I had very low expectations...If I could give Moe a 10 star rating on the system I would but here's the best I can do: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came to Rocket Mortgage in a rough financial situation and met Moe. I had very low expectations about anything working out. But Moe does not just work on a loan for customers. He listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions and tries to understand the customer's total financial situation. He then comes up with a plan that fits it perfectly. During the entire loan process he is constantly active and never rests; working with me and the Rocket team to fight for a better rate, a better term, a better structure. The structure he came up with is perfect and life changing for me and my family. I have never met another mortgage person that was as professional, responsive, knowledgeable, caring, or emphatic as Moe. For the matter I have never met any business person that way! Thank you Moe for a wonderful experience that honestly will change my life for the better (as much as finances can do of course)! Next time I need any loan I will use no one but him!"

Why did we go back to Rocket Mortgages for this one? - we compared their rates against our current mortgage holder and Rocket Mortgages was lower. - the last experience with them was a great experience so no hesitation to use them again. - their online process makes it quick and very easy. - they use a team approach where your first contact, Alex I this case, oversee the whole process; however, they hand you off to various experts along the process. This way you always have an expert your dealing with. - for the closing they send an experienced notary to your home, 30 minutes in your home and your finished! Alex spent a significant amount of time looking at various options for us and was able to find one we were very comfortable with. The process was easy and pleasant from the first phone call to Alex through the closing!"

Its always a ...So I'm 57 Years old, lucky to own 4 homes between here and abroad in Greece, and I have been through the mortgage or refinance process probably 15-18 times over the last 30 years. Its always a daunting process with overwhelming paperwork, past financial records, documents that most of us don't save over the years, and an emotional roller-coaster waiting for that ever pending final approval. So after all those experiences, dealing with worthless, incompetent, arrogant fools, I finally caught a break and came across this young man Joshua Gay. Professional, Courteous, Competent, Dedicated and most of all persistent to meet my every need. He communicated every detail to me every step of the way, and left no detail unaddressed. He coordinated with title companies, Insurance companies, engineers, inspectors, town compliance issues, and anything else that might've gotten in the way of approval. He was involved in every single step of the process. Our next purchase will be in 6-12 months for a place in New Orleans. You can bet, we wont go anywhere else but to Josh- regardless what company he is working with if not rocket when the time comes. Thank you Josh- the refi saved me thousands a month and I can now do New Orleans thanks to you. Best of luck ahead, John"

My wife and I had been saving for quite some time awaiting the perfect house to go all in on. With a four-year old daughter, newborn son and a rapidly approaching lease renewal approaching, my wife and I were blessed to find the perfect place. My anxiety level made me less than ideal to work with at times.....even calling Nathan on Sunday at 6am (his time) to calm my nerves as we awaited closing with some details still unclear. even though just being awoken and drilled with questions he made my concerns his own and told me "I'm all over it". He made promises, guarantees, and asked for unlimited amounts of my trust throughout the process and I extended all of this and more to him because of the personal connection he built with me. We closed on our dream home a few months ago. The home buying process can be strenuous and difficult to field at times, especially for a first timer liKe myself. In the end, all promises were kept, guarantees were met, and the level of trust I had in Nathan soared. Usually, trust and friendship is not something I extend regularly in business without great apprehension. In this case I'm certainly glad I went with my instincts. Thank you Nathan."

"I've worked w/Rocket Mortgage on 3 occasions and all experiences were good. Their underwriters aren't always very accommodating - for instance on this loan I'm selling a house I've been in for 25yrs ...I've worked w/Rocket Mortgage on 3 occasions and all experiences were good. Their underwriters aren't always very accommodating - for instance on this loan I'm selling a house I've been in for 25yrs and buying a 2nd condo next door to my condo in Ft Worth (to give me extra space). The two units are right next door to each other, but the underwriters wouldn't believe this wasn't investment property. So they upped my rate some. It wasn't enough to drop the whole thing, but this is the 2nd time this has occurred. I have another condo in Dallas that I purchased for my Daughter/Son going to SMU....it was an 8yr period of time. They valued this as investment property once again - even though my family is living there. The support people are very good and thorough...they need to educate their underwriters. "

"Mustapha was great, caring and professional. I think Rocket Mortgage on a whole is one of the best companies in America for home loans etc. The only problem I have is once they check your credit score...Mustapha was great, caring and professional. I think Rocket Mortgage on a whole is one of the best companies in America for home loans etc. The only problem I have is once they check your credit score all hell breaks loose. I am not exaggerating I received over 300 calls on my cell phone from very aggressive and even personally insulting calls from other lending companies when I tell them I already have Rocket. Something must be done about it, it's extremely humiliating to the point I wanted to cancel with Rocket. I know it's not your fault, but they have to be a change or a better way. That said everything else went well and smooth with Mustapha and rocket mortgage. I will continue to do any future loans with Rocket and share with everyone that Rocket Mortgage is still the best choice out there. Thank you. Sincerely, Martin"

As my husband and myself are both veterans of the armed forces we have to be careful about who we choose for our home financing needs. We have now refinanced with Brian twice. He knows me well as the no nonsense Itailian Army Veteran wife who knows business. He also knows I am not going to take any chances with our home financing without a good reason. He has never led us astray. Today he helped us refinance our home from 3.5% down to 2.75, thata not it, we will also be skipping 2 months and only be bringing $4.75 to close!!!! That is what I call taking care of our US Veterans! If you want a someone who cares about his clients, choose Brian Ronayne. Thank you Brian!
