I found Derek after a failed attempt to get my (then) bank to help me. Where my old bank rep was condesending and totally unhelpful...Derek was the complete opposite. I was expecting him at anytime to tell me that our request was undoable. He not only did the refinance seamlessly, he also scrambled to make several corrections that were my fault. I appreciate him so much. Not to get too personal, but my family has been through some interesting financial challenges over the last few years. This refinance was our opportunity to finally put that past behind us. And Derek made it possible. Thank you Rocket Mortgage for recognizing talent when you hired Derek, and thank you Derek for every single thing you did for us!"

We were first time home buyers and were a bit concerned with and afraid of the entire process. We heard some scary stories about online mortgages, etc., etc. If you work with Mark - forget about all those stories. We did have a few other people working with us (from reputable banks) but our experience working with Mark was the best! Mark would never miss a call from me (or would give me a call back if he was busy at that time), he would answer any (ANY!) questions we would have, he explained entire process to such details that we felt we were pro's in buying a house. He assisted us throughout entire process all the way to the closing and gave whatever support we had. We had no surprises whatsoever - the entire process was transparent and Mark would explain to us all the details. In addition to all this, Mark is very professional and nice person to deal with. Another impressing point: he VERY fast! We closed the deal on time and with Mark everything worked like watches - just trust him and follow his instructions. Although we've never met him in person, we felt like we can rely on and trust him - which we did and we never felt that we want to switch the agent. Overall - we had great experience and Mark was a great pleasure to work with! If we buy our next house we will go with Mark - no questions asked!"

Jim helped set up a Cash-Out Refinance loan to pay for an addition ...I closed last week on a loan from Rocket Mortgage, and it was the most pleasant and effortless mortgage experience I have ever had. Jim helped set up a Cash-Out Refinance loan to pay for an addition we are building. He tweaked the loan amount I had requested until it exactly matched the monthly payment I wanted. This extra attention to detail allowed me to borrow more of my home’s equity, cover all the closing costs, and receive more cash out than if he had simply stuck to the "round number" I initially asked to borrow… all without exceeding my target monthly payment. Jim patiently walked me through all the numbers in the pre-application worksheet so I had a very clear understanding of how his estimate compared to a competitor (the credit union to which my husband and I belong). Jim even negotiated on my behalf to get Rocket's closing costs to match the competitor's terms. The last factor that clinched my decision to go with Rocket was the time to closing, which he said could be as soon as 3 weeks. True to his word, we closed the loan exactly 21 days from the day we signed the application. Rocket Mortgage offered more value, and then delivered on every promise. Rocket’s business model is outstanding, with a web interface that makes a complicated process extremely easy to follow. Not once did I wonder whether there was something I needed to do or where we were in the process. All I had to do was log in and look for my outstanding tasks. Green check-marks told me at a glance whenever my part was complete. Their communications via email and text message were timely and never so frequent as to be annoying. What really surprised me is that - amid all the automated communications and digital efficiency - this experience never felt impersonal. That’s definitely due to Jim’s quick responsiveness. I appreciate the many ways in which he provided answers, reassurance, and the warmth of friendly human connection. Kudos to both Jim and Rocket for reminding me what excellent customer service looks and feels like.  I am happy to recommend Rocket Mortgage, and specifically Jim LaFontaine, for a worry-free lending experience."

He was eager to get us moving forward, but never fell into the high pressure that you come across in other places. Even after handing the over to the next phase in my refinancing, Chris was available and checked in to see how we were doing. Going in, I was a bit toward the "Just grit your teeth and we'll fight through" end of the spectrum on my expectations but Chris made the whole thing simple and easy. Chris was an invaluable resource and a standout amongst the fine team that I dealt with at Rocket Mortgage. If only we could clone Chris and have him everywhere else that I have to do business - ha, wouldn't that be cool."

He is super one on one and always available by text, phone, or email. Never once did I feel like he was giving me the run around and never had to worry about the hassle of having to go through automated phone service, his number goes straight to his office. Getting Preapproved was complicated for us because of Our Credit situation and he stayed by our side for 6 months while we got our credit exactly where we needed it. Joaquin is simply the best and I would buy 100 houses if he was my loan officer every single time. Put your trust in him, he is worth it. Thank you Joaquin for helping us make our dream come true. He honestly went above and beyond in his quality of service to me. To begin the conversation, I told Ryan that I was working on a school project to get a loan for a house and I couldn't give out any of my real personal identification, yet he was so willing and able to help me even though he wasn't getting anything out of this transaction. Ryan walked through my entire project with me, which I couldn't figure out in 2 hours by myself, in 20 minutes and wanted nothing in return. All I could give him is thanks and adoration. I'm really glad that there are still people that are willing to do things for people knowing they will get nothing materialistic in return. That being said, I hope to one day purchase my first home using Rocket Mortgage and will advice anyone I know to seek their services!"

The woman I was dealing with would not acknowledge my ...I was very, VERY hesitant when I called Bryan for help. I had called Rocket Mortgage approximately three (3) months earlier and got no where. The woman I was dealing with would not acknowledge my emails OR phone calls. Bryan not only sounded like he was anxious to help me; but, you could tell he was smiling while talking (voice flex is different). When Bryan realized I was a Veteran, he "tried" to talk me into a VA loan vs. the standard convention loan. Again, I was hesitant. Bryan answered all my questions -- despite how stupid they might've sounded. I conceded and got the Veteran loan and I love it. A huge low interest rate. I have not any regrets talking to Bryan. He was courteous, professional, had a great sense of humor, took his time with me and allowed me to interrupt him when a question popped into my pea-sized brain. I can't say enough good about Bryan and I hope Rocket Mortgage appreciates his service and professionalism."

It's the small gestures that one often remembers when everything is set and done. Over all it was a smooth process which we feel was only due to who we were working with. After months and months of searching, we found our perfect house – now the problem was – how do you get a mortgage on a new house when you already own one. We computed multiple mortgage possibilities and they all said the same thing – you don't qualify. We had seen commercials for Rocket Mortgage and we had received letters stating that Rocket Mortgage could maybe get us a better rate on our current home. On a whim, we called Rocket Mortgage and told them I didn't want to refinance but questioned what could they do for us on a new house mortgage. The person I was talking to was not in that department, but he assured me that someone would contact me. True to his word, within hours I received a call from Adam Julien. I explained our situation. Of course he crunched the numbers and came up with the initial conclusion everyone else had – but that's where the similarity ended. He listened. He knew how passionate I was about purchasing this new house. He researched and something his resources to see if there was a chance he could make it happen for us. We had investments, but they didn't qualify in the loan crunching. Short story, Adam figured out a way we could use our investments and we qualified. No one else listened. No one else even gave us the time of day. Adam did. Adam is my hero. He made it possible for us to purchase our dream home. I love it so much, and I love him for making it happen. He really cares. This is the bottom line: he listens to his clients. He bothers to know what they really want and need and he finds a way to make these dreams happen. I am blown away by his diligence. He made my dream come true. I love him. He is a member of my family forever."

So finally i figured i would give it a shot, and i was blown away with how easy it was. Rocket Mortgage hooked me up with Brian and instantly we hit it off. I live in NH and hes in Michigan, and after a few days of talking it was like i was calling a good friend. He was very honest told me stuff most agents wouldn't of and saved me lots of money. This guys the real deal most agents are out to take your money at any means necessary,and i didn't get that with Brian, its weird i was always waiting for the catch, because in this business there allot of shyster's out there but Brian is not one of them.. Its been almost two yrs now since my purchase and no surprise's he tells it how it is and that's that. He saved me a ton of money and because of that he's got a customer for life......"
