He has been a literal guardian angel for me and my family during one of the most challenging times in our lives. Imagine trying to buy a home for you and your children while navigating the pain of a divorce and losing almost everything. I had no idea where to even begin. I called several mortgage companies, but when I reached out to Rocket Mortgage on a late evening, Sean answered. From the moment he picked up the phone, he reassured me and said, "We can work on this now." At that moment, I was overwhelmed with uncertainty. It was late, and I thought, “Are you sure?” Without hesitation, Sean began explaining the entire process, on a night when I had lost all hope. I had only 90 days to secure a home, a place my children and I could call our own—especially with the possibility of losing it in the divorce battle. Sean did more than just professionally guide me through the mortgage process. He became a true support system. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure my needs were met. On days when I could hardly think straight, bogged down by legal paperwork and personal stress, Sean would work tirelessly, crunching numbers and providing resources to help me navigate the financial aspects I hadn’t even considered. He never made me feel like a burden, despite my constant questions and concerns. Sean was more than just a mortgage specialist—he was a constant source of positivity and hope. He would find creative solutions in ways I had never seen before. He genuinely cares about his clients and takes their well-being to heart. It’s rare to find someone who treats their job with the level of commitment and care that Sean does. I previously worked at a mortgage company and it's been over 10 years since I've applied for a mortgage so I knew how the process would work but I was totally blown away by Rocket Mortgage. The process was very easy and went without any hiccups. Getting a mortgage you expect some issues and you dread the process. I can't believe how easy Dominic and Rocket Mortgage made this process. Hail to the chief. Now I know why Rocket Mortgage is #1. Even your post-closed process is thoughtful. I received a personalized email telling me how to set up my account for payments. There is even an amortization schedule online so I can track my progress to payoff. The helpful emails about potential scammers who might be contacting me since my mortgage was recorded was informative. Rocket Mortgage has put a lot of thought into their customers. It's refreshing to find a company who is putting their customers first. I will always be a Rocket Mortgage customer. Thank you!!!"

I can truly say that Katlyn is one of the finest i have come into contact with. Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have her and we customers are fortunate to have her working for and with us. From the first time I spoke with her, she was professional and a sweetheart. She knows her business and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She was always ready to answer any questions and was willing to walk me through the on-line process. Even after I had moved along in the process, she checked in and it felt as if I was speaking with an old friend. She remembered personal items and asked about my family. She shared a few anecdotes herself while maintaining her professionalism throughout the process."

"I'm an agent in Cleveland,TN and have worked with several local lenders as well as several online lenders. I was introduced to Aaron by a mutual client of ours that had spoken to the usual big lenders In town, but could not be helped. Aaron was able to work around their issues, prequalify them and we were under contract within a week. A few weeks later, I ran into another situation. A client that I was working with had a break in employment, and the local guys all gave the thumbs down. I figured I'd give Aaron a chance and see if he could help us, and WOW! We are closing in a week, less than a month of escrow for an FHA loan. If it seems impossible, give Aaron a call before you give up, he may just make it work for you. But it doesn't stop there, he is officially added to my "Vendor List" of preferred banks. I will gladly use him whether I have a perfect buyer or one with some problems to work around. Thanks for your help Aaron!"

Not only were we moving out of state, but we also experienced a few job changes and had a 3rd party co-signer. Normally that would cause endless headaches and miscommunication, not so with Tiffany on our side. She explained every item and was quick to respond to any questions we had. She was easy to get a hold of via email, text, or phone. No matter what the issue was she always had kind and cool demeanor. Tiffany is an absolute pleasure to work with and we are so grateful that she was assigned to our case. Needless to say the purchase went through without a hitch on our end and we closed escrow on time."

The experience ...Five!! I am amazed at how well my-refi went. This is the first time in 10 years that I have any faith in my mortgage company. The other mortgage company I was with was a nightmare. The experience with Rocket Mortgage has been so much better-they work with you every step of the way, keep you informed and make it very easy to pay your mortgage. I pay my mortgage in 2 monthly installments electronically and the process is seamless! The Rocket Mortgage refi and closing process was painless, unlike my other financing and closing experiences. (Title companies make me feel uncomfortable. They don't give you a chance to preview the docs before signing and I always had the nagging feeling I was signing something I shouldn't be.) On the other hand, my experience with Rocket Mortgage couldn't have been better. The documents were express mailed to me several days before my scheduled closing so that I could review them completely. Rocket Mortgage's closer met me after work at my office, explained every document to me and I felt very comfortable with signing for the first time in my life. How cool is that?!!! "
