You can hear the sincerity in her voice that she wanted to provide what you need but at the same time, honest enough to tell you if things are not possible. I was in the mortgage business for years and her character is what every customer will be looking for to do business with. This year, I got in touch with her for refinancing and purchase. No one else I could think of who can do a better job with my transactions. Keep up the great work and more power!"

When he is out of the scene, the process became too slow and very different from previous refinancing. What really gave us so much problem was the method employed to finalize the entire process? The fact that they did not pay the people we owe but wanted us to make the payments was a disaster. But then the check was not hours. It presented problems that forced us to mail checks out when some of them, like Nissan was calling every minute asking to be paid. It would have been better Amrock, LLC had made the payments."

The only problems I had can be attributed to the Virus and contacting the correct department or person. Ricky gave me his private number and handled the problem for me. I have already referred a good friend to Ricky. I only gave Ricky a 5 star rating because the scale did not go to 10 !I would deal with him again if the opportunity arose."

David went above and beyond to make sure that we got everything fixed, and the steps we needed to take to fix them. He was very polite, honest, had great communication, and made sure we were set to buy a home! We couldn't be more grateful! I highly recommend anyone else looking into buying a home to work with David! I promise you will not be disappointed! I called, questioned, and probably even nagged with every little thing to make sure we were doing everything right. Not one time did he get annoyed or upset with me. The Rocket Mortgage process, for me, was a dream. Every step of the process I was informed. There was never a day wasted waiting for behind the scenes mystery processors. I have to give a ton of Credit to Todd, our mortgage banker. Todd was an absolutely excellent professional to work with as we refinanced our loan. I don't think I ever waited longer than an hour to get a response back from him. I would absolutely recommend Todd and the Rocket Mortgage team to anyone looking to refinance or purchase a home."
