He was knowledgeable, professional, and caring regarding my questions and did not hesitate to assist me in making it painless to provide all the information I needed. Mr. Bay Daman has a great telephone voice and mannerism that made me trust him. His assistance was so helpful and made the process easy. I tried to get my daughter and sister to call him but my daughter had already gone through a different Rocket Mortgage person and my sister is still working on her refinancing and very disappointed in their brick and mortar bank which they have banked with for over 40 years. I can not say enough positive things about the excellent service Mr. Daman provided. Rocket Mortgage has an excellent representative in Mr. Daman I will continue to tout their remarkable service because of Mr Daman."

"Whew! It all started with a clarification on my current mortgage. The person I spoke with asked, "Anything else I can help you with today?" Being sarcastic I replied, "Yeah, get me a better mortgage ...Whew! It all started with a clarification on my current mortgage. The person I spoke with asked, "Anything else I can help you with today?" Being sarcastic I replied, "Yeah, get me a better mortgage rate". Next thing you know I get hooked up with Vernon. After a few exchanges I just said "Look this started as a flip retort on my part I'm not ready" . He professionally understood, I apologized for wasting his time. BUT then, I was ambushed by several other bankers for Rocket and it was really ticking me off. I finally complained and asked to speak with Vernon. I was going to let him have an earful, but you know what? He was cool and calm, polite and understanding. As the conversation progressed and I was defused, we came to some common ground of what he and Rocket COULD do for me. Well, I closed on a refi the other day, smooth as silk. I do highly recommend Vernon and Rocket Mortgage to anyone just "thinking" about it."

Now she might have had an edge on the competition because we have been BIG ROCKET FANS ever since we Refinanced our home 10 years ago and dropped our rate from 7.5% to 3.25%. But it is more than the rate drop. Somehow everything that Rocket does seems to go smoothly and without confusion. It is our opinion that Jenna was the Prime Mover (no pun intended) in this latest transaction. She took so much time to speak with me about each and every step of the way towards being a first time home owner. Michele was so kind to go into detail in each of these steps, making sure I was understanding what she was telling me and that I had a grasp on everything she was explaining to me. She even went into the minutiae of so many options that I did not even know were available to me. She was far from overbearing and pushy. She was the complete opposite - kind, patient, willing to talk with me at a very rudimentary level (which is needed for me) to make sure I understood where I stood in this complicated process. I was so fortunate to be put in touch with Michele, as I have been blown off by every realtor and person in this profession - and other professions for that matter.
