Ember advised me that I was qualified to have my FHA removed and refinance under a conventional loan. Ember was so patient to explain things with me step by step and was even more patient and understanding with my work schedule since I was unable to be on top of this as much as I would've liked to due to my hectic work schedule. What was different with Ember versus my first loan officer was that Ember wasn't so overbearing. She was organized and you can just tell she had a lot of experience with her job. She wasn't like my first loan officer who made the experience of buying a home a nightmare and constantly losing my paper work and refaxing information. The way that Rocket Mortgage is setup it doesn't allow anyone to lose any important and official documents. This made very comfortable. In fact, Ember and her team made me feel comfortable with my decision to refinance with them overall. When I closed on my house she called to confirm if everything went as smooth as she had explained it would be. I would definitely recommend any of my friends and family to refinance with Rocket Mortgage and if you get Ember as your agent, consider yourself lucky. "

He made the process of getting pre approved and then fully approved with a non contingent loan painless, and we were able to put in our offer to the sellers, and won over multiple other offers because we were fully funded! My husband and I lost everything we had in Hurricane Harvey and after dealing with insurance, and FEMA, and having to buy new cars, furniture, appliances, dealing with contractors to fix the house, and living with family for 7 months, having this process go so smoothly was a dream! Our closing is tomorrow and all we have to do is show up and sign papers!! I recommend Rocket Mortgage to everyone I know that is looking to buy a home. This is the 2nd time purchasing a home with them, we have refinanced twice with them, and have always had the best experience. Thank you so much!"

We have been so pleased with our Rocket Mortgage experiences. Decided to refinance our home a number of years ago as interest rates had dropped. Had completed some information for another company (Lower My Bills) but when I realized it required a monthly fee I didn't finish the forms. Apparently this company shared my contact information with Rocket Mortgage. Normally that would be very aggravating but I would have never even thought to contact Rocket Mortgage. That experience was fast and painless! Rocket Mortgage stays in contact when interest rates change or opportunities to make changes that benefit us occur."

No complaints, as I consider myself fortunate to have been a homeowner. And my experience seems to show that it is true, homeownership is the main investment that most ordinary people are able to make in their lifetime. I'm lucky in that regard. Regarding Kate Mintz as a Loan Officer, I was surprised to find her to be the the best mortgage officer I have dealt with in all these years. Perhaps I was I surprised in this digital online age because of my lowered expectations. As they say, I'm definitely old school. How can you sign up for a serious financial obligation without ever meeting the loan officer? Well, the answer is, talk to Kate. IMHO, Kate's number one attribute is patience. Both online and by phone, she carefully and patiently addressed all questions, explaining every possible detail. Kate is obviously very knowledgeable, as she should be, and never faltered or hesitated in providing rapid and complete information on the most inane bits of process, steps, or hurdles as the loan application bumped it's way along. She has a confident and relaxed approach, and worked diligently to assure I was informed and satisfied. I highly recommend Kate Mintz. DFL, Stevensville MD"

"Some of my friends talked to me about considering Rocket Mortgage for future home mortgage needs. When the time came in 2017, I naturally contacted the company and met Brian. From our first contact ...Some of my friends talked to me about considering Rocket Mortgage for future home mortgage needs. When the time came in 2017, I naturally contacted the company and met Brian. From our first contact through the final closing he was always there for us. He did not waste time. He was increadibly efficient and Rocket Mortgage's system took away all of the frustration normally associated with the home mortgage loan process. While the system is great, Brian made it work. He did not ask for more information than was needed. He never asked for duplicates. there was instant communication whether I asked a question or he needed some more data on his end. Everything was done electronically -- a fabulous emil process. We started the process around September 12 and closed on October 20. Rocket Mortgage and people like Brian make traditional bank images (such as Wells Fargo) live up to their stodgy brand images i.e. using a stage coach versus 21st century technology. Frankly, if the company were not called Rocket Mortgage, it could easily be called Brian and there would not be any of difference. "

Samantha was my rock... No matter what I faced with any of the numerous buyer's and/or seller's agents; and all the over zealous homeowners with their grossly overpriced, under maintained; omission of or cover-up of seller's disclosures;etc., and definitely lacking the old fashioned "curb appeal"... and then constantly blindsided by the financial side of the buying process with the interest rates being raised constantly. It all worked out in the end. I would also like to add that my comments of professionalism and team player, etc is also echoed by all the comments and thanks I was given by both the Title Company rep [Jennifer Larson} and her various office personnel; and the seller's agent [Cindy Wheeler]. They were amazed that when I asked for a 30 days close that Samantha was able to have all the numbers and info to the Title company in actually under 22 days. That is TEAM work at its best on Samantha's Ellis's part. Thank you for the opportunity to highlight one of your employees [Samantha Ellis] who is a shinning star as leader of her department within your company. Oh ....Yes, be assured I will be happy to use both Samantha Ellis and/or your company's name when asked for my opinion of recommending a Lending company to use."

There are so many things about closing that can cause delays if not addressed and has to be carried out In a timely manner or it cost money. She know everything that has to get done with underwriters homeowner insurance policy’s , disclosers , just to mention a few that has to get done and she knows them all to get closed for my end and especially Rocket Mortgage. She represented you well and she loves what she is doing and she is very professional about doing it. I was so amazed about this, I said Taryn do you see a problem with getting me closed before my next mortgage payment on May 15 2019 so I won’t have to pay it , and she said let me work on this and said I think I can. Well she did exactly that and worked with shawna and got me closed on April 30. That saved me 1600 dollars and that made Rocket Mortgage look good as well. Can’t wait to call up Taryn after I pay this 175,000 off here in a 1 year and do this again. I know who to call , Taryn , I locked her number in my phone. I’m so pleased with her and what she did for me. Your awesome Taryn and know what it takes to closed. Talk to you soon on my next dream. Thank you from the bottom of my heart."
