I have bought previous homes with other loan officers and not one holds a candle to Crystal, the process was extremely smooth and the communication was second to none... excellent! If you are a real estate agent looking to grow your business with a true professional Crystal is your person and if a buyer/refinance client Crystal will walk you through the process and make you feel at ease as she leads you with confidence and reassurance. I was concerned because I was purchasing a condo and never had gone through that process but Crystal ensured that the condo would pass lender requirements prior to extending an offer ensuring peace of mind. Again I can go on and on about how great Crystal was but please do not hesitate to reach out to her yourself and I promise you will not be disappointed. We got the best of both worlds: great rate, and great customer service. George was very personable, friendly, honest, no BS and a straight shooter to deal with. He was transparent and just extremely pleasant to work with. Felt like working with a friend than a banker. When we sold our house and moved to a new state, we wanted to use George again, but he wasn't licensed in our new state as we moved to a totally different region of the country. We're house shopping in our new state, and we wish we could have George again! I would 100% recommend George, just go straight to him. If you aren't feeling it with your current agent, give George a try. He was the best, hands down, 10/10, and George is the reason we are coming back to Rocket for our next mortgage. She was most helpful with the multitude of documents one is now required to submit to the underwriters. 95% of the time I was able to communicate with her with little or no delay. About two weeks prior to my closing, however, the attention shifted to a person who dealt with the underwriter and although my loan did go through, the last two weeks were quite unnerving. I was unable to consult with Ms. Scales which only increased my anxiety. She was very knowledgeable, helpful beyond question and sincere with her concern about my loan. Everything worked out well and we closed two days before the expiration of my interest rate. I am very pleased that I went with Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage. I highly recommend Ms. Scales to anyone who is interested in dealing with Rocket Mortgage. She was always available."

She would never let the ball drop, even if I was a bit delayed in my paperwork, she was there for me every step of the way with answers, and advising on every next step that needed to be done. For me, she was the face of Rocket Mortgage, which is saying a lot, because I am extremely impressed with Rocket Mortgage and their quick turnaround. Zena said it could take as little as two weeks, and true to her word, - it did take only two weeks! I am so thrilled with her service - -I know that for the life of the loan!! - that I can call on her anytime and get her immediately on the end of the phone line! She did a great job!"

With his help, I was connected with a wonderful real estate agent, and the two of them put their heads together, found a home I thought I could only dream of affording, and got me set up with a mortgage I know I can handle without any issues. Thanks to Francisco, I finally have my own house, and I can move forward with my life and start forming a family with my girlfriend (and future wife). I finally feel like my life is coming together, and it all started with a call to Francisco. I can 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. If you (the reader) are looking at these reviews because you're undecided on if you want Francisco on your team, I would ask that you let me answer that question for you directly: you want Francisco. I could probably go on for a few more paragraphs in this review of how Francisco was able to help me secure my mortgage and my house, but I'll try to keep it succinct. Francisco was patient, knowledgeable, resourceful, attentive, available, and kind. Never once did I feel like I asked a stupid question despite me knowing practically nothing about mortgages going into the process. If you aren't convinced to choose Francisco from my review, I encourage you to read the other reviews. I'm confident that everyone else here had a similarly positive experience working with Francisco. It was great to get to speak with him every time I called or emailed even if he did not answer right away he always got back to me the very same day or early the next. That kind of customer service is rare today as was a welcome relief. He made the whole process very seamless.
