Justin was one of those ...First of all. My overall experience with using Rocket Mortgage was excellent. This is beaus of the individuals that I communicated with and helped me with my process. Justin was one of those individuals during my last 2-3 weeks before closing. The issues we ran into. He explained them and told me exactly what information I needed and what they were wanting. His explanation was clear, concise and not derogatory. He made one of the most stressful times in someone’s life easy and even enjoyable. By the time we were ready to close. We had all of the documents and everything ready 2 weeks prior. This removed any anxiety and reassured a successful closing. I recommend having Justing as a contact on any closings that come along to finalize and help work the process. Everything is greatly appreciated and and many thanks to Justin Gumola."

She knew exactly what documents I would need and where to send them and was extremely thorough the entire thing. He willingness to explain the details inspired confidence. "I've worked w/Rocket Mortgage on 3 occasions and all experiences were good. Their underwriters aren't always very accommodating - for instance on this loan I'm selling a house I've been in for 25yrs ...I've worked w/Rocket Mortgage on 3 occasions and all experiences were good. Their underwriters aren't always very accommodating - for instance on this loan I'm selling a house I've been in for 25yrs and buying a 2nd condo next door to my condo in Ft Worth (to give me extra space). The two units are right next door to each other, but the underwriters wouldn't believe this wasn't investment property. So they upped my rate some. It wasn't enough to drop the whole thing, but this is the 2nd time this has occurred. I have another condo in Dallas that I purchased for my Daughter/Son going to SMU....it was an 8yr period of time. They valued this as investment property once again - even though my family is living there. The support people are very good and thorough...they need to educate their underwriters. "

Offering a solution to my concerns, he initiated and assisted me in getting a refinancing loan started and approved. Assisting me at every turn (websites, not my forte,lol) we were able to complete the necessary information. Harry independently worked with the Rocket Mortgage team, then advising me at every turn until completion. Harry worked with me, for me, and in representing Rocket Mortgage, went beyond the bounds of his job, in my estimation, to make the refinancing happen. Harry is a blessing, to Rocket Mortgage, and to me. A professional in every sense of the words, he eased my mind with each step we took. he was a partner with me, a friend who I needed on this "journey". Thank You Harry, and thank you Rocket Mortgage for Harry being part of your team. "I was looking to refinance my primary residence, but using a conventional bank required all interactions to take place during normal business hours. As a matter of convenience I though I'd try Rocket ...I was looking to refinance my primary residence, but using a conventional bank required all interactions to take place during normal business hours. As a matter of convenience I though I'd try Rocket Mortgage and complete the application process on-line. I did this and Adam Orley was assigned my application. After speaking with Adam the first time I knew my mortgage refi was in good hands. My application was a complicated one because I had recently retired and have multiple rental properties, therefore navigating income verification was complicated, as I knew it would be. Adam was there every step of the way and we even communicated via: text message well after normal office hours. I have never personally met Adam, but can tell he is a man of integrity and ethics. I couldn't be happier with the outcome from A to Z and Adam is already evaluating some of my other loans for a better rate. A+++ to Adam Orley & Saad Saad (Another Rocket Mortgage Expert who assisted) and Rocket Mortgage for a job well done! I am an extremely satisfied customer! Best, John Barber"

"AARON WAS A COMPLETE JOY TO WORK WITH RIGHT FROM THE START. HE WAS VERY REASSURRING FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. IT WAS ANNOYING TO WORK WITH DIFFERENT TEAM MEMBERS WHO WOULD SEEM TO "GET BACK WITH ME"....AARON WAS A COMPLETE JOY TO WORK WITH RIGHT FROM THE START. HE WAS VERY REASSURRING FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. IT WAS ANNOYING TO WORK WITH DIFFERENT TEAM MEMBERS WHO WOULD SEEM TO "GET BACK WITH ME". WHEN CERTAIN TEAM MEMBERS DID GET BACK WITH ME, IT WAS LIKE A TYPICAL STANDARD RESPONSE FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE, BUT THE SAME ANSWER OVER AND OVER, NO MATTER WHAT DEPARTMENT I TALKED TO. IN FRUSTRATION, I ALWAYS TURNED TO AARON AND SAID, "LOOK, I WORK FOR A TITLE COMPANY I KNOW WHAT THOSE PEOPLES ANSWERS REALLY MEAN AND WHERE THEY GET THEM FROM, I HONESTLY DO GET THAT! BUT PLEASE GIVE ME A SOLID ANSWER, BECAUSE I KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT WAITING FOR SOMETHING FROM THE TITLE COMPANY (FOR EXAMPLE) I JUST SENT THAT YESTERDAY!" AARON TRULY HAD A HANDS ON APPROACH AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE WITH HIS ANSWERS IN A TIMELY FASHION. AND IF HE COULDN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION FOR WHATEVER REASON, HE VERY POLITELY ASKED THAT I GIVE HIM A LITTLE TIME TO RESEARCH IT AND GET BACK TO ME. WHICH HE DID DO. AARON WORKED VERY PRFESSIONALLY WITH GREAT COMPANSSION AND COMMITMENT, Rocket Mortgage SHOULD BE SO LUCKY TO HAVE A VALUED EMPLOYEE LIKE AARON."

My journey with refinancing has come from a very bleak know-how of what's going on with my finances that is heavily in debt with credit cards, to an enlightened home owner, where Myles walked me through all the way. I, not only was able to refinance my properties at a reasonably affordable monthly rate, but also paid off my credit card debts through Rocket Mortgage Pay-off Refinancing Program. I am now Credit Card Debt-free. Through Myles, I came to realize that not all Loaning Companies are after your money. When we started looking for a home loan, we reached out to several lenders for quotes. Joe was the most responsive, the easiest to communicate with, and also came back with the most competitive option. He got us a great rate, and he also understood that we cared about getting the right loan overall, not just making the monthly payment look as low as possible. We really appreciated that he looked at the bigger picture with us. There were a few tricky parts of our loan that needed some extra attention, and Joe was there every step of the way helping us work through them. He kept us updated, answered our questions, and made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. We always felt like he was looking out for us and doing what he could to make things go smoothly. Buying a home comes with plenty of stress, so having someone we trusted on the mortgage side made a huge difference. Also thank you for providing the information about DTI and the different programs you offer. The 1% down program saved me enough money to afford to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring. I am sure most times you were just doing your job, but you have impacted the course of my life in such a positive way I felt it necessary to send you this email.
