"What can I say that hasnt already been said? Sundos was a Godsend when it came to my refinance; there was a hang up on the documents needed because I had a solar system installed/leased about 8 years ...What can I say that hasnt already been said? Sundos was a Godsend when it came to my refinance; there was a hang up on the documents needed because I had a solar system installed/leased about 8 years ago and Rocket's underwriters picked up on the fact there were no words in the Solar Agreement lease addressing the possible event of my default of the lease. Subsequent to my system being installed, Fannie Mae and Freddi Mac made all lease agreements adddress this scenario and that's where the fun began. Sundos's patience and the many calming "I've got this, don't worry" was welcomed. If I was an employer needing to a right hand person who would be involved directly with my clients, I would want Sundos to be that person. Many thanks to her."

There was a team of people getting in touch with to help me with different documents. We were texting after hours which is unheard of. We closed in 5 weeks. Thank you Alan!"

Even after we closed, Gage checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the entire process. "Camille was very personable and tried to do her best to get things taken care of after taking over my loan mid process. I do give her 5 stars, however Dorian misled me and that I am frustrated with. I do give her 5 stars, however Dorian misled me and that I am frustrated with. I was clear that I did not want to buy points to get a lower rate, I have a great credit score and would not need points to get a reasonable rate because he agreed with this and quoted me a lower interest rate than our local bank I went ahead and went with Rocket. Also, Dorian had told me about some programs that would help me with lower out of pocket like rental reimbursement and using the referred realtor they sent. He did not mention those could not be stacked until much later in the process. After I did not have a choice but to move forward. Camille did get some of the points removed but even she came back with points to close which was ridiculous. The process was easy, I did like that but I could have gotten a much better rate locally and that is just my mistake for not making that choice. Camille I recommend highly, Dorian not so much and I am not sure if that is really just a Rocket Mortgage way of doing business or not so I am still on the fence with the Company itself."

He was very helpful when I had questions and answered in a tone that was respectful not condescending like some experiences I had before. Professional and courteous is the best way to describe him. If I ever do another mortgage i will certainly use Devin again."

With that we ...Ricardo is a very cool dude. Besides paying off my car loan one of my main goals is to install solar on my home. The main thing was that my home is a manufactured home installed in 1989. With that we had some frustrating issues with documentation. But Ricardo eased me through it. Not only taking care of the loan issues we had many great conversations. I would refer anyone to Ricardo not only for an equity loan as mine but a home loan. He takes the time to explain things in a manner anyone can understand. He also makes you feel comfortable with the loan process. My loan has closed, and I now have purchased most of my equipment for my solar. Which will save me around $500.00 per month off my electric bill."

She made me feel very comfortable throughout this process and was happy to answer my questions. She stayed on top of everything throughout this process. She kept of apprised of what was going on with the process and is an excellent communicator. The entire process went very smooth and I have the utmost confidence to recommend Rocket Mortgage and hope you get Brenda to assist you. She really knows her stuff and is great to work with. We actually had an emergency about a week before closing and Brenda was able to get us the additional funds we need! Excellent!!"
