I'm a pretty skeptical person when it comes to dealing with finances with a stranger, especially over the phone. My dad had used Rocket Mortgage a time or two before and recommended them. I had no idea how great the quality of customer service would be. Simon is the real deal! He Knows his business and there wasn't a question I could ask that he didn't have the answer for. The whole process was quick and seamless. I would recommend to anyone and yes I would use him again! "

First, she really took the time to listen to my very difficult situation, and seemed to look for any possible way or exception in the rules to help me, and she succeeded in finding me a way. I am very grateful to Sarah as well as the underwriters and everyone else involved at Rocket Mortgage for allowing me to refinance my home; I needed to get my ex husbands name off the mortgage or could have been forced to sell. Thank you again for helping me. I am already sleeping much better thanks to you."

Once I decided to go with Rocket/Rocket Mortgage (in large part because I felt Renee really knew what she was talking about), Renee was very quick in responding to any email queries I sent to her. After another Rocket associate became involved in processing my application, Renee kept in touch to ensure that everything was staying on track. The process itself dragged on longer than I would have liked, primarily because my work as a freelance writer meant I needed to submit a variety of proofs of employment and income. Throughout that extended process, both Renee and her Rocket associate were very helpful and encouraging. Ultimately, the refi went through, so everything worked out well."

He had My interests and concerns first, even when i wasnt sure. In any review, i normally stop at 4 stars at the most. However, Nick is respectful and the customer comes first. I would recommend Nick with Rocket Mortgage for home purchasing, refinancing or home improvement. Or all 3. Thank you Nick!"

I was in a rut with my present financial situation and Kyle actually reached out to me! Someone who cared about my problems and wanted to find a way to help me out. I know he went down every avenue to work to my advantage with the great rate I got to helping me every step of the way and really guiding me through the process. I am grateful that Kyle was my Banker and if I had to do it again, well Kyle would be my first choice. I was obviously stressed and confused and didn’t really know what to do. Darrius was great- gave me much needed calming advice and walked me through the process. He remained in contact through out the process- advised me on ways to improve my situation and helped me secure the refinance I needed in record time. Sounds like an exaggeration- but dude was a god send. At no point did I feel sold on anything or pressured. He was proactive- available and able to answer all questions I had."

Working with Jacki was the best decision our family made. Jacki is a very caring individual, and extremely knowledgeable with the regulations and requirements needed to process a loan. All our questions were answered and explained through the entire process, her professionalism and promptness greatly eased any concerns. She was available to us via email, phone, text and chat! However, in ...It should be noted that I do not like working with "loan people" and I don't enjoy the loan process. During a recent purchase of a home I had what I would consider a poor experience. However, in working on a new opportunity with my realtor I received a recommendation to talk to Chris at Rocket Mortgage in order to secure a loan on an investment home. While that did not work out, no fault to Chris, I did commit to working with him on a refi. And it was a great experience. Chris has the knowledge, experience, and persistence, as well as patience, to make this particular loan process very simple and, to a degree, enjoyable. I saved money after reviewing numerous options, the on-line process is very efficient, and Chris managed everything from open to close. When I refi and/or buy another home I will work with Chris. And I will recommend Chris to anyone that asks if I know anyone that works with home loans. Even family. So stop reading this review and contact Chris Airriess (Don't try to pronounce his last name) today for the best loan experience you thought imaginable."

He was extremely knowledgeable of his products to offer us the best scenario for our situation and provided lightning-speed service at the highest level far beyond our expectations. He was amazingly available by phone and email to move things forward even late in the evening after hours. We couldn’t recommend Craig more highly and cannot think of anything that could have been done differently to make this experience better. We would definitely work with him again and have already recommended him to others! He is the ultimate mortgage specialist!"
