I give her 5 because there aren’t more than that! After being introduced to Rocket Mortgage by a transfer with my company, I remember thinking that was easy! So fast forward 3 years and I was looking to refinance. Rocket Mortgage had done such a good job before, so I contacted Dana my previous banker for the refinance. She had been promoted to another position and asked if she could recommend someone? My first thought was uh oh I am going to get the newbie, and I could not get a more awesome banker than Dana, but then she introduced me to Suzy. She was not disappointing in the least and it did not take me long to figure out she was just as awesome. I started referring to Suzy as my friend in the business. The majority of our dealings were while I was overseas, and I hated to see my refinance close because she was such a pleasure to do business with. You just do not receive this kind of service anymore especially from an institution the size of Rocket Mortgage. It is usually a text or e-mail but if I had something I didn’t understand I could pick up the phone and she was there to help me understand… no matter how long it took!! I look forward to working with Suzy again in the future. Joe Black"

"Sandra has been our mortgage specialist now for 10 years or so. She is very knowledgeable about any and all loans or refi's. If we have a question she doesn't know, she will research it and call us ...Sandra has been our mortgage specialist now for 10 years or so. She is very knowledgeable about any and all loans or refi's. If we have a question she doesn't know, she will research it and call us back immediately! She has been very trustworthy in all of our dealings with her. Everything she says is true and accurate and she doesn't sugar-coat anything. She tells us where we are at, and what the best loan or refi option would be best for us at that time. Everything she does is faster than expected- she even works early Sunday mornings for us because that's the best time for her to talk with my husband and me! It's hard to find someone you trust these days, but with Sandra, she always does what she says she will do and is completely trustworthy. Even when she is finished with her part of the loan process, we still ask to speak only to her. Not because we don't trust others at Rocket Mortgage, but we KNOW we can trust Sandra. She has become not just a mortgage specialist to us, but a very close friend! We would probably invite her over for Thanksgiving if she lived closer- she's like family now. We highly recommend Sandra to our friends and family, and have given her contact information out also."

From the start, he was absolutely on top of things, working numbers efficiently, sending all the facts and leaving nothing to question. He was knowledgeable, efficient, extremely responsive, polite and very professional. I honestly dreaded this refi process, however Tyson made it swift and utterly painless throughout. In less than a day, my loan is on its way and I completely attribute it to Tyson. Thank you for a surprisingly uncomplicated experience!!!!"

Not only did they come through with an adjusted pre-approval letter on the weekend when the original lender was non-responsive, they assisted me immediately with status information they provided to the agent representing the seller. Dan also got the loan completed and ready to rock at least a week before closing. This is important because there's nothing worse than getting surprised the day before closing with news the loan underwriter found something he didn't like. I highly recommend Dan and Rocket Mortgage who provided me with top-notch service in a timely manner."

We bought our home in a very competitive market where the realtors and lenders are heavily cartelized and where there is a lot of pressure to work with local lenders who allegedly are more responsive and sensitive to your needs. After checking out a few, including specific recommendations, my wife and I found that despite the distance Andrew was by far the best choice for handling our mortgage. He is more responsive than any local lender that I spoke with, his rates are better, and he was able to walk me through lots of specific and detailed questions about aspects of our paperwork that I did not find intuitive. We closed a jumbo loan on time on a very short timeframe, confident throughout that Andrew had our back every step of the way. Could not recommend highly enough."

During the processing he checked in and when we hit a roadblock he personally jumped in and worked it out. On multiple occasions he was available for questions often calming me down. I learned from him substantive information. He is the consummate professional who mixed skills and internal relationships with a calm caring understanding demeanor. Words like outstanding, fantastic, extraordinary describe he and the service he provided. it was a positive experience all around. I would recommend him to anyone."
