After starting the mortgage process with another loan company, we were left completely confused, frustrated, and discouraged. That company took over two weeks just trying to verify my employment and salary, and we still felt like we were getting nowhere. Enter Brian — and everything changed. From our very first conversation, Brian was calm, kind, and incredibly patient. He walked us through the entire process, sometimes more than once, and made sure we understood everything along the way. What the previous lender couldn’t do in two weeks, Brian got done in a single day. He had us in underwriting within 24 hours and helped us regain confidence in a process that had felt impossible before. But beyond just being efficient, Brian became someone we truly trusted. He was always available to answer questions, offer advice, and guide us every step of the way. Jose Was very patient and always let us know that he had all the time that we needed To be sure we had all of our questions answered, and if he didn’t have the answer at the moment, he was sure enough to make sure he got it. Prime example of an individual who will go above and beyond for you and your family. Buying a home can be very scary for new time buyers but Jose is very good at what he does and made us feel extremely comfortable. I am very thankful to have Jose Zermeno as our loan officer Because I wouldn’t Want any other way. Our home purchase process was somewhat challenging as we are in a hot seller's market with lots of competition and very few selections. Richard was very patient and followed through with our many requests to make sure we had what we needed in order to present the best offer and counteroffers to sellers on a timely basis. We were also pleasantly surprised when he got us a rate that was better than expected. He made our home buying and finance experience as easy and as uneventful as possible. We're very pleased with his service and would recommend Richard to my friends and family."

Alex had actually called me the day after I had found out, I explained my frustration and how I disagreed with the decision and Alex said he was going to look into it. Not only did Alex look into it but he found that I was right, Alex took over and I was approved and had my refinance in lightening speed. I am so grateful that Alex had called me that day and took over, I was hopeless when he called that day and I feel that Alex went above and beyond for me. Alex was in constant contact, explaining everything to me as we went along, and Alex moved everything along quickly. Alex is a definite asset to Rocket Mortgage and the people that Rocket Mortgage serves. I am very grateful to Alex and I will recommend Rocket Mortgage to my friends and family because of how Alex handled everything."

"I was sitting at my computer just surfing around and I saw an an ad for Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on it and started filling in my information just to see if I would benefit by refinancing. Half way ...I was sitting at my computer just surfing around and I saw an an ad for Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on it and started filling in my information just to see if I would benefit by refinancing. Half way through, I decided not to do it. I got off the site and about 30 seconds later, my phone rang. It was a gentleman from Rocket Mortgage (I had put my phone number in). He transferred me to a young lady by the name of Nicole. I explained to her that I had just refinanced about a year ago, and I wasn't really looking to do it again, and I didn't want to waster her time. She was very pleasant and told me it would be no bother for her to take a look if I wanted. So I said, okay -- let's do it. Long story short, this young lady was fabulous. She had the patience of a saint, and she was extremely knowledgeable. In a matter of a few minutes she explained to me something about my previous refinance that I had forgotten, which was costing me more money than I realized. I was hooked. She then spent time going over what she could do for me to save money by refinancing with Rocket Mortgage and still get the fixed rate I wanted! So -- needless to say, I am now set to close on a refinance with Rocket Mortgage tomorrow! I am very happy with everything that Nicole did for me. She is a "10" as far as lending institutions go, and I have dealt with many of them in my lifetime. She assured me that if I ever have any problems, don't call anyone else but her, that she will handle them for us! I mean, how good is that? dealing with one person makes it so much easier!! I am soooooo glad that I refinanced with Rocket Mortgage, and even more glad I "met" Nicole. If you are looking to refinance or get a loan, Nicole is the person you need to talk with! I simply cannot say in words how wonderful she is to deal with! Thank you Nicole from the bottom of my heart for everything you did, and your wonderful personality!!
