I received a call from a Rocket Mortgage associate asking if he could answer any questions I had about the mortgage program. Shortly after speaking with him I agreed to be transferred to Doc. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I had lots of questions which he answered promptly. He was able to offer a better refinancing rate and assist with debt consolidation. I feel like we will be in a great financial situation once my refinancing is complete. Doc is a wonderful asset to his company. I am so glad I took the time to speak with him."

After a few failed attempts to work on 2 separate loans from other lenders who don't want to lend to a person with a civil service job, 800 credit score and a ton of equity in the properties being secured, John was the person to speak to. I wish I thought outside the box the first times around and went to Rocket Mortgage first. It would have saved me a lot of wasted time and money from the start! In such a delicate process, communication makes all the difference. There wasn’t a time that we all didn’t know exactly what was going on and what step of the process was coming next. Odin made sure that not only everyone on his team but all clients and agents were kept completely in the loop. We had a very tall ask of a unicorn property, and when we found it, Odin made sure there was no obstacle on the lending side and we truly did not have a single worry once we got past the “you’re approved through underwriting” that he gave very early on in the process. Sometimes, you think of large corporations and the worry comes up that you’ll get left behind with so many moving pieces and different people with different roles to answer to… not this time. We knew exactly who to call and that personality made it feel like we were a priority, not a number. We can’t recommend Odin enough!"

She did not try to trap me with an aggressively high deposit too early in the process and was willing to lower the deposit amount since a competitor tried to hold me hostage with another deposit. I sensed her eagerness and a touch of "toughness" due, I suspect, to the fact that she must deal with so many people, and with people of all sorts.
