When I first called I was at a loss and I thought I would never be able to afford purchasing a bigger home. He listened to my situation and with outmost care and respect he explained what Rocket Mortgage could do for me. Rocket Mortgage saved me 3yrs ago when i refinanced and again this time. Bruce followed up with me every step of the way and if he was not there, he made sure someone else was available for me!!! I could say this is amazing customer service but the truth is, only amazing ppl provide amazing customer service. Thank you Bruce!!!"

He knew what me and my husband were looking to do and ...My experience with Carl was something I haven't seen in quite a while. Right from day one he was always so helpful and positive. Never negative. He knew what me and my husband were looking to do and he researched every avenue to come up with a solution. We never got stressed with anything he asked us for or needed. When he referred us to Tiffany and for what ever reason I couldn't get her that day I called Carl and he helped me with whatever I needed. I went to a commercial bank before going to Rocket Mortgages and they couldn't help me. Carl and all the employees at Rocket Mortgages that helped us get a refinance on our home were the greatest. From our initial conversation, I knew I was working with a true professional and a like minded advocate for our client. If communication is key, then consider Jettsen the locksmith. Jettsen immediately reached out to a listing agent for his client once we had submitted an offer for the home of his dreams. The agent and sellers were very much impressed with Jettsen's proactivity and I honestly believe that hustle and drive to represent his client played a major role on getting the offer accepted. It didnt stop there... Jettsen was available at any given moment throughout the process for even the smallest of our clients hurdles, and making sure to deliver any transactional updates as they came in. Hands down one of the smoothest processes Ive had the pleasure of being apart of in my real estate career. But 1 team member Geoffrey Geist was the most amazing person I have ever come to known through the telephone. He was attentive, passionate, and so caring in helping with the home buying process. He was there from start to finish if I ever needed anything or one of my many many question i had and had to answer them more than one time before it sunk in. But it help me to understand the home buying process and what had to be done to get there. We work together to find the perfect home and we were closed within a few months. I was ashamed to even put 5 stars when I knew he deserved all the stars in the universe. I know it would not have been so easy if I hadn't had his quideance through the whole process. There were other team members who were amazing as well but Geoffrey Geist was more like a family member to me by the time we closed on the house and that is saying alot about who Rocket Mortgage has as one great man on their team. Thank you Geoffrey for everything you helped us accomplish we have the perfect home for us."

I'll always remember him for that. He was very, very easy to work with from day one and was on top of everything involving my loan and my home purchase. It wasn't easy giving up my home of 34 years and then moving over 600 miles to a new location, especially at my age, 73. But Justin was there, all the way, with his help and hard work."

I went online and entered a desire to refinance our cooperative apartment with Lending Tree. The first and last call I took were with Hussain. He made me feel comfortable that my experience would be as painless as possible. He held our hands to the end and was always available to answer a question. I am a little concerned about his 24/7 schedule, but I must say it was to our advantage - as I never waited long to receive a reply. There were a few hiccups but not at the hands of Hussain and even with the hiccups the experience we had with Hussain and the other Rocket Mortgage affiliates was a pleasure. Thank you, Hussain and team."
