We had spent 4 months dealing with 2 other local lenders, including a major bank, with nothing but hassles, missed deadlines, and incomplete information. We were desperate to find a loan for our new house that was soon to close.Talked first with Daniel Friedberg of Rocket Mortgage, who quickly gave us the info we needed to make a decision, then the rest of his team worked well to facilitate the loan completion. While I was at first hesitant to do a loan online without any face to face time, it was a remarkably easy and painless process. We are Rocket Mortgage fans!"
