He is an excellent communicator, the Rocket Mortgage app was comfortably handy. There was always a list of things to do and things that were already done. I highly recommend Jacob to anyone buying or refinancing a home. And , of course, Rocket Mortgage put together a real easy way to do it all... without leaving my house!
