HE listened, which the others we have dealt with did not. His answer to everything was in keeping with our goals not his. I hate dealing with people that really only want to sell you and literally tune out everything you say. Anyway, if you deal with any other company versus Rocket Mortgage, you just might be missing out. Rocket Mortgage was great, but Lytle made them "Perfect"."

HOWEVER, my concerns were set at ease when Brenda received my call. Brenda is very knowledgeable and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable throughout this process and was happy to answer my questions. She stayed on top of everything throughout this process. She kept of apprised of what was going on with the process and is an excellent communicator. The entire process went very smooth and I have the utmost confidence to recommend Rocket Mortgage and hope you get Brenda to assist you. She really knows her stuff and is great to work with. We actually had an emergency about a week before closing and Brenda was able to get us the additional funds we need! Excellent!!"

He has a calm demeanor, very pleasant to speak to and knowledgeable. he gave me advice and I’d say within a week and a half my scores were all above 700!! Which put me into a different bracket and a more affordable APR I can’t thank Justin enough. conversation I had with him was pleasant. He always puts you at ease when you speak with him I’m older and not always easy to talk too! Justin listens takes his time to make sure that you understand everything. So I tried several Mortgage companies. Every one told me the same thing, no! I read about Rocket Mortgage, one more try!! I called. Martin Rayis was put on the phone. As we talked I explained my situation, he said he would do everything to get me qualified. And he did. In a few days I was called asking for my personal information, income and such. Soon Martin told me he was certain it was going through. You will never know what that meant to me. Martin Rayis will never know how he helped me. Martin was so kind, always called when he said he would. Treated me with such respect, if there is a hope you need to refinance, or get your first mortgage, CALL MARTIN RAYIS, you will be glad you did!!"
