I was already working with another lender to explore rates, but I wanted to compare with Rocket Mortgage. The initial application process was fast and easy and Ken contacted me directly to answer all of my questions. Ken earned our business by giving the lowest rate; reducing our mortgage payment by $200 per month. Ken was professional and quick to follow-up on questions we had throughout the process. The experience with Ken and Rocket Mortgage was seamless, automated and the online portal was very intuitive. Ken delivered on all milestones initially set and we were able to close a week early. I would recommend Ken and his team, as they went above and beyond to provide excellent service and attention to detail."

He is extremely client oriented, knows his products inside and out and helps you save as much money as possible. While most others I've spoken to there at Rocket Mortgage's have been good, Drew stands out above everyone else. He is my "ALL STAIR" go to person and I hope yours too. He is worthy of not only having him with Rocket Mortgage until he retires but I hope you are rewarding him well. My compliments to Rocket Mortgage and to Drew, he is fantastic! "I just closed on a house in my home town. The mortgage company the buyer of my house used, First Community Bank, was worse than my worse nightmare. The mortgage company the buyer of my house used, First Community Bank, was worse than my worse nightmare. They refused to talk to their client, the realtors, or Rocket Mortgage (my mtg. company). We closed late due to serious negligence and lies from top management. This caused me great stress because my paraplegic son was scheduled for major reconstructive surgery. We were left homeless until First Community decided to get their act together. They never apologized or compensated me for the additional costs I incurred as a result of their negligence. Fortunately for me I used Rocket Mortgage. My mortgae was handled quickly and professionally. I was kept up to date almost daily. Every person assigned to the different parts of my mortgage process was professional, kind, thoughtful, and made me feel my loan was very important to them. Any questions I asked were answered almost immediately and completely. Everything was explained in great detail so I always knew what to expect. Their website really made it easy for me to keep up. I could see what I needed to do, what I had done, and copies of all signed forms were kept in a file for easy reference. No muss no fuss... I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone who is interested in getting a mortgage. They were a pleasure to work with."

"I can't say enough good things about Nick. After he handed everything off on a "silver platter" to a processing agent, things went sideways. The processing agent (aka "purchase escalation ...I can't say enough good things about Nick. After he handed everything off on a "silver platter" to a processing agent, things went sideways. The processing agent (aka "purchase escalation specialist") was either incompetent or intentionally malicious, perhaps both. She delayed everything until the very last minute and kept referring to "her team" and "an investor review", which was a complete nonsense. I contacted Nick for help, because I couldn't deal with her anymore, and he immediately handled the situation to move clear the loan for closing. If it were not for Nick, I would walk away from this deal. Nick is a highly qualified professional, who exhibited patience, understanding and a quick grasp of the situation. If he could do everything himself from start to finish, including closing a loan, it would be an amazing experience. Unfortunately, there are not enough hours in a day for that to happen, and clients regretfully have to suffer through the "purchase escalation specialist." My next mortgage deal will be definitely with Nick."

At first I was running into some issues and was unsure if the refi would get done. Nick was then brought on board to help resolve any issues preventing me from moving forward. Everything was smooth sailing once I started dealing directly with Nick. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. Nick was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and efficient at explaining anything dealing with the loan. I'm sure Nick serves many Borrowers on a daily basis, but I honestly felt like I was his sole focus! He was always available for me, literally 24/7. In the very rare circumstances he was unable to answer my call, he'd always call me right back within a few minutes. I would email Nick late at night sometimes because of my crazy work schedule. I wouldn't expect him to reply to my night time emails until the next day during business hours, but he would surprise me with a reply answering whatever my current question or concern was. One of the most important things is that I trusted Nick. I trusted his judgment and also that he was honestly doing everything he could to get me the best deal. A home refinance can be a stressful journey, but Nick made it a calming one. Nick was so pleasant to work with and I will absolutely be requesting him for my future refi's with Rocket Mortgage, Rocket Mortgage."

I wasn't even necessarily ready at that minute to refinance through Rocket Mortgage. But first impressions made extremely good impressions. I hadn't even finished reading the computer screen when I received a call from Marcello. He was so friendly, professional and efficient that he immediately put my mind at ease about Rocket Mortgage. I had a much better experience than I had with my other mortgage rep through a competitor that I had been working with for about 20 years. He called to check on me several times throughout the process and was very clear about the next steps and the entire approval process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend working with him and with Rocket Mortgage. Everyone else I worked with at Rocket Mortgage was also very professional and friendly. The company is fantastic and will always go with Rocket Mortgage for my housing loan needs as long as this is how the staff is. The people who work at a company really are what makes or breaks a company and Marcello is an asset to your organization. "

"Christian was the Best mortgage banker I have dealt with in my many loans over the years. He was honest from the start and even didn't recommend certain scenarios that I had an interest in and ...Christian was the Best mortgage banker I have dealt with in my many loans over the years. He was honest from the start and even didn't recommend certain scenarios that I had an interest in and explained the Why!. The process started 3 Aug and by the 15th it was going like a ROCKET, Christian, the Underwriters, Appraisal start to finish less then 48 hours. Where things slowed down was the PROCESSORS-They get 1 Star. We didn't close till 2 Oct. I understand they are Very busy with many many loans. But I felt like I was behind a Suburban at a McDonalds drive-in and they had a 17 meal order and the Processors won't tell them to move up so they could take my order for a soda. When you call or email you will get the Can answer. I am a patient person and wish the Processors would be more upfront that their taskings will take 45 days alone. That's where everyone's frustration comes from. It would behoove Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage to fix the communication at the Processing point of the loan. They would have Happier clients. Christian had no control of this and did a Outstanding job. I would Highly recommend him as your Mortgage Banker."

Five months later Leena came into my world with her confidence and can do attitude, and made me believe again. I wasn’t going to try again and she had enough faith for both of us. My property was appraised at way more than I thought and now I can get my upstairs bathroom to finally function in my 1930 farmhouse. She is kind , considerate and she was willing to take a chance on me and when I was beat down, she became my energizer bunny! She believed enough for both of us. That being said on a personal level however if she wasn’t so smart and savvy in her field of financing ,I would have never got back on board. She is amazing , smart, confident and a go getter!!"
