Cheryl Buss called me shortly and introduced to me how Rocket Mortgage can help me with the mortgage. She was very clear in explaining all involved fees related to the loan and closing. She also helped me to get a conditional loan approval letter (not pre-qualified letter) based on my qualification, which made my house searching easier. During the time when I was looking for houses, Cheryl followed up with me often. She is always reachable. Whenever I had any questions, she always got back to me quickly. One Friday evening I wrote an email to her asking some question regarding the interest rate disclosure document, she emailed me back in less than an hour at the weekend night. I was really impressed by her professionalism. With her help, I was able to close the deal in less than 35 days with no extra fees."

Silas was compassionate, caring and took the time to listen to our needs. He made me chuckle as he got more and more excited as he found a few solutions for us. Not only did he help us remortgage our home for few years but we got money to pay off all of our credit card and loan debt.
