He called us exactly on ...Called to find out about refinancing a small mortgage on a rental property we own. Gave all of the information to Owen and he told us he would call back at a specific time. He called us exactly on time and said he needed 15 more minutes; always a good practice! In the meantime, hubby and I ran all of the numbers and decided we would be better off just applying more money to the principal, as opposed to actually refinancing. Owen called back in about 10 minutes and told us it wouldn't be worth our while to refinance and that we would be better off paying more on the principal. My husband and I were impressed with his honesty, integrity and work ethic. Nice job Owen."
