What really stood out was his professionalism and patience. He always took the time to explain things clearly and kept me informed every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does. Thanks to Mike’s hard work and determination, everything came together perfectly. He made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. After a few months of "taking a break" I called AJ again and asked for his help, he remembered me from our previous attempts and did not hesitate to jump on board and help! He was simply AMAZING! Brittany definitely works harder than the next person and definitely has passion for her job, ensuring I have everything I need to make this buying process as smooth as possible. Buying a home I thought was gonna be hard, tough , and stressful but having someone like Brittany in my corner definitely lifted a lot of weight off my shoulders. Always making sure we were on top of thing. Working as a team and making sure we got everything done that needed to be done. People like Brittany are the reason why my next home purchase in the future will be through Rocket Mortgage. As a first time homebuyer, it can be a stressful event, but Eric made the whole process feel way less overwhelming and always made sure I understood what was going on. He was always super responsive and willing to jump in to help.. he even worked on a Sunday night to make sure everything stayed on track so I could get into this home before the end of the year. That alone says a lot about how dedicated he is. His guidance and advice were spot-on, and I always felt like he genuinely had my best interest in mind. If you’re looking for someone who’s reliable, honest, and will go above and beyond for you, I can’t recommend Eric enough. I’m incredibly grateful for all of his help and would 100% work with him again."

So many people in his profession are pushy and continue to hound you for your business. Tony didn’t so I am going to change my mortgage in the near future and I will contact Tony !
