Guy not only helped us design the right combination of funding for a complex combination of loans, involving more than one property (at one time), but he also helped us figure out the right order of things and how to benefit from equity, minimize taxes and so forth. He helped us before we even signed anything or started the loans by talking us through the possibilities. Then during the loan processes, when we were with other groups downstream, Guy continued to support us. There were times when I called him in a (sort of) panic because I thought the plan was getting derailed, and even when it wasn't his part of his job, he helped communicate the plans to the other groups and make sure I understood what was happening too. I consider Guy "our" loan expert. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, a tremendous creative, problem solver and a genuinely kind person too. He is the "end-all, be-all" as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't go to anyone else for this type of business."

I don’t know how many times I asked for a pre-qual letter; it always came within hours, nights, weekends included. I think he sleeps with a cell nearby. I was looking for non-conventional properties in two states and he never hesitated, checking with his underwriter for some of the properties - like those off the grid with no running water 3000 miles away from my home. When I finally settled on a property, the process of getting approved for the mortgage took a few days because everything was already in his file thanks to Rocket Mortgage’s relationship with my bank, Scwhab. I literally had no hoops to jump through. When it came to closing, it was over in 25 minutes and even the realtors who insisted I use a local community bank that was very familiar with the area, had to admit they were very impressed with the ease and simplicity of the closing. Ryan was a dream, there’s nothing he needs to improve. I woud and have highly recommended Rocket Mortgage simply based on the service he provided. If his boss is reading this - he deserves bonus!!!"

Jaimee was able to make me feel heard and explain and answer all my questions quite easily which shows her wealth of knowledge. She calculated and recalculated everything to help us figure out what was the best for our family. She worked around our schedules to find time to speak with both myself and my husband with our differing schedules which often hard to do without missing work. We are thankful for the experience with Jaimee"

The website interface is extremely user-friendly, permitting an "Information Age" solution for rapid and painless processing of the paperwork required to secure a mortgage loan. I've used "online banking" for everything else in my financial management routine, but for some reason had not considered online mortgage lending as a viable option. Now I'm completely sold on the concept web-based mortgage lending! I think the key is to have an articulate mortgage banker on the other end of the process, and that's where Jacquie comes in. She seemlessly steered me through the process of how to get the best of both worlds ... the speed and convenience of the web-based mortgage process, with personalized phone conversations to help clarify issues and keep the process moving forward at a good clip. I'm amazed at how quickly things have moved forward. I love that I can go back to the secure Rocket Mortgage website and double-check items or remind myself of what's next. I can also pick up the phone and talk to a capable mortgage banker if I need. But I get to choose how much or how little I ask for help. Most of the paperwork is trivial and goes fast. But there are a few complex items, and the amount of financial commitment is large when buying a house. So having a capable banker like Jacquie available as needed to clarify the fine points creates confidence in the process. I'll never go back to the old way of securing a mortgage. "

"Hello, I met Maria Ksar after my own mortgage company denied my cash-outrefinance, it was a weird moment in which I was very frustrated that my own company was not gonna help, and also, I was not ...Hello, I met Maria Ksar after my own mortgage company denied my cash-outrefinance, it was a weird moment in which I was very frustrated that my own company was not gonna help, and also, I was not anwsering any fone calls from any other company, there were too many, BUT, somehow i picked that call, from Brandon first, then he sent me to "Beautiful Maria", who within less than a minute convinced me that I had a chance to get my deal approved, from then on she let the way, and when some bumps got on the way , her calmed, , composed, knowledgeable "voice" kept telling me that there was away to do this. My only issue, and it was "mine" was that i kept thinking the closing cash $$ would be included in the loan, I think it needs to be emphasized asap, and make sure costumers do understand it, being specific needs to be done very, early, but again, I blame myself for it. Anyway, "Beautiful Maria" was the reason I stayed, and trusted that things were gonna work out. I do thank her from the the bottom of my heart. Gracias!!!!"

He is super one on one and always available by text, phone, or email. Never once did I feel like he was giving me the run around and never had to worry about the hassle of having to go through automated phone service, his number goes straight to his office. Getting Preapproved was complicated for us because of Our Credit situation and he stayed by our side for 6 months while we got our credit exactly where we needed it. Joaquin is simply the best and I would buy 100 houses if he was my loan officer every single time. Put your trust in him, he is worth it. Thank you Joaquin for helping us make our dream come true. I found Derek after a failed attempt to get my (then) bank to help me. Where my old bank rep was condesending and totally unhelpful...Derek was the complete opposite. I was expecting him at anytime to tell me that our request was undoable. He not only did the refinance seamlessly, he also scrambled to make several corrections that were my fault. I appreciate him so much. Not to get too personal, but my family has been through some interesting financial challenges over the last few years. This refinance was our opportunity to finally put that past behind us. And Derek made it possible. Thank you Rocket Mortgage for recognizing talent when you hired Derek, and thank you Derek for every single thing you did for us!"

We were first time home buyers and were a bit concerned with and afraid of the entire process. We heard some scary stories about online mortgages, etc., etc. If you work with Mark - forget about all those stories. We did have a few other people working with us (from reputable banks) but our experience working with Mark was the best! Mark would never miss a call from me (or would give me a call back if he was busy at that time), he would answer any (ANY!) questions we would have, he explained entire process to such details that we felt we were pro's in buying a house. He assisted us throughout entire process all the way to the closing and gave whatever support we had. We had no surprises whatsoever - the entire process was transparent and Mark would explain to us all the details. In addition to all this, Mark is very professional and nice person to deal with. Another impressing point: he VERY fast! We closed the deal on time and with Mark everything worked like watches - just trust him and follow his instructions. Although we've never met him in person, we felt like we can rely on and trust him - which we did and we never felt that we want to switch the agent. Overall - we had great experience and Mark was a great pleasure to work with! If we buy our next house we will go with Mark - no questions asked!"

"I closed last week on a loan from Rocket Mortgage, and it was the most pleasant and effortless mortgage experience I have ever had. Jim helped set up a Cash-Out Refinance loan to pay for an addition ...I closed last week on a loan from Rocket Mortgage, and it was the most pleasant and effortless mortgage experience I have ever had. Jim helped set up a Cash-Out Refinance loan to pay for an addition we are building. He tweaked the loan amount I had requested until it exactly matched the monthly payment I wanted. This extra attention to detail allowed me to borrow more of my home’s equity, cover all the closing costs, and receive more cash out than if he had simply stuck to the "round number" I initially asked to borrow… all without exceeding my target monthly payment. Jim patiently walked me through all the numbers in the pre-application worksheet so I had a very clear understanding of how his estimate compared to a competitor (the credit union to which my husband and I belong). Jim even negotiated on my behalf to get Rocket's closing costs to match the competitor's terms. The last factor that clinched my decision to go with Rocket was the time to closing, which he said could be as soon as 3 weeks. True to his word, we closed the loan exactly 21 days from the day we signed the application. Rocket Mortgage offered more value, and then delivered on every promise. Rocket’s business model is outstanding, with a web interface that makes a complicated process extremely easy to follow. Not once did I wonder whether there was something I needed to do or where we were in the process. All I had to do was log in and look for my outstanding tasks. Green check-marks told me at a glance whenever my part was complete. Their communications via email and text message were timely and never so frequent as to be annoying. What really surprised me is that - amid all the automated communications and digital efficiency - this experience never felt impersonal. That’s definitely due to Jim’s quick responsiveness. I appreciate the many ways in which he provided answers, reassurance, and the warmth of friendly human connection. Kudos to both Jim and Rocket for reminding me what excellent customer service looks and feels like.  I am happy to recommend Rocket Mortgage, and specifically Jim LaFontaine, for a worry-free lending experience."

He honestly went above and beyond in his quality of service to me. To begin the conversation, I told Ryan that I was working on a school project to get a loan for a house and I couldn't give out any of my real personal identification, yet he was so willing and able to help me even though he wasn't getting anything out of this transaction. Ryan walked through my entire project with me, which I couldn't figure out in 2 hours by myself, in 20 minutes and wanted nothing in return. All I could give him is thanks and adoration. I'm really glad that there are still people that are willing to do things for people knowing they will get nothing materialistic in return. That being said, I hope to one day purchase my first home using Rocket Mortgage and will advice anyone I know to seek their services!"
