Chris was there every step of the way in the process of buying my first home. No question never went unanswered, his patience and determination to help me purchase my home, early mornings, weekends and at times even weekends. Buying a home is supposed to be one of the happiest times of someone’s life and it has been for me, but during the process my family suffered the worst pain my family has ever felt or endured, the passing of my younger brother. The compassion, kindness and sincerity Chris showed I am forever grateful. I like to think my brother played a part from above to help with the final steps at closing. Thank you again Chris for everything you have done for me during the most exciting and saddest time of my life. God Bless."

I am a hard person to work with at times, lots of question. He not only was one of the most patient people, but if he didn't know an answer to a question I asked he would go and find it out. He took so much time with me, walk me through computer stuff I needed help with, basically held my hand through the whole prosses. Was very kind and friendly. He was available to me day, night and even weekends. I highly recommend Jeremy for any of you loan needs. Very pleased with him."

Derek is very knowledgeable and knows how to do his job ...Derek recently helped me with the purchase of my first home. The whole loan process was foreign to me and he helped answer all my questions. Derek is very knowledgeable and knows how to do his job well. During the loan process, we had to communicate around different timezones (AK time - Eastern time) and my work schedule. Derek was flexible and was prompt, when he tells me he’s going to call/follow up, Derek did. He took his time to explain to me all the different types of loans that were available to me. He gave me different options and crunched all the numbers to make my decision informed and easy. My experience with Derek was great. He loves his job and it shows in his professionalism and how he interacts with his clients. I would definitely refer Derek to family and friends and I would 100% do business with Derek again in the future. Forgot to mention, the loan process was quick! From pre-approval to clear to close. Truly deserving of their name “Rocket Mortgage”."

Our bank offered a very high interest rate that priced us out of a loan to pay back. A realtor told me to try contacting a company so I went online to look. After submitting some info we immediately got a call from Taryn. I would say we were in a panic and Taryn gave us assurance that she could help. And she did. Taryn answered every question. Every email was answered. She talked to us any/every time we called. I know Taryn was working hard to make sure our loan did not balloon. The process while a bit unfamiliar, as it was all online, was easy. I downloaded the RocketMortgage app and everything was easy to access. Our to-do list was posted. The docs RocketMortgage was reviewing were posted. It was so easy to upload our documentation. The process was easy and fast. Taryn was with us the entire time helping us through any bumps. And she did get our loan approved before the balloon. After closing we found it a bit uncomfortable that we did not have the signed documentation, hardcopy in hand. After all that is what we were used to. But all documentation was posted to our account for printing soon after closing. Be aware that when printed out there are over a hundred pages to the closing documentation. To sum up our experience. It was excellent so far. And with the promise of notification if Taryn finds offers that will better our situation our experience may get even better in the future. We are so thankful that we landed in the hands of Taryn and RocketMortgage."

I was ready to move to another lender when Zach reached out to me to make the situation right. He went over and beyond to make us happy and close our refinance in a timely matter.
