I am thankful for your persistency - you gave me the history of the agency, facts, and other very pertinent information. You were also patient in allowing me the time I had asked for to talk to others. In doing that I was able to speak to someone that I personally know who had their home refinanced with Rocket Mortgage and gave Q.L high marks...And most importantly you were a man of your word... when you said you were going to call you did. I felt you were concern about me as an individual and a homeowner, and not just concerned with capturing another sale. You and Mr. Shappee both were very professional with everything and I am very satisfied.... Wanda "

I was hesistant to reach out thinking it was doubtful that ...Mikayla was a dream to work with. She refinanced our home the first time we did a refinance and then reached back out when rates lowered. I was hesistant to reach out thinking it was doubtful that she’d be able to do much since we had done our first refinance less than a year prior. But we were able to move from a 30 year mortgage to a 20 year mortgage for about $100 more a month. She also provided 2 other options that didn’t include raising our monthly payment, but this made the most sense for us. I’d give Mikayla 10 stars if I could, honestly. I swear, she must work around the clock because she seemed to always be available, timely, provided correct information, and was super pleasant to work with. We were able to go from our first chat to scheduling closing in less than a week. I’m beyond happy with the service that she provided!"

Within two minutes of completing Rocket Mortgage’s online questionnaire about my desire/ability to purchase a house, I was speaking to Joseph, who, along with my real estate agent, ended up being my greatest counselor during the whole homebuying process. Whenever I had any question, he responded with great satisfaction… weeknights, weekends, whenever. He walked me through everything, from the approval process to the closing process, providing valuable insight all the way. He talked me through all the paperwork, through all the seller negotiation details and through all the closing specifics. Joseph is the absolute ideal of a mortgage counselor, just as interested and invested in my success as I was, and it’s simply not possible recommend him more highly. "I am very happy that I called Joe with Rocket Mortgage. I was looking to refinance and had already got a quote from my current mortgage lender and was ready to go with them. I decided to call Rocket ...I am very happy that I called Joe with Rocket Mortgage. I was looking to refinance and had already got a quote from my current mortgage lender and was ready to go with them. I decided to call Rocket Mortgage just for a second opinion. I was on my out the door as I was calling and Joe got me a quote within minutes. And he beat my current mortgage holder!! Well that was a no brainier! But it gets even better! The whole process with Joe and his team was very smooth and we closed in about 3 weeks. Everything from the electronic signatures to the notary coming to my house. I even loved that they had the date already filled in on the documents for my closing. And I especially liked my copy of the closing documents. It was all in a binder form (no loose documents!) and color coordinated. How simple is that. I have already referred Joe to my coworkers and family and will definitely keep his number handy. How often do you deal with the same person throughout the process that you originally talked to on the phone? Thank you again Joe, to you and your team!!"

He called me on a weekly basis to check on how my search was going, and when I needed an updated pre approval letter he was always happy to assist me with a new one. Adam was especially helpful in advising me on the proper steps to take to ensure that my loan my was not delayed or denied before closing. When I first came to Rocket Mortgage, I was a bit fearful since I am self-employed, but Adam made the loan process a breeze for me! If I could give him ten stars...I would happily give him 11!!!"

After a few minutes of review Samer put together a plan for me—absolutely no pressure. He said it would take about thirty days and he was right on target. Samer was very polite and easy to work with. He called several times to see if I had any questions and to reassure me of the loan progress. I gave him five stars only because that’s the most this program allows—the system doesn’t allow ten. I highly recommend Samer and am thankful for his professionalism."
