we were in the best possible position going into closing. He listened to my situation and with outmost care and respect he explained what Rocket Mortgage could do for me. Rocket Mortgage saved me 3yrs ago when i refinanced and again this time. Bruce followed up with me every step of the way and if he was not there, he made sure someone else was available for me!!! I could say this is amazing customer service but the truth is, only amazing ppl provide amazing customer service. Thank you Bruce!!!"

Never negative. He knew what me and my husband were looking to do and he researched every avenue to come up with a solution. We never got stressed with anything he asked us for or needed. When he referred us to Tiffany and for what ever reason I couldn't get her that day I called Carl and he helped me with whatever I needed. I went to a commercial bank before going to Rocket Mortgages and they couldn't help me. Carl and all the employees at Rocket Mortgages that helped us get a refinance on our home were the greatest. Jettsen immediately reached out to a listing agent for his client once we had submitted an offer for the home of his dreams. The agent and sellers were very much impressed with Jettsen's proactivity and I honestly believe that hustle and drive to represent his client played a major role on getting the offer accepted. It didnt stop there... Jettsen was available at any given moment throughout the process for even the smallest of our clients hurdles, and making sure to deliver any transactional updates as they came in. I'll always remember him for that. He was very, very easy to work with from day one and was on top of everything involving my loan and my home purchase. It wasn't easy giving up my home of 34 years and then moving over 600 miles to a new location, especially at my age, 73. But Justin was there, all the way, with his help and hard work."
