The funny thing, as a guy who worked the overnight shift most of my career, I’m up at all hours of the night taking care of things. You know, like looking to get home financing info at 2AM. I did a little research and minutes later, I was chatting with a wide awake, very knowledgeable, polite and professional guy named Dylan Dooley. This was not my first home purchase, but I must say it was my absolute best mortgage experience. One of the things that stood out from the first contact was Dylan’s absolute transparency. I’ve had some not so comforting dealings with mortgage bankers in the past, and also some good dealings. Dylan was by far the absolute, hands down best. I made a list of the three lenders I was interviewing as I shopped for a mortgage, my current home mortgage bank landed in the #4 position. You read that right!!! They were number 4 on a list of 3! Their offer of financing was horrible! A local mortgage broker who was a referral from a real estate agent was #2. At the top of the list, a guy I had no relationship with, someone who nobody referred me to, a guy that a late night internet search for mortgage info connected me with. A guy who earned the #1 spot on my list. Apples to apples, line by line, nobody could touch Dylan’s deal. Dylan was prompt and courteous, followed up regularly and I never felt alone. For anyone in need of a mortgage lender, I am OCD meticulous and detail oriented in the way I conduct business. It was an absolute pleasure to know Dylan was as detailed and not only did he speak knowledgeably, but he listened to everything I said. Listened and actually understood. He got me the exact product I wanted and needed. Short of someone giving a loan away for free, it was a fantastic unbeatable experience. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Dylan! Keep doing what you do, the way you do it!!! I’ll be back for sure and for anyone who I know that is in the market for a home financing or refinancing product, I’m sharing your name and number!!! At six weeks and still not in underwriting, I went looking for an alternative because I could see the other folks were not really interested in doing the work to get it done. That's when I found Nate Dubber and Rocket. In fifteen days, we had overcome the same hurdles the other company would not, and we had a closing appointment. At this point, I received a notification from the other company informing me that the time window for resolving their issue had closed, and they would not be able to move forward. I laughed and responded that they were so slow that I had fired them two weeks before without telling them because I wanted to see how the process died. Nate Dubber and Rocket are the way to go."

They never followed what they said and I was very frustrated. Glad one day he call and from there on he was helpful and patient with me thru the process informed me of what was going on. Got approved and I looked for a home. It took about 5 homes and finally got the right one. This year I closed 3-3-26 with him helping me thru everything. Even when it seem impossible he said I going to help you and you will close. He went above and beyond I could not believe i closed. Some moments was tense but he explained situation. Great person to work with. I will highly recommend him. He is a man of word and will get you into your home. Believe I am living proof. I recommend him to anyone he is patient and very knowledgeable and even after he will help you. I recommend him high snd asked for John Kennedy.
