We were still sorting things out with another lender and wanted a backup option, and were upfront with Mary from the beginning that we would likely not be closing with ...Well Mary is just the best! We were still sorting things out with another lender and wanted a backup option, and were upfront with Mary from the beginning that we would likely not be closing with Rocket Mortgage. She was still eager to help and got everything setup with Rocket Mortgage before our original lender, even though we started with Rocket Mortgage later! It was extremely reassuring to know we had a great backup plan if things were to fall through with the other lender. Mary was responsive, polite, and explained things very clearly! We were actually bittersweet that things ended up working out on the other front, and although we did end up voluntarily withdrawing from Rocket Mortgage, it was for no fault of Mary's nor Rocket Mortgage. We would recommend Mary to anyone in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for your time Mary; it was more helpful than I think you realize! Cheers!"

Back in late March 2017 I talked to a bank about financing me home. I gave them everything they wanted then the headaches, tensions and sleepless night started. talking to 5 different people from 5 different states. missing doc. but they already had and then found. 3 different closing dates. finally we closed may 25. Now let me tell you why I think Megan is a 11. When I talked to Megan it was like talking to a trusted friend. Never, did I felt being pressured. She explained all my different options (not like the other bank) made sure this is the way to go. Amazing she told me tell her what I needed and wanted to make sure I was ok with that or needed something else. She told me what she needed from us and we faxed everything. she told me someone will contact me if they need anything else but doubt it because we sent everything she asked for. I did get a called and he thanked me for the information and asked if I needed anything to call. Wow, didn't expect that. He and Megan checked make sure I did inspection and have my house appraise. Megan would call just to see if everything is going alright. The next call I got from Megan was she said all set you will be setting up the closing date. I asked her are you sure? When did we start the process. She said 14 days ago. OMG, I couldn't believe it no headaches, sleepless nights, Thank you Megan and Rocket Mortgage. Our dreams are starting to come true."

Kary was very personable and professional, and easy to work with! Our loan closed super quick (in less than 3 weeks) with no issues. Highly recommend Kary and Rocket Mortgage if you are looking to purchase a new home or refinance your existing mortgage!"

"I've been meaning to write this for a while. My husband and I have been working with Rocket Mortgage for years. We "met" Sean when we refinanced our former house years ago. Sean has kept us coming ...I've been meaning to write this for a while. My husband and I have been working with Rocket Mortgage for years. We "met" Sean when we refinanced our former house years ago. Sean has kept us coming back. We have sold, bought, sold and bought and refinanced with Sean! His customer service is second to none. He is patient, has a sense of humor, explains things in a way that a "non finance" type person can understand. There have been some "bumps" in other areas of Rocket Mortgage and Sean, even though it was NOT his error or area, went above and beyond to help us find who to reach out to. He truly cares. As long as Sean is there we will continue to work with Rocket Mortgage. I only wish Sean could be in every step with us as he is truly the best!"

However, Once I realized that I was against time due to the fact that my company asked me to move to a different state. I gave them a call and I am extremely thankful that the person that picked up the phone was Troy Londo. Both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with his treatment and great work and for going the extra mile for us. Even by setting up follow up calls on Saturday to make sure that everything was good to go. My wife, myself and even my realtor were static to see how Rocket Mortgage was able to close the loan within a record time of 15 days. There is no doubt in mind that in the future when there is a need for a lender again in our lives I will think about contacting Troy Londo right away before contacting anybody else. I will recommend him over anybody else I know and have worked with before. From the Agualimpia's Family we want to thank Troy Londo for the strong and outstanding dedication to help us close in our brand new home in Texas. We will forever be grateful"

He anticipated my every need and very thoroughly and patiently guided me in the correct path. Because of his"extra mile" assistance, I was able to realize all my financial goals through the refinance. The other people who completed the process were also very good, but Andy's assistance helped guide me through and I shall always be grateful, as will my family which was very skeptical that I could accomplish the refinance. As a first time homebuyer, it can be a stressful event, but Eric made the whole process feel way less overwhelming and always made sure I understood what was going on. He was always super responsive and willing to jump in to help.. he even worked on a Sunday night to make sure everything stayed on track so I could get into this home before the end of the year. That alone says a lot about how dedicated he is. His guidance and advice were spot-on, and I always felt like he genuinely had my best interest in mind. If you’re looking for someone who’s reliable, honest, and will go above and beyond for you, I can’t recommend Eric enough.
