He was extremely considerate of our needs, our situation and made sure that we were constantly presented with the correct solutions, not a bunch of options that we had to try to understand and decide. "John made buying a house the easiest possible. The process is quite complex from getting pre approved to approved. Keeping your approval letter updated for bids on houses. Keeping your approval letter updated for bids on houses. John communicated with the realtors and tried in anyway to assist. You really need a good mortgage banker that is going to be caring and compassionate to you and your families needs because they are in it with you through it all. They recalculate for you over and over again. How much percent down. How much will this cost. Do I need an appraisal. Do I need an inspection. Oh they didn’t accept the bid. Oh I found another house and the process starts over. Not to mention the whole time your mortgage banker is going through this process with many different other clients that are all on different levels of the process. When you finally lock in every step is so crucial and it’s tons of back and forth. John does not typically make you wait for a response from him. I will tell you not all mortgage bankers are like this. So I would for sure recommend John. He is just a good person and it shows through the work he does. Thanks John!"

"I have gone through two work relocation's in the past three years. For the first relocation, I was contacted by three mortgage companies. One of them was Dana Staniec with Rocket Mortgage. Until ...I have gone through two work relocation's in the past three years. For the first relocation, I was contacted by three mortgage companies. One of them was Dana Staniec with Rocket Mortgage. Until that time, I had no knowledge of Rocket Mortgage. Dana made me very comfortable with moving forward with Rocket Mortgage. Throughout the entire process, Dana provided such great service for our relocation. She answered every question (and I had a lot) immediately. I truly felt that Dana had my best interest in mind at all times. About a year and half later, I relied on Dana for a refinance on the same loan. Shortly after my refinancing, I had to relocate for work again. There was no question as to who we would use for our relocation process. Again, Dana exceeded my expectations. Dana is such a pleasure to work with, that I have recommended her to others any chance I get. If I am to ever move again, I know who I am calling."

I couldn't have asked for anyone better to go to bat for us as the delays we were experiencing were putting a financial and emotional toll on us that we didn't need."

I was cash-strapped, and making initial down payment is characteristic of the home financing market. I felt that if, by any divine intervention, I stumble upon luck, the rollout would certainly be tortious and frustrating. But I was wrong. James proved himself to be a professional of depth and latitude, an all-weathered pilot ready to sail through any turbulence. His tolerance level was put to test when I rescinded my commitment to settle for a certain property following a devastating inspection report on said property. All that happened on the heels of a celebration, believing we had concluded a journey fraught with many challenges: the endless, and sometimes annoying paperwork, the back-to-back phone calls, etc. Through all of this, James remained engaged, persistent and unrelenting in his desire to help the needy. I have already referred a good friend to Ricky. I only gave Ricky a 5 star rating because the scale did not go to 10 !I would deal with him again if the opportunity arose."

Daniel was the ...So, I was frustrated w/ Mr. Cooper. I had called to discuss an issue with them. After a frustrating 15 minutes on the phone, I asked to speak to someone about refinancing my home. Daniel was the representative that I was connected with. I explained to him, my limited time to talk. He said, "ok, let's see what we can do." Literally he was able to get nearly all my information needed for Refi. There were a couple of items I needed to provide, but his whole demeanor were calm, cool, collected. He was exactly what I needed after a frustrating call earlier. He walked me through the whole process. I was amazed at how "EASY" the process was. When he explained to me that I could save nearly $600 on my refi, I was ecstatic. I can't tell you how "HAPPY" I am with the WHOLE process. From Daniel all the way to the closing. Very simple, very efficient and I am Very Happy! THANK YOU!!"
