This was our first experience using Rocket Mortgage and he made us feel like we were his only customers. I guess I thought we would be dealing with a loan company strictly online - had no idea how personal everything would be. Example: We actually changed our mind about the first house midstream through the process - I texted him on Sunday evening to let him know, and asked him to get back to me on Monday. But he called me right back that same Sunday evening within the hour. He expedited the process to make sure we closed on time, since we had just sold our own home. He was so good at explaining everything from the very beginning and kept in touch with us through the entire process. He patiently answered so many questions for us and never made us feel like we asked a stupid question. I have praised Bruce and Rocket Mortgage to all my family and friends. I HIGHLY recommend him!"

I was especially impressed with how easy he made everything from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and every email was responded to in a timely fashion. He estimated the time it would take to close the loan and he was right on the money…..just a little over 3 weeks. When we ran into a little snafu verifying my husband’s employment, Jason made a few calls to fix the problem and before we knew it, we were on our way to closing. This is customer service at its finest! Thank you Jason, and thank you Rocket Mortgage for making the process quick and simple!"

Without hesitation, she delivered a solution for me that allowed me to increase my credit score. She is a unicorn (both magical and rare). I am excited that Rocket Mortgage has such a phenomenal leader and strategist saving individuals like myself. I say all of this because I started a software company and used my credit cards to cover my patent costs (legal fees are ridiculous). Without her expertise and consultancy, I do not see how I would be able to get my company and credit back on track. Thank you immensely for being my superhero, Sheree!"

Matthew Goldberg at Rocket Mortgage is fantastic. He was always very positive and patient with me as a first time homebuyer. He put a lot of time into researching and then determining what loan option would be best for me. Matthew was always very honest and transparent with me through the entire process. He didn’t hide anything and was always available for my questions. He also encouraged me to wait until I found the right home for me through our almost six month house hunt, even though, it would have benefitted him to get me in process as soon as possible. Even after completing the process Matthew continues to check in with me on how things are going with my house. Not only did Matthew help me through my home buying process, but he also showed genuine concern and compassion for me after losing my brother during the house hunting process. Matthew displays the highest levels of integrity and truly cares about doing what is best for his clients as opposed to just getting clients through the loan process. We were first time home buyers and were a bit concerned with and afraid of the entire process. We heard some scary stories about online mortgages, etc., etc. If you work with Mark - forget about all those stories. We did have a few other people working with us (from reputable banks) but our experience working with Mark was the best! Mark would never miss a call from me (or would give me a call back if he was busy at that time), he would answer any (ANY!) questions we would have, he explained entire process to such details that we felt we were pro's in buying a house. He assisted us throughout entire process all the way to the closing and gave whatever support we had. We had no surprises whatsoever - the entire process was transparent and Mark would explain to us all the details. In addition to all this, Mark is very professional and nice person to deal with. Another impressing point: he VERY fast! We closed the deal on time and with Mark everything worked like watches - just trust him and follow his instructions. Although we've never met him in person, we felt like we can rely on and trust him - which we did and we never felt that we want to switch the agent. Overall - we had great experience and Mark was a great pleasure to work with! If we buy our next house we will go with Mark - no questions asked!"

My husband, Bruce, and I were desperately trying to buy a house in my home state of Maryland. At the time, we owned a home in Rochester, MN, which was not ready to go on the market. After months and months of searching, we found our perfect house – now the problem was – how do you get a mortgage on a new house when you already own one. We computed multiple mortgage possibilities and they all said the same thing – you don't qualify. We had seen commercials for Rocket Mortgage and we had received letters stating that Rocket Mortgage could maybe get us a better rate on our current home. On a whim, we called Rocket Mortgage and told them I didn't want to refinance but questioned what could they do for us on a new house mortgage. The person I was talking to was not in that department, but he assured me that someone would contact me. True to his word, within hours I received a call from Adam Julien. I explained our situation. Of course he crunched the numbers and came up with the initial conclusion everyone else had – but that's where the similarity ended. He listened. He knew how passionate I was about purchasing this new house. He researched and something his resources to see if there was a chance he could make it happen for us. We had investments, but they didn't qualify in the loan crunching. Short story, Adam figured out a way we could use our investments and we qualified. No one else listened. No one else even gave us the time of day. Adam did. Adam is my hero. He made it possible for us to purchase our dream home. I love it so much, and I love him for making it happen. He really cares. This is the bottom line: he listens to his clients. He bothers to know what they really want and need and he finds a way to make these dreams happen. I am blown away by his diligence. He made my dream come true. I love him. He is a member of my family forever."

I knew this and was planning a more aggressive plan to pay it down, but it would have been impossible to keep up with the rising rates. His suggestion to lock in a fixed loan at a good rate struck home and we will be saving a lot of money. Also HE loans will no longer be tax deductible, so a double savings for us. Of course he was always there during the application process and made it less painful. Thanks Brian. Helm"

The website interface is extremely user-friendly, permitting an "Information Age" solution for rapid and painless processing of the paperwork required to secure a mortgage loan. I've used "online banking" for everything else in my financial management routine, but for some reason had not considered online mortgage lending as a viable option. Now I'm completely sold on the concept web-based mortgage lending! I think the key is to have an articulate mortgage banker on the other end of the process, and that's where Jacquie comes in. She seemlessly steered me through the process of how to get the best of both worlds ... the speed and convenience of the web-based mortgage process, with personalized phone conversations to help clarify issues and keep the process moving forward at a good clip. I'm amazed at how quickly things have moved forward. I love that I can go back to the secure Rocket Mortgage website and double-check items or remind myself of what's next. I can also pick up the phone and talk to a capable mortgage banker if I need. But I get to choose how much or how little I ask for help. Most of the paperwork is trivial and goes fast. But there are a few complex items, and the amount of financial commitment is large when buying a house. So having a capable banker like Jacquie available as needed to clarify the fine points creates confidence in the process. I'll never go back to the old way of securing a mortgage. "
