Daniel was the ...So, I was frustrated w/ Mr. Cooper. I had called to discuss an issue with them. After a frustrating 15 minutes on the phone, I asked to speak to someone about refinancing my home. Daniel was the representative that I was connected with. I explained to him, my limited time to talk. He said, "ok, let's see what we can do." Literally he was able to get nearly all my information needed for Refi. There were a couple of items I needed to provide, but his whole demeanor were calm, cool, collected. He was exactly what I needed after a frustrating call earlier. He walked me through the whole process. I was amazed at how "EASY" the process was. When he explained to me that I could save nearly $600 on my refi, I was ecstatic. I can't tell you how "HAPPY" I am with the WHOLE process. From Daniel all the way to the closing. Very simple, very efficient and I am Very Happy! THANK YOU!!"

The funny thing, as a guy who worked the overnight shift most of ...I’m not even sure where to begin with expressing our satisfaction and pleasure in having Dylan Dooley from Rocket Mortgage as our guy. The funny thing, as a guy who worked the overnight shift most of my career, I’m up at all hours of the night taking care of things. You know, like looking to get home financing info at 2AM. I did a little research and minutes later, I was chatting with a wide awake, very knowledgeable, polite and professional guy named Dylan Dooley. This was not my first home purchase, but I must say it was my absolute best mortgage experience. One of the things that stood out from the first contact was Dylan’s absolute transparency. I’ve had some not so comforting dealings with mortgage bankers in the past, and also some good dealings. Dylan was by far the absolute, hands down best. I made a list of the three lenders I was interviewing as I shopped for a mortgage, my current home mortgage bank landed in the #4 position. You read that right!!! They were number 4 on a list of 3! Their offer of financing was horrible! A local mortgage broker who was a referral from a real estate agent was #2. At the top of the list, a guy I had no relationship with, someone who nobody referred me to, a guy that a late night internet search for mortgage info connected me with. A guy who earned the #1 spot on my list. Apples to apples, line by line, nobody could touch Dylan’s deal. Dylan was prompt and courteous, followed up regularly and I never felt alone. For anyone in need of a mortgage lender, I am OCD meticulous and detail oriented in the way I conduct business. It was an absolute pleasure to know Dylan was as detailed and not only did he speak knowledgeably, but he listened to everything I said. Listened and actually understood. He got me the exact product I wanted and needed. Short of someone giving a loan away for free, it was a fantastic unbeatable experience. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Dylan! Keep doing what you do, the way you do it!!! I’ll be back for sure and for anyone who I know that is in the market for a home financing or refinancing product, I’m sharing your name and number!!! "Jay was referred to me as a lender by my buyer’s agents and as a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions ranging from credit checks to what each of the items listed on the estimates were- he was ...Jay was referred to me as a lender by my buyer’s agents and as a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions ranging from credit checks to what each of the items listed on the estimates were- he was able to talk me through everything and taught me so much using his vast experience and knowledge. Whether it was 8am or 8pm, he made himself available for calls whenever I needed clarification. After he pre-approved me, allowing me to make my offer, my parents wanted me to switch to their old lender and Jay was extremely professional and courteous about my decision and wished me the best, despite the hours of work he had already put in. One day before closing, the lender my parents had chosen fell through at the last minute and I was about to lose tens of thousands from my deposit. My agents and I reached out to Jay to see if he would be able to pull off a miracle, with an extreme time-crunch, and he absolutely did! He was involved in every step, from his role to reaching out to the underwriters and loan processing officers to make sure everything was completed as soon as possible. He worked side by side with my agents, communicating with them every step of the way, in order to allow me to have fewer responsibilities and less burden. His attitude was amazing throughout the process as well! My only regret was ever switching lenders, because Jay is the best choice to have and he is able to pull off the impossible. The great rate he secured for me was the least of the reasons for which I am grateful to Jay."
