He is so professional and st the same time, oils have been sitting at our table as we went through the paperwork and other requirements for review. He educated us in ‘laymen’ terms and helped us make the right decision - even if that meant waiting for now and revisiting our needs later on. When I called in to get clarity, Joseph kindly took the time to review the application, identified a mistake in how my income was listed and supported getting me qualified for the correct amount. Additionally, throughout the process he kept me informed, answered all of my questions, was thorough and accurate. Honestly, he made the entire experience less stressful. I would recommend him without hesitation."
