All along, he and his colleagues kept us up to date with where we were in the process and what our next step was going to be. My questions were always answered quickly and clearly. In the end, we got exactly the result we wanted."

Mr. Carlin was able to determine the reason for the failure of the first company and took the necessary steps to get my VA refinance completed. He provided complete oversight of the many parts of the process and I felt like I was his most important customer from day one. I am very thankful for John's patience and professionalism and would highly recommend him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone trying to wade through the difficult process of refinancing their home. With John and Rocket Mortgage, the process was a walk in the park. "

Whenever problems arose, he was attentive and very responsive. Over time (because there were delays in construction, it took some time for us to close), we came to trust Ralph's advice and his sincerity. He never led us wrong and always provided us with a clear roadmap as to next steps. He's an amazing individual and we are very fortunate that we lucked out and got to work with him. Whenever I left a message, he would call me right back and apologize for not being able to take my call. My refinance experience was seamless. Sam was always on task and kept me up to date every step of the way. My loan went through earlier than expected and without a hitch. I wish to acknowledge the professional service provided by Angela, as one excellent employee and her great knowledge the assistance I needed. No one worked as diligently to assure that the service received was done correctly as she did. Her professionalism and demeanor were caring, impressive and she did everything to make sure all my questions were addressed. This personal experience of this ONE employee out weighted any customer service I have ever received. This was based on your a broad awareness of her position and so much more. I will rate her over an excellent 10 plus on any survey personally. Angela made me feel as a customer appreciated and advised me what I can expect from Rocket Mortgage with any future transactions. I felt impell to share this experience with you based this customer service. We've all had terrible customer service experiences. Personally, when I have an option to change service providers based on receiving poor customer service, I give the company one or more opportunities to make it up before I sever all ties with them and look for an alternative. It's incredibly important to listen to what an individual is saying to you. Listen objectively and ask questions to get to the core of the customer's concerns, so that they can be helped quickly and efficiently. She did her job with the utmost professionalism and customer service. Please make sure corporate is made aware of my appreciation and my desire to request her personally, for future services. Based on several prior home real estate transactions I have a ...I am blown away by the high level of integrity and honesty Joe has. Ditto for everyone else that I have dealt with at Rocket Mortgage. Based on several prior home real estate transactions I have a very low opinion of all parties involved in general, which is why I was blown away when Joe helped me reduce my interest rate or (I chose fewer points/closing costs) AFTER I was already satisfied with the terms of the loan. Joe connected me with Alex from their solutions department who gave me a few specific actions to take to increase my wife's credit score. I had no idea these actions to improve her credit score were possible and that it could save us a significant amount of money, but Joe's deep knowledge helped him to identify an opportunity to benefit us big-time. Since this type of customer commitment is very hard to find in current times, Joe and Rocket Mortgage has earned our respect and all future mortgage business. I also have to mention that although I can be easily irritated, Joe helped me meet deadlines and to follow up with the documentation submitting process without nagging or getting on my nerves. He has a unique perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. His commitment, communication, and follow through are of the best that I have experienced. I consider myself a pretty critical guy, but looking back I could not be happier with my experience with Rocket Mortgage thus far--and Christina's warm, helpful, and considerate attitude deserves the lion's share of the credit for that impression. She was prompt (but not pushy) in keeping me in the loop, and she was always there with a straightforward, easy-to-grasp answer when I needed follow-up clarification on some issue. Basically, she was a complete and utter STAR. I don't know how many clients she maintains at any one time (they must be legion, because she seems that good), but I always had the impression that she remembered exactly who I was, what I needed, and was genuinely happy to talk to me. If Christina is your agent, you could not have done better!"

Since i had all the info. memorised i laid it to him and he was taking notes i guess. Within a day or two we are on and my loan was under progress and we got it done. We could have done it little earlier, a few weeks earlier , but i was away since i work on a US Navy ship and be gone to sea for a few days and was having trouble with emails, sending scanned copies and or going on line or calling banks etc for statements. Otherwise i was getting instant email replies and phone msgs. back from Tom and it was a pleasure working with him. And my case, was not an easy , probably most difficult considering my various activities and spread out over across the country too. Anyway finally when i thanked him for getting this done considering many things on my side, i told Tom i would like to be in touch with him for future refinance and or new loans when it shows up in my life in a few years or even earlier."

A ...First and foremost, a comfortable experience to what most view as a stressful, uncomfortable process including myself. Jake walked me through the refinance from the moment he picked up the phone. A simple search and inquiry on the internet looking for a VA "cash-out" routed me to Rocket Mortgage and Jake. I had been inundated with offers of refinancing, cash-outs, etc. from multiple lenders all willing to "help" the veteran. The reviews were not favorable of the ones that showed interest towards me so that's when my search started. All my questions were quickly and efficiently answered. After about 5 minutes into the process, I started to settle down and a positive feeling started to ease my mind. He's good and good at it. It wasn't all business. We got to know a bit about each other which separated him from the typical "salesman" approach. I honestly felt he was there for me. Again, the process was quick. Having great credit and all my needed paperwork at hand made it easier. (Hint Hint)) After the initial process and moving on to the next step(s) which involved different teams doing their thing, I referred back to Jake for a few questions. Even though his initial job was done, he got back to me in a timely fashion and walked me through my concerns and questions. If I knew how easy this was, I would of done it a while ago but just hearing the stories in other reviews added to my hesitation. The closing was quicker than expected, the closing was done right at my kitchen table and funds were deposited sooner than estimated. Thank you to Jake and the rest of the Rocket Mortgage team for making all worth while."
