"Carl simply told me to call him last as he is part of the VIP team at Rocket Mortgage. Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested....Carl simply told me to call him last as he is part of the VIP team at Rocket Mortgage. Once I was locked into a rate from my real estate agents recommended lender I followed up with Carl as suggested. Unfortunately, Carl was not able to beat my current rate however, I was touched by Carl's honesty and reassurance that I had gotten the best deal. That's VIP service in my opinion and I wish I could have given him my business. Maybe next time because Carl will be someone I call about future real estate investments for sure. Warmest Wishes Carl. "Honestly one of the smoothest processes. Was our first time not using our bank and doing everything in person. Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in ...Honestly one of the smoothest processes. Was our first time not using our bank and doing everything in person. Dardan was up front and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get credit in the place for refinance and he was right. It all worked out and within 30 days we were closing on home refinance with just little over 1.5 % less than we currently had saving us couple hundred a month on our mortgage. This process also started at the time of the Covid-19 crisis and Dardan took extra time and made sure all was going as planned during these uncertain times. I would highly recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone thinking of refinancing. If we ever do this again in the future we will absolutely use Rocket Mortgage. Thanks Dardan!"

He listened to my situation and with outmost care and respect he explained what Rocket Mortgage could do for me. Rocket Mortgage saved me 3yrs ago when i refinanced and again this time. Bruce followed up with me every step of the way and if he was not there, he made sure someone else was available for me!!! I could say this is amazing customer service but the truth is, only amazing ppl provide amazing customer service. Thank you Bruce!!!"

The whole process was very smooth and as stress free as possible and any issues that arose, were handled quickly. Communication was great and I never once had to worry about what was going on in the process. I'll always remember him for that. He was very, very easy to work with from day one and was on top of everything involving my loan and my home purchase. It wasn't easy giving up my home of 34 years and then moving over 600 miles to a new location, especially at my age, 73. But Justin was there, all the way, with his help and hard work."

I was forced from family members to go through a local bank named 'Union Savings' in Ohio, they have been a complete nightmare. I have been waiting 2 months to close because the MLO does not know how to communicate what papers or documents he has needed to help close on my home! The short experience I had with Nathan involved him calling daily to check if I needed anything or if I had questions, even if I couldn't answer he would leave a short voicemail with information he needed or I needed. He responded to emails quickly and was very clear in his request. I regret not going through Nathan and recommend you jump on board due to his phenomenal customer service"

"I had some hesitancy about dealing with such a large, national company and was going to take the advice of a real estate agent to do one of the local lenders where we were buying a home in Santa Fe, ...I had some hesitancy about dealing with such a large, national company and was going to take the advice of a real estate agent to do one of the local lenders where we were buying a home in Santa Fe, NM. But I decided to look into Rocket Mortgage and see what it was like. The agent I was directed to was Aaron Nasan because he was licensed for that area also. I was so pleasantly surprised with the very personal attention he gave me. We had not done a mortgage in many years and I was somewhat leery and definitely confused with the process. He completely put me at ease with his personal and quick responses to my many (often silly I now realize) questions. He continually checked with me even when he didn't have to. We established a good relationship very quickly and I even said to my wife that I think we could count him to be a friend under other circumstances. He is an asset to Rocket Mortgage and I have told people who questioned whether it was smart to go with a large corporation like Rocket Mortgage that I would recommend Rocket Mortgage 100% for a mortgage if they ever needed to apply for one. To sum up, do not lose him. He brings expertise and the personal touch to his clients"

Together with my wife in our attempt to buy our first house met this wonderful man who made what most people refer to as a nightmare in a house buying the most simple and easy to follow process. He was very candid and explained every little bit of the loan process to us. We ended up buying our first home without any cumbersome loan process as Mr. Vu together with his talented team team at Rocket Mortgage really really made the loan process very quick. No wonder they are called Rocket Mortgage because they really made our loan process very quick. If given the chance to buy another house, I will never hesitate to rely on their service and I encourage any person reading this review that if you are having in mind of buying, refinancing, anything to do with mortgage loans, do not look any further than Rocket Mortgage because they will surely make your dreams come through."
