I returned to him/Rocket Mortgage once I received my new job offer a few months later. Best decision. It was amazingly smooth and SO FAST. He gave an approximate timeline based on my ability to provide the necessary paperwork and closing happened just as he predicted. She did not try to trap me with an aggressively high deposit too early in the process and was willing to lower the deposit amount since a competitor tried to hold me hostage with another deposit. I sensed her eagerness and a touch of "toughness" due, I suspect, to the fact that she must deal with so many people, and with people of all sorts.
