Me and my husband are forever grateful and honored that Kaitlyn was there for us 30 days before our closing. We were actually signed with a different mortgage broker until 30 days before closing. All of their numbers switched and we owed way more for our down payment and monthly payment. It was robbery! We then decided to give Rocket Mortgage a shot and were synced with Kaitlyn. She was confident and promising of a better program we qualified for. Lower down payment/lower monthly payment. I was skeptical at first because of the other company's scam. Kaitlyn was reassuring and guaranteed that we would be well taken care of with Rocket Mortgage. Here we are a week after closing in our beautiful new home thanks to Kaitlyn! Everything happened exactly as she said it would. Thank you again for your amazing patience, your honest word, and your hard work. We were a bit nervous about doing a home loan/mortgage process totally online. From the very first conversation with Kevin, he put us immediately at ease. He was so easy to talk to and extremely patient and courteous in response to our questions. When things were happening quickly, Kevin was very prompt in responding to our needs. From the pre-approval process to closing, Kevin was professional and efficient working with us every step of the way. His real estate expertise is outstanding. Even at some nervous moments at the final determination of cash to close, Kevin responded promptly and was reassuring as he handled the situation. The process went so smoothly, we were able to close 2 weeks earlier than we had originally scheduled. Kevin was highly respected by our real estate agent and attorney, who both stated their pleasure in doing business with Kevin. We've been in our new home just little over a month now, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to work with Kevin. Being as that is was Winter makes it difficult to find anything to rent let alone buy. Renting is so expensive and application fee after application fee, we were depleting our funds. Frank got my husband hooked up with their credit expert Joel and told us exactly what we needed to do and quickly the points went up hence qualifying us for more house. Other lenders turn us away and saying we couldn't do certain things and that they couldn't help us. Frank made the magic happen. He crossed every t and dotted every eye. Always watching our backs for every little thing. Trying to find something before we had to be out of where we were was trying in itself , but his team got us to close even earlier that the predicted 30 to 45 days it takes for the process. A miracle indeed giving us more time to move. Thank you Frank and your team for making it happen. I am truly in awe and amazement. I know now why they call you Rocket Mortgage."

Prior to December 2018, my first occasion to work with Rocket Mortgage, I was not in favor of using an online lender. I am very personable and prefer to work face-to-face with lenders especially, but all others who have a role in closing a real estate transaction. However, as a Buyer's Agent, I work for my client--and this one came to me already approved with Rocket Mortgage, and Bianca as his banker. He was highly impressed with her professionalism, and Rocket Mortgage competitive rates. Bianca, my client, and I successfully closed 2 purchases within 3 months of each other. I still prefer local lenders to online lenders, however, I readily refer Bianca (Rocket Mortgage) when a client suggests interest in checking out lenders online. Let me tell why--Bianca is responsive to her clients, including me, there is a whole team of professionals supporting her, and the ease of the client portal Rocket Mortgage provides. My experience has been on time or early closings each time I have had the pleasure of working with Bianca."

Allen provided constant communication and quickly responded to every request and email I sent, and there were a few. With Allen's assistance, we were able to apply for a refinance and receive a closing date in less than two weeks! That is almost unheard of in this current real estate climate. Not only was he a joy to work with, but he also showed incredible patients. He remained on our initial call with us for well over an hour, while he walked us through uploading all the required document to expedite our refinancing process. Not only did he treat us with professionalism, but also infused a level of friendliness that put us at ease and made us realize we were in good hands! If you are looking to refinance or get a loan for a new mortgage, Allen is the man!!! I only have high praise and appreciation for all of his hard work! Thank you for EVERYTHING, Allen!!"

Don't expect them to be able ...I was nervous to initially check it out, there was always an one excuse or another not to do it. My credit is not the very best but it is decent and it really has to be. Don't expect them to be able to accomplish a un realistic home loan. Be honest with Rocket Mortgage and the team assigned to you but more importantly be honest with yourself. Don't expect miracles, know your budget, be prepared, be proactive and most importantly be patient and respond to their request immediately. It's your loan after-all even though you'll feel like the team is only working on your loan, keep in mind they are also working on others and their loans but their response to your concerns are still their highest priority. Even by email which in some cases are at odd late / early morning hours. Just shows you they are definitely working on your behalf to give you their very best effort to make your loan happen. If your expectations are realistic and your honestly expecting a good experience you'll be satisfied. Unless your assigned Loan specialist team is Logan and his team then good won't be "good enough" of a rating you'll actually recieve an excellent experience. Also would like to say to you all that Logan's team includes a beautiful coordinator/specialist named Taylor working on your loan and she is a Rockstar, I give Taylor 100 stars as she is fantastic in all areas as well. If I had to do it again I'd request and not quit requesting for Logan and Taylor to be assigned to accomplish my loan package that's how great they are. Logan and team made me the happiest new home owner i could be and like I stated above they are what makes the Veterans United Home Loan experience stand out among the rest."

I was snippy because no one seemed to know that I'd already been spoken to each time they called and with no results, I was annoyed. I told Andrew I didn't want to go through the whole thing again and he understood and let me off the phone. A while later I checked my email and Andrew and found a way to refinance my mortgage and save me on my payment and mortgage insurance. Even after I was short with him. He was great to work with afterwards and did everything he said he would. I would recommend working with him."

He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Throughout the entire process, he made me feel like I was his only client, even though I know he had many others. He guided me through all the paperwork, answered every question, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I honestly would have hated to work with me through all of this, but Dany never made me feel like I was a burden. He was understanding, caring, and always willing to help. Things like getting a mortgage or refinancing your old mortgage. This is not a commercial or infomercial but a real-life experience. Recently I decided to refinance my mortgage. I called Rocket Mortgage. On the other side of the line was Mrs. Nikki Mariner, a banker with Rocket Mortgage company. From the beginning, I sensed that Mrs. Mariner was exactly what the doctor ordered. Knowledgeable, pleasant and spontaneous. Seldom I had a great talk with a customer representative like I had with Mrs. Mariner. Next time when you need a helping hand in buying or refinancing a house and when you'd rather have a friend on the other side of your inquiry than a predator, call Mrs. Nikki Mariner."
