We were pressed by our companies into a very tight timeframe to implement relocation. This is where Jay and Rocket Mortgage shined the brightest. Their products and process could be implemented quickly with a transparent means of continuous communication. Jay was confident in their abilities to meet our needs, but not in an arrogant manner. Once we decided to use Rocket Mortgage, Jay provided a thorough synopsis of the process, explanation of the website tools used to communicate with all departments within Rocket Mortgage, and stepped in to provide verbal communication when only warranted. With so many tasks necessary to complete our relation, and only so much time to make phone calls, this last quality was the most appreciated. As we approached final underwriting, my family hit a wall regarding my job. I was going to need to change employers. This could've been a roadblock that caused a reboot of the whole process. But Jay was calm and informed enough to provide potential solutions to our problem. We cleared underwriting and we were still able to close within 30 days! Bottom line, Jay is a terrific balance of working knowledge, perception of his customers' needs, and work-ethic to pull it all together. Working with Jay was one of the best possible solutions to my family's life change. Thanks so much, Jay!"

Having refinanced somewhat recently in the past (3 yrs previous), I was well aware of the hassle the process can be. Brett assured me that this would be no hassle, and he wouldn't keep coming back to me asking for more documents to be uploaded. He was true to his word. I was able to re-finance by uploading just one or two documents. No in-home inspection, no appraisal, no hassle. Just confirmed salary and he took care of the rest. The interest rate we got was ridiculously low, and in the end will save a bunch of money. We liked it so much we had Brett help us refi some investment property the month after the primary residence refi closed. Trust Brett, he knows what he's doing. Thanks Brett!"

If for some reason he isn't quite sure of the answer, he will research and dig into all resources to come-up with a credible answer. He has a body of knowledge, at his fingertips, that is amazing. We recommend Christian to all needing straight-forward answers about real estate loans, whether it be a new loan or a refinance. Trust is a very important component of a business relationship. We trust Christian in completing all phases of our loan from the beginning to the end. These days, one can't always believe what some home loan persons say. Fortunately, we have complete faith in what Christian tells us as these issues are verifiable. We found a few prospective homes and wanted to move fast. During my research a couple of cimpatiens kept coming up for mortgage originations. I called the first and was on hold for 30 mins... bad sign right? I called Rocket Mortgage and was immediately transferred to Matt. I got lucky! Within the first day we were pre- approved numbers in hand we called a realtor and went house shopping. Every day Matt called or emailed to make sure all was good. He answered the phone 90% of the time pretty much at anytime of the day. On the occasions I did leave a message he'd have the answer emailed and then provided a follow up call. The whole time he made sure we had all our buying options laid out in an easy to understand manner. When we put an offer in and went to start the closing process, Matt and his team went even further. They engineered the loan to save us 10 years off the loan for very little extra monthly. If your still reading this then I have one last thing to add. He won't sell you an unrealistic loan or home expectations. He will get you into what you can realistically afford and not be worried about months end or even when the tax bill arrives. That to me means he's not in the sell a home game. If you really need convincing then call me. Matt has my number and I tell you in person why you should use him and his team. Thanks again! "

He was patient and professional at every turn. When we had a question that was not specifically in his bailiwick he referred to the right specialists or he forwarded the question for us. He always returned our phone calls and never left us hanging. Knowledge and flexibility are his strong points. We would highly recommend him to anyone who may have multiple complicated scenarios to choose from. Anthony will steer people in the right direction."

He was patient and ...I remember the first time Collin called me offering to help with my home purchase. I was reluctant at first as I did not know him and had not done work with Rocket Mortgage. He was patient and offered information on himself and Rocket Mortgage. We continued to talk and I eventually gained confidence and decided to share information needed in order to evaluate my loan needs. I can safely say that not having bought a house in over 27 years the process of shopping for mortgage lenders via the internet was all new but yet again easy to learn and use. It also helped that I am somewhat tech knowledgeable. Very pleased with how Collin introduced the Rocket Mortgage approach to mortgage lending to me. Thanks and look forward to being a client. Gross incompetence from the contracted appraiser resulted in unnecessary mortgage insurance that will cost me over $2k before it finally is removed from my account. They told me they would not be selling my mortgage, but after 6 weeks it has already been sold to another company. Their estimates needed for escrow were so poorly calculated that I got $4k back from them after closing. The communication during the refinancing is shockingly unprofessional if you hear from them at all. Cutter is a very nice young man but Rocket Mortgage is a complete joke. They must be hiring high school dropouts to manage their processes."

I can truly say that Katlyn is one of the finest i have come into contact with. Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have her and we customers are fortunate to have her working for and with us. From the first time I spoke with her, she was professional and a sweetheart. She knows her business and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She was always ready to answer any questions and was willing to walk me through the on-line process. Even after I had moved along in the process, she checked in and it felt as if I was speaking with an old friend. She remembered personal items and asked about my family. She shared a few anecdotes herself while maintaining her professionalism throughout the process."

My husband and I liked Scott from our first conversation; he was direct, forthcoming, honest and never once reneged on what he promised he could do. My daughter a cynical real estate attorney and partner in a real estate law firm and title company was less than charmed when I told her about our enthusiasm for Scott and what he said he could do for us. She wanted to investigate to protect us. After talking with Scott, reviewing all his facts and figures, and investigating and checking out his proposals and Rocket Mortgage, she said, "Mom, we couldn't even do this for you as my own mother as fast and cheaply as Scott can. You should definitely jump on this proposal as fast as you can". She corresponded with Scott and reviewed all proposals and updates throughout, going over proposed closing costs and eventually settlement sheets with a fine tooth comb, checking to make sure all federal laws, etc. were timely complied with and that we were getting exactly what we had been promised at the quoted cost. If she had a question or issue that needed resolution, Scott took care of it immediately. In short, Scott made our refinance a pleasant, and efficient process. He was ALWAYS instantly available, answered questions patiently (we are both over 75) and explained every step and requirement in terms anyone could understand. The Rocket Mortgage communications board by which documents and information is exchanged between Rocket Mortgage and borrowers was perfect, and our Client Care Coordinator, Erika Kyles was as responsive and helpful as Scott. She answered immediately, offered creative ways to exchange documents and signatures, etc. and kept the stress level down to nil. I would not only highly recommend Scott and Erika and Rocket Mortgage, I think I will plan to put them in our Will!. "
