Initially, there was zero pressure, he was just happy to answer my questions without anything in return. Once I was certain I was going to complete my transactions with him he made himself available 24/7 and was always very quick to respond to my inquiries. The entire process of receiving and submitting documents online was truly a blessing and really made what could have been a very stressful process much less stressful. As I was processing 2 refinances at roughly the same time they were able to transfer all of the documents from one loan to the other so that I didn't have to complete duplicate work - common sense, right?! I LOVED that I could check the status of my loans via Rocket Mortgage - I have the app and love it, I'm also using it for my loan payments as well. This was an amazing process, I have already recommended Sam to someone who has also used him and reported to me how impressed they were. Actually, my parents used him and recommended that I use him too - SO GLAD THAT I DID. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SAM AND Rocket Mortgage TO ANYONE THAT INQUIRED - SPREAD THE WORK!"

She was VERY friendly, and EXTREMELY helpful! At the beginning of this year, I originally applied and was unable to get approved, due to some errors & outstanding bills; Shelly let me know what I needed to pay off/pay down, and what I needed to do to work towards getting my pre-approval. Fast-forward a couple months, after listening to her advice - I got my pre-approval! I submitted my offer over the July 4th weekend, while Shelly was out on vacation. I called her cell phone after 9pm and heard back from her via text/email until as late as 11pm - if that is not DEDICATION, I don't know what is! I am SO very thankful, and happy that Shelly was the one at Rocket Mortgage to be in "my corner", helping me through my loan process! I hope & pray that when it comes time to buy my next home that Shelly is still working (sorry you're not allowed to retire Shelly...LOL)!!! I will most DEFINITELY be sharing Shelly's contact information, should any coworkers, friends, or family be in the market for a home loan! Thanks again Shelly --- keep up the AMAZING attitude you have towards helping those achieve their dreams/goals of becoming a homeowner!!!"

"I'm giving Bryan 5 stars because he inherited me from someone else who had made promises that weren't being kept. He tried thru out our interactions to get the answers I needed but when a department of Rocket thinks it's right and the customer is wrong, they do not make it easy on the customer to have to prove it or themselves to accept it. I wonder if Rocket listens to all those recordings to hear how some of their people talked to me? Over three months because they kept switching me to other people and the explanations had to start over. When Bryan did become involved, he stayed with it to the end, trying to find the right people to fix the errors on paperwork but it took over 3 months. I do credit him with finding Cody D. who worked for 2 days, nonstop, to get us finally closed with the correct papers. They were faxing papers as we were sitting at the closing table. I still have questions if everything was done right about my deeds and haven't found the right person to answer them. A man did call when I expressed this fact on another survey, but he didn't have a clue what I was talking about, and I was just too tired over the whole ordeal to start explaining it to him. So Bryan you get 5 stars, you stuck with it and we finally closed."

Guy not only helped us design the right combination of funding for a complex combination of loans, involving more than one property (at one time), but he also helped us figure out the right order of things and how to benefit from equity, minimize taxes and so forth. He helped us before we even signed anything or started the loans by talking us through the possibilities. Then during the loan processes, when we were with other groups downstream, Guy continued to support us. There were times when I called him in a (sort of) panic because I thought the plan was getting derailed, and even when it wasn't his part of his job, he helped communicate the plans to the other groups and make sure I understood what was happening too. I consider Guy "our" loan expert. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, a tremendous creative, problem solver and a genuinely kind person too. He is the "end-all, be-all" as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't go to anyone else for this type of business."

He is super one on one and always available by text, phone, or email. Never once did I feel like he was giving me the run around and never had to worry about the hassle of having to go through automated phone service, his number goes straight to his office. Getting Preapproved was complicated for us because of Our Credit situation and he stayed by our side for 6 months while we got our credit exactly where we needed it. Joaquin is simply the best and I would buy 100 houses if he was my loan officer every single time. Put your trust in him, he is worth it. Thank you Joaquin for helping us make our dream come true. I found Derek after a failed attempt to get my (then) bank to help me. Where my old bank rep was condesending and totally unhelpful...Derek was the complete opposite. I was expecting him at anytime to tell me that our request was undoable. He not only did the refinance seamlessly, he also scrambled to make several corrections that were my fault. I appreciate him so much. Not to get too personal, but my family has been through some interesting financial challenges over the last few years. This refinance was our opportunity to finally put that past behind us. And Derek made it possible. Thank you Rocket Mortgage for recognizing talent when you hired Derek, and thank you Derek for every single thing you did for us!"

"I heard good things about Rocket Mortgage and decided to contact them one day on a whim. I had one of those "Modification Loans" and was interested in getting out of it. I honestly did not know if ...I heard good things about Rocket Mortgage and decided to contact them one day on a whim. I had one of those "Modification Loans" and was interested in getting out of it. I honestly did not know if Re Financing was going to be possible for me, but wanted to inquire about it. I was lucky Ted answered the phone that day! He is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He was very prompt to return my emails and texts. We ran across a couple of bumps along the way, and he was very patient and helpful during those times. (I might have shared some of my stress with him) He quickly gained my trust and I felt I could reach out to him when I needed to. If the opportunity comes up I will definitely recommend him. In the future he will be the first person I will call if I need financing for my next purchase! I am happy to say I am in a real Conventional Loan now thanks to him and his team! "

He honestly went above and beyond in his quality of service to me. To begin the conversation, I told Ryan that I was working on a school project to get a loan for a house and I couldn't give out any of my real personal identification, yet he was so willing and able to help me even though he wasn't getting anything out of this transaction. Ryan walked through my entire project with me, which I couldn't figure out in 2 hours by myself, in 20 minutes and wanted nothing in return. All I could give him is thanks and adoration. I'm really glad that there are still people that are willing to do things for people knowing they will get nothing materialistic in return. That being said, I hope to one day purchase my first home using Rocket Mortgage and will advice anyone I know to seek their services!"

He gave me...I first contacted Rocket while trying to buy my first home but my credit wasn't the best ..... after being denied I was ready to give up .... the very next day I received a call from Tony. He gave me a little education on credit and looked at my credit and told me what I needed to do to get it better The first time anyone has ever done this for me. Over the next few weeks I was able to take care of the credit with his help and now it looks like I'm back on track.... Tony your a great person !!!! thanks again!!"
