I shared that God is Lord; that whatever happened through this process, that I would accept this loan being rejected or that through this process, I would be redeemed. I knew that Tom was relating to me as a person when he talked about his family and their faith. My opinion about online services in general because of the experience with RM through Tom has shifted. I thought that OL services were probably really impersonal and vacuous before this experience. Tom handled everything...and so very quickly! Yet, when I had questions, he was available in real-time through email and calls. I'm sure that RM was the right company to handle my re-fi because Tom was gracious, knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions and to lead me through the process as well as "next steps"! With that being said, from the very first contact, William was the absolute best! During the whole loan process, not only did he communicate with me online, but would make a call to see if I had any questions or concerns with encouragement to contact him if any came up that I didn't think of at that time. Not one time did I ever feel rushed or that ANY of my questions weren't significant. I feel he was very patient and went above and beyond to get my loan to the next level in a timely manner all while working diligently to make sure that it was a pleasant experience for me. I would and have recommended Rocket Mortgage to others and if they happen to get William as a part of their loan team, they should consider that a bonus. That kind of responsiveness made a huge difference, especially when we were moving fast and needed documentation on short notice.
