I couldn't believe how simple Ali made this process for me after dealing with numerous Lenders that couldn't satisfy my needs. Ali had full control of the situation the entire time and if anything changed she was quick to let me know. Definitely going to recommend Ali to a few of my buddies over here at Ford, I'm sure they will be very satisfied with her professionalism and expertise. In my ...It was just a typical Sunday morning drinking my coffee when I decided to try again to refi our home. I had been turned down a few years before. I said to myself, all they can say is no. In my pajamas I went to Rocket Mortgage and filled out all the info. Much to my surprise the response was very quick, that week I began gathering the info and scanning it to them. All online. About two weeks into it, we hit a snag. My husband was on medical leave. Losing two family members suddenly and tragically had taken it's toll and he was off for a bit. Someone requested a personal letter explaining all this, I was ready to leave the whole deal. Phil reached out right away, and said no letter was needed. He adjusted the terms, made them even better and saved not only the deal...but our dignity and privacy. Our family owes Phil a huge amount of gratitude. Not only did he say the right things, he did the right things too. I would not hesitate to go to Phil with our needs in the future. Love from Austin Texas"

His knowledge of the process helped us tremendously. Going through a mortgage application can feel overwhelming, but with Jim's patient help and encouragement, we were able to complete the process way ahead of the proposed schedule. This was really amazing, since we were using the Reverse Mortgage for a home purchase not for a current residence. Our realtor and the seller's realtor initially felt apprehensive about an "on line" mortgage company. However, they were soon very impressed with the high quality of professionalism. Jim has a special mix of staying on task and getting the business done, but with a friendly and especially polite manner. We highly recommend Jim and the rest of the team at One Reverse Mortgage."

Our situation is a bit unique as we were purchasing a home we had already lived in for three years as renters. Jeannie helped us navigate our unique purchase experience with aplomb. She was welcoming, friendly, detail-oriented, thoroughly responsive, and just a huge help all around! We are thrilled with our mortgage package and I'm very much looking forward to reconnecting with Jeannie as rates drop even more and we look to refinance. Like some of the other reviewers here, I'm a longtime Charles Schwab customer and echo the positive sentiments expressed by fellow Rocket customers about the ease of coordination between banking and mortgage. Jeannie made sure as many elements of the process could be done automatically with data pulls from Schwab as possible, saving us a lot of time and effort. The Rocket portal is also extremely user-friendly with very clear guidance provided about what to expect and when; Jeannie always made sure needed documents got populated in a timely manner and that we had everything we needed to prepare for each new step in the process. Finally, Jeannie kept our home loan on track so we could close on our purchase without the signing getting derailed by either Hurricane Helene or Hurricane Milton. We're very grateful for that and to own the wonderful home that protected us from harm. Jeannie and her colleagues made that possible and we're already saving a bunch of money on things like PMI and compound interest because of how clearly she outlined the benefits of different loan terms, down payments, etc. 10/10 service, highly recommend!"

He was very patient and listened to my circumstances, he then made sure he could get me to some one who could help me due to my circumstances. I was not on hold for a long period of time waiting for the transfer, Bill stayed on the line with me until I was connected with scott, who also was very patient and listened. Although Rocket Mortgage was not the right fit for what I needed both Bill and Scott not only educated me but guided in the right direction. If it had not been for them I would have spent hours of frustration trying to get things figured out. Both Bill and Scott were very knowledgable and as said above helped me out greatly. I will definitely contact them again on my next home loan."

Back in late March 2017 I talked to a bank about financing me home. I gave them everything they wanted then the headaches, tensions and sleepless night started. talking to 5 different people from 5 different states. missing doc. but they already had and then found. 3 different closing dates. finally we closed may 25. Now let me tell you why I think Megan is a 11. When I talked to Megan it was like talking to a trusted friend. Never, did I felt being pressured. She explained all my different options (not like the other bank) made sure this is the way to go. Amazing she told me tell her what I needed and wanted to make sure I was ok with that or needed something else. She told me what she needed from us and we faxed everything. she told me someone will contact me if they need anything else but doubt it because we sent everything she asked for. I did get a called and he thanked me for the information and asked if I needed anything to call. Wow, didn't expect that. He and Megan checked make sure I did inspection and have my house appraise. Megan would call just to see if everything is going alright. The next call I got from Megan was she said all set you will be setting up the closing date. I asked her are you sure? When did we start the process. She said 14 days ago. OMG, I couldn't believe it no headaches, sleepless nights, Thank you Megan and Rocket Mortgage. Our dreams are starting to come true."

Dave was wonderful throughout the entire process. He always communicated me and help keep me updated On the progress of the loan. He even called to congratulate me on closing! Dave is the perfect example of how customer service should be. I know I would not have gotten my house refinance if it hadn’t been for Dave and Rocket Mortgage. Brittany definitely works harder than the next person and definitely has passion for her job, ensuring I have everything I need to make this buying process as smooth as possible. Buying a home I thought was gonna be hard, tough , and stressful but having someone like Brittany in my corner definitely lifted a lot of weight off my shoulders. Always making sure we were on top of thing. Working as a team and making sure we got everything done that needed to be done. However, Once I realized that I was against time due to the fact that my company asked me to move to a different state. I gave them a call and I am extremely thankful that the person that picked up the phone was Troy Londo. Both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with his treatment and great work and for going the extra mile for us. Even by setting up follow up calls on Saturday to make sure that everything was good to go. My wife, myself and even my realtor were static to see how Rocket Mortgage was able to close the loan within a record time of 15 days. There is no doubt in mind that in the future when there is a need for a lender again in our lives I will think about contacting Troy Londo right away before contacting anybody else. I will recommend him over anybody else I know and have worked with before. From the Agualimpia's Family we want to thank Troy Londo for the strong and outstanding dedication to help us close in our brand new home in Texas. We will forever be grateful"
