He was extremely knowledgeable of his products to offer us the best scenario for our situation and provided lightning-speed service at the highest level far beyond our expectations. He was amazingly available by phone and email to move things forward even late in the evening after hours. We couldn’t recommend Craig more highly and cannot think of anything that could have been done differently to make this experience better. We would definitely work with him again and have already recommended him to others! He is the ultimate mortgage specialist!"

If there seemed to be something hard to get, he tried to go a dif. route. He quickly quoted me what he thought would help me to lower my bills since I was retiring. He explained everything I needed to understand and he is more like my family - I can always get in touch with him if I have questions. I will recommend him to anyone I know. Not even my own mother could beat the speed at which he answered all...I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had with Rocket Mortgage in general, but more specifically, with Ryan Lange. Not even my own mother could beat the speed at which he answered all of my many (many) inquiries. His knowledge about the entire process is amazing, and he shepherded me through flawlessly. Ryan made Rocket Mortgage look like super-stars; he is a true asset to the company, but even more of an asset to the clients he serves. When I got my first mortgage a few years ago, I had been a long standing employee of one of the mega-banks, and the process was miserable, tedious, aggravating, and long. They repeatedly requested the same items we had already provided, and callbacks were even more of a rarity than answers to emails. Dealing with the same person more than once was also not very common, and they scrutinized every dime I earned and spent over the past several years as if I were a criminal being interrogated by the IRS. I dreaded going for another mortgage, expecting it to be worse than the first, but I can resoundingly say the experience with Ryan Lange and Rocket Mortgage was 100% positive, efficient, and fast. Ryan was our loan officer from the beginning, and regardless of what point in the process we reached, Ryan was right there to reassure my (overly) anxious heart and mind. He got it right the first time, every time, and I am so grateful for his expertise, knowledge, guidance, and patience. He made me feel like he worked for me personally rather than for his employer and as if I were his only client, which is certainly one of the hallmarks of stellar customer service. Not once was I made to feel like nothing more than a loan number as I had with my first mortgage, with my very own employer nonetheless. To anyone seeking a loan: If you found Ryan Lange, you can stop looking. You've come to the right man."

I never felt pressured, or like I was being slicked into, " a great deal." Nick is not only knowledgeable he is personable. He found the perfect program that met my needs and challenges. He walked me through each process and my questions and concerns were always welcomed . Nick provides fantastic customer service. He does what he says he will do. If something arises he finds a way to incorporate it or work around it. He returns phone calls promptly and answers emails usually within hours. He makes himself available through the whole process. Refinancing my house was amazingly quick, I could not believe how fast this process was. If you are thinking about a home purchase or a refinance, do yourself a favor and call Nick Math. I have used Qucken Loans before, and met some good people, but, never as Professional, as him. To put it bluntly, HE HAD THE ANSWERS, to all my questions. After the first Phone call, I knew, my new mortgage rate, savings per month, cost of the loan, and how long it would take me to break even. The follow up was quick, I knew what I had to send him, and what they were working on, every day. I would recomend him to my family menbers."

"I was looking for help with my mortgage from Wells Fargo, and I was denied. I was with that bank for almost 20 years and this was the very first time that I ever asked for help. Not only did my request for help get denied, they tried to"steal"my home. Not knowing what to do, or where to turn to, I reached out to Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage) . The person who answered my plea for help, on the other end of the phone, was Tom Velten. What a godsend he was! He listened to my plea and he offered to look into my cause and Tom immediately got down to working on my loan. When I tell you that everything was seamless, it was seamless and extremely fast. Within 2 hours of my very first contact with Tom, we were well on our way to having our loan approved. Not even 2 weeks have passed and I'm heading to closing. Everything went exactly like Tom informed me that it would go. It's interesting to note that my mortgage payment went down by almost $100 per month and the new payment includes 2 credit cards that I'm going to pay off. I absolutely enjoyed working with Tom. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to obtain their very first mortgage or if you're looking to refinance. However, with the possibility of saving thousands of dollars per year intrigued our interest. Moe informed us about the history of Rocket Mortgage and explained the painless process of applying, submitting documentation and not having to take time off work to meet with a financial consultant. Moe was very customer service, friendly, personable and knowledgeable about Rocket Mortgage and the process from beginning to end. He kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process. It appeared too good to be true, but it was. I have shared my outstanding experience with many people and continue to encourage them to contact Rocket Mortgage through Moe!
