"I have gone through two work relocation's in the past three years. For the first relocation, I was contacted by three mortgage companies. One of them was Dana Staniec with Rocket Mortgage. Until ...I have gone through two work relocation's in the past three years. For the first relocation, I was contacted by three mortgage companies. One of them was Dana Staniec with Rocket Mortgage. Until that time, I had no knowledge of Rocket Mortgage. Dana made me very comfortable with moving forward with Rocket Mortgage. Throughout the entire process, Dana provided such great service for our relocation. She answered every question (and I had a lot) immediately. I truly felt that Dana had my best interest in mind at all times. About a year and half later, I relied on Dana for a refinance on the same loan. Shortly after my refinancing, I had to relocate for work again. There was no question as to who we would use for our relocation process. Again, Dana exceeded my expectations. Dana is such a pleasure to work with, that I have recommended her to others any chance I get. If I am to ever move again, I know who I am calling."

I couldn't have asked for anyone better to go to bat for us as the delays we were experiencing were putting a financial and emotional toll on us that we didn't need."

"OH Boy. I found a house and now I need a loan. When I called Rocket I was immediately put in touch with Melissa. In the first phone call she gathered enough information to assure me I could get a ...OH Boy. I found a house and now I need a loan. When I called Rocket I was immediately put in touch with Melissa. In the first phone call she gathered enough information to assure me I could get a loan. I called several other loan folks. I'm sure they had successful careers in the used car business, but that approach didn't work for me. This house turned into a nine-way bidding war. She was able to give me not a prequalification, but a preapproval letter. I didn't get this house. It was three months before I found another. In that time, I was bombarded with calls from other lenders. Melissa kept in touch but in a friendly, infrequent and reassuring way. When I found the next house, it was perfect for me. I only called one person, and she got busy. In a matter of days, she had all of the heavy lifting done for this loan. We all know getting a loan is a paper chase. We made a good team and when she needed docs, I got it done right now because I was on a team. It wasn't a demand or order from High On. My loan was a small one. After we would talk, I hoped she would find a rich techie buying a million-dollar house. How could she spend such patient time with me? When I look back at buying this house, my thoughts will not be how I found it, how glad I was to get it, it will be how my friend Melissa pushed this through and got it done. Thank You My Friend."

I received a call from a Rocket Mortgage associate asking if he could answer any questions I had about the mortgage program. Shortly after speaking with him I agreed to be transferred to Doc. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I had lots of questions which he answered promptly. He was able to offer a better refinancing rate and assist with debt consolidation. I feel like we will be in a great financial situation once my refinancing is complete. Doc is a wonderful asset to his company. I am so glad I took the time to speak with him."

He was able to guide me to the right gameplan and have a realistic goal set for my financial expectations. Whenever I had any changes or targets in mind he was able to crunch the numbers and tell me exactly where I'd fall with the given limitations. That made it easier to go with rocket vs another lender that didn't give me the confidence and streamlined experience I had with Bryan and Rocket. I wasn't sure exactly what house I wanted when I started looking in February but after doing some homework I had found and bought my house in about two weeks. I have great confidence that Bryan and Rocket will continue to help me on any changes or plans along the way."
