He also pointed out and emphasized the savings in interest payments as compared to the mortgage I had. It all made great sense; John made sense and backed it up with data. Rocket Mortgage has a great portal where communication and documents can be quickly exchanged. The support teams responsible for reviewing and underwriting did a great job. It was a 5-star experience."

Low and behold, Tim gave us an incredible deal that the other company couldn't match. Not only was our deal much better, the entire loan process moved so much quicker with him. We looked at the house for the first time, made an offer, and got keys in hand in just 2 weeks. We are so happy with the deal we have, and we love our very first home. Tim made this entire process so fun and easy, and he was quick to respond to everything, and answer every question with verified knowledge. Plus, his personality can't be beat, he was just as excited for us as we were. Not only that, he made sure that every part of the deal was what we wanted, and he made sure to look for the best viable options for us too. That says a lot about his character. I'd recommend Tim anytime :)"

Then I was referred to Zane by a very hard to please and not usually impressed friend, who was very pleased and impressed by Zane's expertise and professionalism in getting the job done. I could not agree more, the process through Zane was the easiest experience I have had in accomplishing a task in a long time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all patient with someone who is not that experienced in all the on line and computer technology required now a days. He is one of the few employees I have had to interact with that had a cadence that I could understand at my age, and he has the aptitude of sensing when a customer needs assistance. The speed (2 days) at which we were approved and the time to apply and close (1 week) on our refinance was impeccable and unprecedented for us. We pinched ourselves how quick and easy it was. We held off refinancing for two years because of the long and inconvenient process traditional lenders take to refinance and time requirements for the applicants. Tom electronically verified our employment, W2 pay history, our bank statements, etc. Some of the convenience depends on the individual’s employer and financial institution’s tech capabilities, nonetheless, it was a breeze on our part! Getting the lowest rate isn’t always the most important factor in a loan and Tom reminded us we should think about our goals before applying. We went through a needs review discussion with us and found the best loan structure (less cash at closing) to meet our needs. He knows how to cut through the bureaucracy and also explain in layman’s terms complex mortgage concepts. We highly texokmwnd it!"
