I came to Cory after my bank made an error in their pre-approval process and informed me that they did not write loans for the type of property we were buying. As a first time home buyer, I was panicked and stressed when I was left in a lurch. However, Cory quickly went to work allaying many of my concerns. He worked with me until late on a Friday night to ensure that I submitted my complete loan application as soon as possible so his team could work on it over the weekend. He was knowledgable and patient responding to a to all of my phone calls and first-time home buyer questions promptly. He was also very informed about the New York City co-op purchasing process, which is extremely complicated and not common to the rest of the country. Cory even went out of his way to make sure that I was able to apply an employer discount to my loan application that I missed in my rush to find a lender. I discovered that Rocket Mortgage was offering $1,000 in credits for employees working at my organization through a dedicated program. I was worried that I wouldn't receive the credits because I had not applied through the dedicated line, but Cory went to work and made sure that I received the discounts. I will surely recommend Cory to any of my friends or family that are looking for a knowledgable and responsive loan officer that can put their mind at ease through the loan process!"

She is very knowledgeable about any and all loans or refi's. If we have a question she doesn't know, she will research it and call us back immediately! She has been very trustworthy in all of our dealings with her. Everything she says is true and accurate and she doesn't sugar-coat anything. She tells us where we are at, and what the best loan or refi option would be best for us at that time. Everything she does is faster than expected- she even works early Sunday mornings for us because that's the best time for her to talk with my husband and me! It's hard to find someone you trust these days, but with Sandra, she always does what she says she will do and is completely trustworthy. Even when she is finished with her part of the loan process, we still ask to speak only to her. Not because we don't trust others at Rocket Mortgage, but we KNOW we can trust Sandra. She has become not just a mortgage specialist to us, but a very close friend! We would probably invite her over for Thanksgiving if she lived closer- she's like family now. So fast forward 3 years and I was looking to refinance. Rocket Mortgage had done such a good job before, so I contacted Dana my previous banker for the refinance. She had been promoted to another position and asked if she could recommend someone? My first thought was uh oh I am going to get the newbie, and I could not get a more awesome banker than Dana, but then she introduced me to Suzy. She was not disappointing in the least and it did not take me long to figure out she was just as awesome. I started referring to Suzy as my friend in the business. The majority of our dealings were while I was overseas, and I hated to see my refinance close because she was such a pleasure to do business with. You just do not receive this kind of service anymore especially from an institution the size of Rocket Mortgage. It is usually a text or e-mail but if I had something I didn’t understand I could pick up the phone and she was there to help me understand… no matter how long it took!! Not only did they come through with an adjusted pre-approval letter on the weekend when the original lender was non-responsive, they assisted me immediately with status information they provided to the agent representing the seller. Dan also got the loan completed and ready to rock at least a week before closing. This is important because there's nothing worse than getting surprised the day before closing with news the loan underwriter found something he didn't like. I highly recommend Dan and Rocket Mortgage who provided me with top-notch service in a timely manner."

During the processing he checked in and when we hit a roadblock he personally jumped in and worked it out. On multiple occasions he was available for questions often calming me down. I learned from him substantive information. He is the consummate professional who mixed skills and internal relationships with a calm caring understanding demeanor. Words like outstanding, fantastic, extraordinary describe he and the service he provided. it was a positive experience all around. I would recommend him to anyone."
