"I was skeptical of Rocket Loans ("Rocket"), having worked with mortgage brokerage businesses frequently in the past as a consultant, as well as having closed several dozen loans at various times and ...I was skeptical of Rocket Loans ("Rocket"), having worked with mortgage brokerage businesses frequently in the past as a consultant, as well as having closed several dozen loans at various times and in various economic environments. I called early in the on-line process to clarify a minor matter, and Anthony answered my question quickly and concisely with a solution. He then gained my confidence quickly, and basically led me through the rest of the on-line application from that point forward. The entire process went very quickly, and he validated all of the answers, as well as my uploads. When complete, he quickly summarized what was done and submitted, and what the final steps would be at that time. Anthony described each step in the process, and set my expectations for each following step, explaining the process and the timing thereafter. After the initial application, Anthony followed up to offer individual support and help and appropriate intervals. Anthony earned my confidence quickly, and always exceeded my expectations. A Anthony made my experience with Rocket outstanding!"

I started this process by simply wanting to know details. Mike answered all of my questions even knowing I am just trying to learn the process. A month later and bam! We are buying our first home! Mike has gone out of his way with his promptness and always making himself available. He never pushed just simply let me know he was there for anything. He never judged when I had wild questions he simply answered and reassured me everything will work out. He somehow managed to calm me and remove the anxiety from the process even on the other side of the country. If it wasn’t for Mike I’m not sure that I would be closing on my first house at the end of the month. Cheers to you Mike and thank you for everything."

His knowledge and abilities To find me the best loan that suited my needs was nothing but perfect. He answered repeated questions after hours, he reached out and checked on me throughout the process to ensure I understood and was receiving things in a timely manner. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with while buying a home. I would highly recommend Michael and Rocket Mortgage to anyone needing a hassle free process. "Justin really went above and beyond the call of duty when my realtor and I were rushing to submit an offer on a property before an open house the following day; I had contacted Justin via text at some...Justin really went above and beyond the call of duty when my realtor and I were rushing to submit an offer on a property before an open house the following day; I had contacted Justin via text at some crazy hour like 11.15pm (he works very long hours!) looking to get an approval letter for a higher amount than I already had, he contacted me from home and went straight to work getting me that approval letter, it arrived in my inbox at around 2am! I still feel bad for imposing on him in such a manner (and I'm not suggesting anyone else should do so unless absolutely necessary!) but it's just a great example of how hard Justin works for his clients. Right from the initial web chat to the point where my offer was accepted, Justin kept in contact to see how the house hunt was progressing. This being my first time buying in the US, I needed a lot of guidance and Justin really came through for me, I really can't recommend him highly enough!"

After a few months of "taking a break" I called AJ again and asked for his help, he remembered me from our previous attempts and did not hesitate to jump on board and help! He was simply AMAZING! Super helpful and willing to help me with any and all questions. He made my first time home buying process as enjoyable and pleasant as the process could possibly be. The representative we were connected to was Shane Kelly. We had worried about not being prepared prior to contacting Shane but soon came to the realization that all it took was that one call to the right person. Shane walked us through every step. My husband and I were both in the military and we would not be surprised if Shane had spent time in the military as well. His actions made it clear from day one that he did not see what he did as a job but a mission. He made it his personal mission to help us achieve one of the biggest parts of the American Dream...buying our own home. Shane was dedicated and had a level of sheer determination when it came to helping us secure the home we wanted. Shane went out of his way, even working on his own time to make this home a reality for us. There really is not enough words to express Shane Kelly. My husband and I would never recommend anyone but Shane, he's not your average home loan representative. He is outstanding in his line of work and an assets to the Rocket Mortgage Company. Brittany definitely works harder than the next person and definitely has passion for her job, ensuring I have everything I need to make this buying process as smooth as possible. Buying a home I thought was gonna be hard, tough , and stressful but having someone like Brittany in my corner definitely lifted a lot of weight off my shoulders. Always making sure we were on top of thing. Working as a team and making sure we got everything done that needed to be done. People like Brittany are the reason why my next home purchase in the future will be through Rocket Mortgage. As a first time homebuyer, it can be a stressful event, but Eric made the whole process feel way less overwhelming and always made sure I understood what was going on. He was always super responsive and willing to jump in to help.. he even worked on a Sunday night to make sure everything stayed on track so I could get into this home before the end of the year. That alone says a lot about how dedicated he is. His guidance and advice were spot-on, and I always felt like he genuinely had my best interest in mind. If you’re looking for someone who’s reliable, honest, and will go above and beyond for you, I can’t recommend Eric enough.
