Out of the three mortgage officers I spoke with, he was the quickest to respond.. and he ALSO remembered what was important to me... I didn’t feel like I was just another customer that he will get commission on but rather I am a customer that he takes pleasure in taking care of. Now when I think of mortgage, his name pops up. Each time a friend or family wants to buy or refi... his name just pops up in my head and I tell my friends and family about him. That’s how u know he made an impact. We were ready to close in like 10 days. It’s the best mortgage processs I have ever encountered and this is my third time buying a house. Thank you Paul"

He was knowledgeable, professional, and caring regarding my questions and did not hesitate to assist me in making it painless to provide all the information I needed. Mr. Bay Daman has a great telephone voice and mannerism that made me trust him. His assistance was so helpful and made the process easy. I tried to get my daughter and sister to call him but my daughter had already gone through a different Rocket Mortgage person and my sister is still working on her refinancing and very disappointed in their brick and mortar bank which they have banked with for over 40 years. I can not say enough positive things about the excellent service Mr. Daman provided. Rocket Mortgage has an excellent representative in Mr. Daman I will continue to tout their remarkable service because of Mr Daman."

As an immigrant and a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed help figuring out where to start. A friend of mine recommended Rocket Mortgage to me. I spoke with Jared a few months ago, but even though he initially told me I was not ready yet, he provided me with a clear understanding of how much money I needed, where I could improve, and advice to make it happen. I followed his recommendations, and when I was ready, I contacted him again. He was always clear and realistic with his expectations. Thanks to Jared's support, my home-buying journey was easy. He was very responsive and patient when answering my many questions, especially about how to overcome any possible obstacle I might face. He was very positive during the process and was the best mortgage advisor/cheerleader anyone could ask for. Buying a property can be intimidating, especially when you are single and must learn how to buy a house in the US, but working with Jared, all of my fears disappeared. Then at the point when we were beginning the mortgage process in earnest we were assigned to Katlyn Hughes who became our go to Rocket Mortgage representative. Any mortgage process has many parts and can be lengthy. In addition to the expected elements that are dealt with, unexpected things arise that have to be addressed sometimes in a fairly short time frame in order to stay on track for the target closing date. Our refi was no exception. Katlyn was magnificent in assuaging our concerns and assisting us in completing all of the requirements in a very timely manner to allow us to achieve the target closing date. Katlyn was always quickly responsive to all of our questions and concerns and dealt with us in a pleasant, responsive and professional manner. We feel very fortunate to have had Katlyn as our ROCKET rep. Of course all of the ROCKET representatives we dealt with were also quite impressive."
