I can’t say enough good things about him and the firm he represents. He is a huge asset to Qiicken Loans and anyone fortunate enough to have him on your team. He is very smart, articulate and professional in the way he conducts business dealings with his clients. There are not enough good things I can say about Mr. Delgado and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is about to find money to purchase a home. "Whew! It all started with a clarification on my current mortgage. The person I spoke with asked, "Anything else I can help you with today?" Being sarcastic I replied, "Yeah, get me a better mortgage ...Whew! It all started with a clarification on my current mortgage. The person I spoke with asked, "Anything else I can help you with today?" Being sarcastic I replied, "Yeah, get me a better mortgage rate". Next thing you know I get hooked up with Vernon. After a few exchanges I just said "Look this started as a flip retort on my part I'm not ready" . He professionally understood, I apologized for wasting his time. BUT then, I was ambushed by several other bankers for Rocket and it was really ticking me off. I finally complained and asked to speak with Vernon. I was going to let him have an earful, but you know what? He was cool and calm, polite and understanding. As the conversation progressed and I was defused, we came to some common ground of what he and Rocket COULD do for me. Well, I closed on a refi the other day, smooth as silk. I do highly recommend Vernon and Rocket Mortgage to anyone just "thinking" about it."

Bill works very hard to advocate for the client. He's always prompt with communication, and works diligently with all parties. He closes on time and will do whatever it takes to meet closing date and we've even closed ahead of schedule in many cases! Bill is the best loan officer I work with!"

I scheduled my closing online with the Title Company. Within a minute, Darien contacted me to see if wanted to close a couple days earlier and then he set it up for me while I was on the phone. This actually saved my around $3000. I was impressed that he took the initiative to make sure I got the best experience possible. I have used Rocket Mortgage in the past and have aleways had a great experience. However this time, it was a totally awesome experience due to Darien!"
