We bought our home in a very competitive market where the realtors and lenders are heavily cartelized and where there is a lot of pressure to work with local lenders who allegedly are more responsive and sensitive to your needs. After checking out a few, including specific recommendations, my wife and I found that despite the distance Andrew was by far the best choice for handling our mortgage. He is more responsive than any local lender that I spoke with, his rates are better, and he was able to walk me through lots of specific and detailed questions about aspects of our paperwork that I did not find intuitive. We closed a jumbo loan on time on a very short timeframe, confident throughout that Andrew had our back every step of the way. Could not recommend highly enough."

At the end of the day my choice to go with Rocket Mortgage was as much of a decision based on the rate and monthly payment as it was based on the fact that Tracy presented the idea of the best loan solution first, and was much more responsive than the banks I spoke to. Yes, even the local guys that I built up when we first talked could not keep up. As a sales professional I appreciate it when I see the harder working individual win out and that was the case here with working with Tracy. I felt confident that Tracy understood our goal and that he is knowledgeable about the industry and trends and could provide helpful consultation in areas where I am a novice. So thank you again... and I'm glad this was the choice we landed on. Not only did they come through with an ...I just got done closing a home deal in beautiful Georgetown Texas. My clients chose to use Rocket Mortgage, who were supportive throughout the transaction. Not only did they come through with an adjusted pre-approval letter on the weekend when the original lender was non-responsive, they assisted me immediately with status information they provided to the agent representing the seller. Dan also got the loan completed and ready to rock at least a week before closing. This is important because there's nothing worse than getting surprised the day before closing with news the loan underwriter found something he didn't like. I highly recommend Dan and Rocket Mortgage who provided me with top-notch service in a timely manner."

This was honestly the best experience I’ve had . It was stress-free, everything was done at my convenience. Alyssa called me long after her working hours to finish things up cause I was unable to be reached due to my hectic work schedule. I was extremely nervous about my low credit score and how it would effect my approval and she just ensured me that I had nothing to worry and sure enough I was approved, barely made it with a low credit score of 622. If I had known the process was going to be so quick and easy I would have refinanced awhile ago. I am very happy with the service Alyssa provided with me, so happy that I have recommended Rocket Mortgage to everyone that I talk to lol. So fast forward 3 years and I was looking to refinance. Rocket Mortgage had done such a good job before, so I contacted Dana my previous banker for the refinance. She had been promoted to another position and asked if she could recommend someone? My first thought was uh oh I am going to get the newbie, and I could not get a more awesome banker than Dana, but then she introduced me to Suzy. She was not disappointing in the least and it did not take me long to figure out she was just as awesome. I started referring to Suzy as my friend in the business. The majority of our dealings were while I was overseas, and I hated to see my refinance close because she was such a pleasure to do business with. You just do not receive this kind of service anymore especially from an institution the size of Rocket Mortgage. It is usually a text or e-mail but if I had something I didn’t understand I could pick up the phone and she was there to help me understand… no matter how long it took!! I look forward to working with Suzy again in the future. Joe Black"

In initially establishing the relationship he was communicative, patient, and guided us through the set up process. During the processing he checked in and when we hit a roadblock he personally jumped in and worked it out. On multiple occasions he was available for questions often calming me down. I learned from him substantive information. He is the consummate professional who mixed skills and internal relationships with a calm caring understanding demeanor. Words like outstanding, fantastic, extraordinary describe he and the service he provided. it was a positive experience all around. I would recommend him to anyone."

He was reassuirng about how the online application process would work. Although the intial meeting with him on the phone took a little longer than I first expected, I was pleasantly surprised how much was acconplished online. I was particularly impressed that no office visits were necessary throughout the transaction. Everything could be done at our home. We were somewhat skeptical of all of this at first but at the end of the entire process, this turned out to be the most satisfying major loan experince that we have ever experienced as a married couple. We will credit all of this to Mike. Everything that he told us would happen happened in the order that he said it would and in the approximate time frame in which he said it would occur. It was a bravura performance! I would recommend that anyone looking to do a residential real estate transaction would have a successful outcome using Mike's services. If I ever have the need again, I will proactively look to work with him."
