He was readily available pretty much at any time I needed some information, especially during those times when I needed some quick answers. He was on top of all of the higgledy piggledy things that need to be done in order to get approved - and QUICKLY. He was right there through all of the steps giving us confidence and support! Overall, he is VERY GOOD. We both enjoyed working with him. The only regret is that we did not get to work with him for all of our steps in regard to getting our mortgage. While everyone we encountered was nice, Alex was the absolute best!"

This was my first time completing a refi completely online, so I was a little nervous about starting the process. But, Trevor made contact with me right after I filled out the initial form, and was with us every step of the way, including following up with us after the loan was closed. Never did I hear him get annoyed or frustrated with me nor felt being brushed off by him. To be honest, those qualities ment so much to me as a first time home buyer because I was learning as we went along the process and I needed things repeated a few times. Ayham always was the one person I could rely on to help me and I'm feel very lucky to be able to work with him. He always went out of his way to get information for me and always got back to me in a timely manner during the process when I had questions--he even got back to me one time when he was at home sick--now that's dedication! The best thing about her was how incredibly prompt she was in responding to any questions, document needs, etc. Her responses were both very fast and very detailed and she made the entire process a real pleasure. I had had concerns on how the entirely online procedure might work and was very pleased with how Meri did everything to make it wonderful. Her upbeat and happy personality really helped as did the obvious professionalism with which she handled every step of the process. She really put the personal into the process! I can't recommend her highly enough to anyone wanting a great loan experience."

Back in late March 2017 I talked to a bank about financing me home. I gave them everything they wanted then the headaches, tensions and sleepless night started. talking to 5 different people from 5 different states. missing doc. but they already had and then found. 3 different closing dates. finally we closed may 25. Now let me tell you why I think Megan is a 11. When I talked to Megan it was like talking to a trusted friend. Never, did I felt being pressured. She explained all my different options (not like the other bank) made sure this is the way to go. Amazing she told me tell her what I needed and wanted to make sure I was ok with that or needed something else. She told me what she needed from us and we faxed everything. she told me someone will contact me if they need anything else but doubt it because we sent everything she asked for. I did get a called and he thanked me for the information and asked if I needed anything to call. Wow, didn't expect that. He and Megan checked make sure I did inspection and have my house appraise. Megan would call just to see if everything is going alright. The next call I got from Megan was she said all set you will be setting up the closing date. I asked her are you sure? When did we start the process. She said 14 days ago. OMG, I couldn't believe it no headaches, sleepless nights, Thank you Megan and Rocket Mortgage. Our dreams are starting to come true."

However, Once I realized that I was against time due to the fact that my company asked me to move to a different state. I gave them a call and I am extremely thankful that the person that picked up the phone was Troy Londo. Both my wife and I are extremely satisfied with his treatment and great work and for going the extra mile for us. Even by setting up follow up calls on Saturday to make sure that everything was good to go. My wife, myself and even my realtor were static to see how Rocket Mortgage was able to close the loan within a record time of 15 days. There is no doubt in mind that in the future when there is a need for a lender again in our lives I will think about contacting Troy Londo right away before contacting anybody else. I will recommend him over anybody else I know and have worked with before. From the Agualimpia's Family we want to thank Troy Londo for the strong and outstanding dedication to help us close in our brand new home in Texas. We will forever be grateful"
