My situation was a little out of the norm, Terry took the time to listen and worked the numbers out and laid them out into a plan so that in 9 years I will have the house paid off and I will be free to retire with internal peace knowing that I had a great plan and a backup if I need it. It is so refreshing to see someone take ownership of their job and certainly appear that the joy he gets from his job is the satisfaction that someone has a new place in home ownership be it thru 1st time home buying, 2nd time or refinancing. Rannie's expertise and professionalism was always apparent, as well as his patience, as I am sure we repeated many questions. HIs positive demeanor allowed us the benefit of never hesitating to contact him with any concerns or questions. Having my mortgage with Rocket Mortgage in the past, I wanted to give them a chance again because my past experience had been simply amazing. I called Rocket Mortgage and Nathan Cottrell answer the phone. That was two weeks ago and we are almost in the closing stage!!!! Nathan is nothing short of a magician! He is smart, courteous, patient, and will give you the best advice, one that will benefit you. There is no stupid questions for him. You ask, he answers in detail and in the most polite way. I knew that my experience with Rocket Mortgage was going to be a great one again, but having Nathan as my agent took it to another level. Are you looking to buy a house? Are you looking to refinance? HE IS YOUR GUY! PS. Every now and then, he calls unexpectedly just to make sure if everything is okay with the process and if you still have any questions..... I am telling you, HE IS THE MAN!!! It is nice to know/meet people that love what they do and that they are good at it."

Out of the three mortgage officers I spoke with, he was the quickest to respond.. and he ALSO remembered what was important to me... I didn’t feel like I was just another customer that he will get commission on but rather I am a customer that he takes pleasure in taking care of. Now when I think of mortgage, his name pops up. Each time a friend or family wants to buy or refi... his name just pops up in my head and I tell my friends and family about him. That’s how u know he made an impact. We were ready to close in like 10 days. It’s the best mortgage processs I have ever encountered and this is my third time buying a house. Thank you Paul"

When we first communicated, I was expecting an asthma attack and brain fog while in the final stages of an intestinal problem. She has every right to think my head was pilled with large rocks where my brain should be. Instead, she hooked me up with a technology expert and remained on the line until I had successfully created a new email account to access required documents, and patiently walked me through a seemingly endless series of self-induced errors to successful complete my application. But wait. There are other examples of her going beyond the call of duty, but in the interest of brevity I’ll end this review with this ultimate compliment from this old lady: she was always professional, but working with her was like teaming up with a long-time friend. And that was not an artificial facet. She’s the real deal. Thanks Ebony!!!"

As an immigrant and a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed help figuring out where to start. A friend of mine recommended Rocket Mortgage to me. I spoke with Jared a few months ago, but even though he initially told me I was not ready yet, he provided me with a clear understanding of how much money I needed, where I could improve, and advice to make it happen. I followed his recommendations, and when I was ready, I contacted him again. He was always clear and realistic with his expectations. Thanks to Jared's support, my home-buying journey was easy. He was very responsive and patient when answering my many questions, especially about how to overcome any possible obstacle I might face. He was very positive during the process and was the best mortgage advisor/cheerleader anyone could ask for. Buying a property can be intimidating, especially when you are single and must learn how to buy a house in the US, but working with Jared, all of my fears disappeared. As I was dissatisfied with them, I called Rocket Mortgage, who held the mortgage on my ...When I decided to sell my house, I was working with another lender to close on another property in two weeks. As I was dissatisfied with them, I called Rocket Mortgage, who held the mortgage on my former property and spoke with Bill Eldirani. I explained my concerns with him, and he assured me that we can close in two weeks and developed a portal on their website that showed me what I needed to submit. Throughout the whole process, Bill was available to answer any questions I had and to push the application forward. I was so relieved that Bill was a man of his words and we closed on my new property within the two weeks. He was able to get me some additional credits I did not know I was eligible for! Lesson learned: I should have called Rocket Mortgage at the beginning of the process!"
