Once the process was done he followed up to make sure we had everything, and with laws that differ from state to state, he let us know other things we had to do on our own that he couldn’t. And again followed up to make sure it was done or in the process of getting done. I hope all of your agents are like him because the whole experience was awesome!!! Thanks Colton"

I shopped around for loans, and most either could not get the rates, credits, and other options ...Worked with Nathan at the recommendation of my realtor, who has recommended him to his other clients. I shopped around for loans, and most either could not get the rates, credits, and other options rocket/Nathan could, or they were trying way too hard, and it felt impersonal and like I left a used car dealership. they would try to manufacture the personal touch with videos and follow up calls, but it was clear they did not listen or care. One contacted me again 6 months after I had already told them I went with rocket and purchased a house.... to ask me if I was still looking for a house. Nathan called me 6 months after my purchase, but it was because he found me a fantastic refi option, based on our info from the original mortgage with him, which we went with. I can't recommend him enough and I am glad our realtor referred us."

I didn't really know much about the homebuying or loan process, but Anna thoroughly talked me through everything. She was super communicative and very responsive to all of the random questions I came up with through the process. When I finally found a house I wanted to make an offer on,she got the necessary paperwork together for me right away . She requested all the documents she needed from me and my wife and kept the paperwork organized until we needed the approval letter. She was able to get us the approval letter quickly so we could put in our offer. She worked till the end and followed up with us/agent everyone she can do and finally made us buy a house ontime. If you're looking for a quality loan agent who is able to answer any questions you have and will do whatever it takes to help you with the loan process don't look any further.Go with Anna."

He knew exactly what we wanted from just the few things I asked, got us an incredible interest rate, and expedited the process with incredible efficiency while still being friendly and engaging. Everything was completed online except the closing, which was accomplished at our own home with a notary that traveled to us. We were super impressed. Nothing I have tried to get accomplished lately was done so efficiently and painlessly (even trying to get our front door lock replaced or kitchen lights replaced. We are extremely grateful to Jake."

"When I initially ventured onto the Rocket Mortgage website, I was only curious about financing, was not sure if I would even qualify for a loan, you could say I was not very confident, being a first ...When I initially ventured onto the Rocket Mortgage website, I was only curious about financing, was not sure if I would even qualify for a loan, you could say I was not very confident, being a first time buyer. Louis was the agent who I had contact with. He immediately made me comfortable requesting information on the home buying process, I never felt any pressure from him. When I decided to proceed, it felt like Louis did ALL the work, I only needed to provide him information, send some faxes of my finances...etc. Louis would send me emails to update me on progress of my loan, when he said he would call, he would call just as he said, I NEVER felt out of the loop. He walked me through every single step, even helping me to use some features of my home computer, (Im not very computer literate). The service I received from Louis Mendoza was beyond 5 stars, he continuously went above and beyond to help me buy my first home. THANKS Louis!!"

What sold us on Quicken/Rocket was Rafael. He made the process super easy and super painless. He kept us up to date on everything, even calling us during his vacation. We were never wondering what happened next. He guided us through the process in a way that made us feel like he truly cared about us. I am a 30 year attorney who was relocating for a high level job. I didn't need anything to worry about. In prior loans, I always felt like they were hiding the ball (and often they were), but Rafael was upfront and diligent. He returned calls immediately. I have done this many times and would say that each was a horrible experience. This was the first mortgage that was pain free and problem free. Can no speak higher about Rafael."

I knew I had a great job offer and that the move was right for my family, but I was worried that selling one house, moving, finding another, buying that one, all while starting a new job and getting the kids enrolled in a new school would be a gigantic task. Kevin helped us work through a ton of details and was super quick to respond to all of our questions. This is our second purchase of a home through Rocket Mortgage and this was even more impressive service than our first one was!"
