I called Anthony after hours and he replied or answered to my call. This encouraged me much. I called Anthony one time only to hear that he was on vacation and he still took time to attend to me. At times I could not understand which papers were needed for me to submit and Anthony was very patient with me as he explained to me what was needed. This makes me recommend him highly for promotion. "Hugh was great! The Underwriters on the other hand were pathetic. You guys seem to just hire anyone off the street with no experience. Instead of spending money on Super Bowl Ads maybe spend some ...Hugh was great! The Underwriters on the other hand were pathetic. You guys seem to just hire anyone off the street with no experience. Instead of spending money on Super Bowl Ads maybe spend some money on people whom know what they’re doing. I was supposed to close on 02/26 but didn’t close until 3/3. As someone who has a job that I’m held to a higher standard, I planned ahead and made sure I had days off to be able to move in and do things that needed to be done. But since we closed late I was left scrambling to figure everything out. I’ll never recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone and I deal with hundreds of people on a daily basis and I’ll make sure they stay clear of this company. If I didn’t ruffle some feathers at the end of this process nothing would’ve been done to close even somewhat on time.Now send me a survey about Kim Keezer because she’s getting the stars which she deserves which is 0. She loved to come up with excuses for the underwriters and was very belittling. But Hugh I hope you find a better company that values you, and your expertise. You deserve a better workplace that is better equipped. Thanks for everything."

"Jana Sands was a joy to work with during our refinance. She contacted us to inform us that the Interest Rates were in a position to benefit our objectives of lowering our monthly payments and saving ...Jana Sands was a joy to work with during our refinance. She contacted us to inform us that the Interest Rates were in a position to benefit our objectives of lowering our monthly payments and saving us a significant amount in the long-term. We were not pleased with the time it took to finalize our loan. We held a mortgage with you that we were refinancing, and the estimated time to close our loan was 30-45 days... then we given a date of August 31st to close the loan. We closed the loan on September 15th because we woud be asked for 1 more piece of information at least 3 times. There was no reason why the processing dept. could not ask for the information once, we certainly provided it. This was not Jana's fault, this was out of her control, and Jana did her very best to assist us. But 90 days to close a refinance of one of your own loans seemed too long."

We were in contact with 3 other lenders and had narrowed our choice down to 1 local lender and Rocket Mortgage because of Eric. While the local lender was pushy, shady and just plain misleading, Eric gave us straightforward answers while never being pushy. As a matter of fact, when we first pulled out credit, we decided to back off for a few weeks before going back and Eric never pushed us. Even during the process with our closing specialist, I had doubts and questions where I felt more comfortable asking Eric about. And Eric replied and answered each time. Needless to say, we are glad we went with Rocket Mortgage and thankful Eric was there to help out the whole time."
