Every time I had questions or doubts About the process, Scott would patiently and calmly explain the details and calm my anxiety. I probably created a bit of anxiety for Scott while he worked with me but in the end, Scott put his arm around me like a big brother and explain everything in such detail that I was totally confident in his ability as he walked me through the steps. When all was said and done, I did a complete review and was totally satisfied."

Molly was very professional, considerate, and diligent in ensuring I had all information needed to move to the next step in the loan process. Molly, continuously kept me abreast of all new required and recently submitted records. Molly, was always courteous, and displayed a sense of ownership towards the entire process, even until and after closing. As a previous supervisor / manager I value the service Molly awarded to me, and If I were hiring, promoting, or awarding any of my employees Molly would receive the highest award possible due to whom she is. She has represented Rocket Mortgage very well, above any of the other representatives which I had contact with which were a minimum of five. The care and concern she presented made the process smooth, less time consuming, and less cumbersome. If Rocket Mortgage had more employees such as Molly Rocket Mortgage will consistently outperform competitors. The entire process was very straightforward from start to finish, and the people who helped me along the were always professional, courteous, and super ...I just closed my mortgage with Rocket Mortgage. The entire process was very straightforward from start to finish, and the people who helped me along the were always professional, courteous, and super competent - especially Alex. He was the first Rocket Mortgage representative that I spoke to about refinancing my home. After we spoke about my different options, we decided that a 20 year fixed rate mortgage was the best choice for me. About 45 minutes later I had already completed and electronically signed 75 % of the required documents. Alex guided me through the process step by step, and answered any questions I had about the documents I was about to sign. He couldn't have been any nicer and called me immediately when any further action was required on my part. Alex was truly a wonderful person to deal with in every regard. I strongly recommend the people at Rocket Mortgage if you're looking for a new mortgage or just looking to refinance. Their people are the simply best in the business !"

The entire refinance process took 2 telephone calls and my providing a limited amount of documentation once! He answered every question I had and was able to provide me with several options and the corresponding costs and benefits of each. This was not the experience I had with the bank that held my mortgage for the last 10 years. I am not a tech person and the thought of an online process was intimidating. But Ben walked me through it easily. I had seen Rocket Mortgage ads for a long time and never seriously considered them as I thought if my bank could not help me, how could Rocket Mortgage? Wow - was i ever wrong. My only regret is that i didn't contact Rocket Mortgage the first time!"

She also understood about my having a hearing problem with not being able to understand spoken words over the phone, so she set things up where we used texting and e-mail to get everything done. She kept me up to date all through the loan process from start to finish, following up with me on things I needed to do and in getting my loan closing scheduled. I highly recommend Cindy and thank her again for working with me."

A ...First and foremost, a comfortable experience to what most view as a stressful, uncomfortable process including myself. Jake walked me through the refinance from the moment he picked up the phone. A simple search and inquiry on the internet looking for a VA "cash-out" routed me to Rocket Mortgage and Jake. I had been inundated with offers of refinancing, cash-outs, etc. from multiple lenders all willing to "help" the veteran. The reviews were not favorable of the ones that showed interest towards me so that's when my search started. All my questions were quickly and efficiently answered. After about 5 minutes into the process, I started to settle down and a positive feeling started to ease my mind. He's good and good at it. It wasn't all business. We got to know a bit about each other which separated him from the typical "salesman" approach. I honestly felt he was there for me. Again, the process was quick. Having great credit and all my needed paperwork at hand made it easier. (Hint Hint)) After the initial process and moving on to the next step(s) which involved different teams doing their thing, I referred back to Jake for a few questions. Even though his initial job was done, he got back to me in a timely fashion and walked me through my concerns and questions. If I knew how easy this was, I would of done it a while ago but just hearing the stories in other reviews added to my hesitation. The closing was quicker than expected, the closing was done right at my kitchen table and funds were deposited sooner than estimated. Thank you to Jake and the rest of the Rocket Mortgage team for making all worth while."

We were assigned a Mortgage rep named Nick ...While planning on buying a new hame we decided to try @RocketMortgage on a whim, only having seen their tv adds but not having any experience with them. We were assigned a Mortgage rep named Nick Abusalah. Having dealt with others in this field I was a bit sceptical after hearing what he was going to do for me. I was SOOO wrong he has come through on every promise he made, honestly it was like being on a cruise ship with your own personal butler. This was probably, strike that, definitely the easiest major financial transaction I have ever completed. My hand was held every step of the way, and he is ALWAYS a phone call, email or text away, pretty much 24/7. And yes I have texted him at weird hours and on the weekend and he always responds. So normally once you sign on the bottom line your rep disappears, not with Rocket Nick is still taking care of my account and available whenever I need him. If you haven’t tried Rocket, I strongly recommend it for the ease of use and the personal care provided by people like Nick!"

I had the chance to meet Kenneth, I worked with Kenneth on my last home loan, I enjoyed speaking with him from our first introduction to the end of the purchase, I relied heavily on Kenneth's answers to my questions, he is very knowledgeable and I could and did ask him a lot of questions, even when we were both so busy, we emailed one another and the response time was short, sometimes he called to check on me and see how I was doing.and when I was really stressed he was able to answer questions and keep me calmed down. I enjoyed working with Kenneth and would suggest that any one even considering a loan, talk with Kenneth. He was reliable, honest and worked very hard to make every thing clear to me and keep me on track, Thanks to Kenneth and all the other folks I had the opportunity to work with I am in my second home and look forward to working with them all again in the future for my retirement home. Once the process was done he followed up to make sure we had everything, and with laws that differ from state to state, he let us know other things we had to do on our own that he couldn’t. I shopped around for loans, and most either could not get the rates, credits, and other options ...Worked with Nathan at the recommendation of my realtor, who has recommended him to his other clients. I shopped around for loans, and most either could not get the rates, credits, and other options rocket/Nathan could, or they were trying way too hard, and it felt impersonal and like I left a used car dealership. they would try to manufacture the personal touch with videos and follow up calls, but it was clear they did not listen or care. One contacted me again 6 months after I had already told them I went with rocket and purchased a house.... to ask me if I was still looking for a house. Nathan called me 6 months after my purchase, but it was because he found me a fantastic refi option, based on our info from the original mortgage with him, which we went with. I can't recommend him enough and I am glad our realtor referred us."
