David went above and beyond to make sure that we got everything fixed, and the steps we needed to take to fix them. He was very polite, honest, had great communication, and made sure we were set to buy a home! We couldn't be more grateful! I highly recommend anyone else looking into buying a home to work with David! I promise you will not be disappointed! I called, questioned, and probably even nagged with every little thing to make sure we were doing everything right. Not one time did he get annoyed or upset with me. The Rocket Mortgage process, for me, was a dream. Every step of the process I was informed. There was never a day wasted waiting for behind the scenes mystery processors. I have to give a ton of Credit to Todd, our mortgage banker. Todd was an absolutely excellent professional to work with as we refinanced our loan. I don't think I ever waited longer than an hour to get a response back from him. I would absolutely recommend Todd and the Rocket Mortgage team to anyone looking to refinance or purchase a home."

I was working, originally, with a competitor, and TIm went over the numbers and noticed that Sofi artificially lowered my monthly payments by fudging numbers and underfunding my escrow. I'd have had a nasty bill waiting for me at the end of my first year by the time sofi would have sold my loan and made me some other banks problem. Tim got me a better rate, better monthly payment, and actually included everything that I'd be responsible for paying. A+ all the way."
