I decided to use Rocket Mortgage as my existing residence was financed thru Rocket Mortgage. It was my good fortune to be connected with Andrew Romaya, a Purchase Mortgage Banker. I asked Andrew if they dealt in VA Loans and was assured that they deal in all kinds of Loans, including VA and would be more than happy to assist me. Andrew and I developed a good bond almost immediately. I found Andrew to be be informative and his knowledge and expertise were excellent. Andrew had me VA pre-approved Loan within the hour. I made an offer on a residence in Charleston and have signed a written offer. I just finished up the paperwork and starting with the initial phone to completion of paperwork was just over 48 hrs. The peace of mind that comes with this is immense. I hope to be able to consider Andrew a friend and of course my Go to Guy for all matters relating to Mortgage issues. Paul was proactive, diligent, and thoughtful during every interaction. The Rocket Mortgage process was an efficient one, from pre-approval, to approval, and ultimately to closing. Its web portal is developed well and plays a critical function in information amalgamation. Paul’s ability to communicate well and manage customer expectations made for an overall seamless experience. All of the aforementioned characteristics are certainly ones you should expect, but often do not receive, from any service provider or company. However, Paul even went above and beyond in a number of ways. These were the actions that ultimately differentiates Paul from others that I have worked with in a similar capacity. First, honesty and transparency. Paul’s unbiased advice allowed me to have critical information in various areas from a home financing insider. This allowed me to make informed and efficient decisions. Second, relationship. Clearly, it is evident that trying to build rapport and deeper relationships with customers is important to Paul. He took the time to get to know not only my wife and me, but also our situation and preferences. To then navigate and ‘hand hold’ us through every phase of the financing process, allowed us to never feel directionless in this journey. Lastly, continuous improvement. Paul asked for feedback on his and Rocket Mortgage’s performance at various points in time. I can only surmise that this was in an effort to improve on any areas where customers thought there could be room for improvement. It is comforting to know that Paul takes into account opinions from his customers and continuously seeks to improve his engagement and service. Overall, I could not be more pleased in choosing Rocket Mortgage as a financing partner, and, of course, having the great pleasure to work with Paul. "

I'm not sure where Rocket Mortgage find employees like Garrett but I can tell you he was very patient and very helpful when we refinanced our home. I can say that my experience with other lenders, servicer, and the like, was why we made a mistake going with someone other than Rocket Mortgage. The feeling we got from them was something like "Hey I'm doing you a favor so hurry and get things done" I can say that at times I find the whole application on line a bit daunting but Garrett ever the professional explained things and helped us the whole way. In my opinion he is a great guy, oh I forgot he contacted us to do the refinance we were thinking about it so Garrett must be psychic or something as he called the day I was going to start looking at a refi for a lower rate Thank you Garrett"

Not only I got approved but the process was a synch. Everything was done on the ph. The only time I've seen paper work was on the day of closing when the Lawer came conveniently to my home. Chad was my guy that help me all the way. There was never any empty promises just straight up as to what to expect, and I'm happy to say I've had a better deal than I've expected. The new way of doing paperless business is the best thing ever. I can go on and on about this company and that's not something I ever done before so all I'll say is they really came true for me when I needed them to. Did I mention it took lest than 30 days from start to finish. I can't say every one will have the same experience I did but to me they are the best thing out there I'll never forget the wonderful experience I had with them. So for me, 5 stars for Rocket Mortgage and Chad. Jason Thomas. "

"I am writing to thank those who worked with me on my re-fi. I am not a new Rocket Mortgage customer, having worked with you several years ago. Each and every person I spoke to throughout the process,...I am writing to thank those who worked with me on my re-fi. I am not a new Rocket Mortgage customer, having worked with you several years ago. Each and every person I spoke to throughout the process, especially Jad Bedoun, was kind, interested in my story and offered complete explanation at every stage. But, I am writing about the extraordinary professionalism that occurred during a glitch that happened. Somehow a mistake was made after my first closing. I was told that the mortgage was cancelled due to closing costs which had never been mentioned. . I was devastated and called Jad who told me that he would look into it. After several days of back and forth, I was sure that lose mu re-fi I was moved from person to person and I finally heard from a higher up who told me that the glitch had been resolved and, after another closing, my loan would e approved at the exact cost that I was given at the beginning of the process. In this world of increasing incivility and decreasing personal responsibility , I was afforded respect and caring at every step. Everyone I worked with, especially Jad, was at the top of their game. His patience working with me, I travel a lot for business, was greatly appreciated. Although, I traveled a lot during our process he was very prompted and on top of the ball on helping me close as fast as possible. I think we closed just under 35 days which is very quick for being my first mortgage. He supported me after normal work hours which was very helpful during the times I was traveling on the west coast and dealing with the 3 hour time difference. He answered any questions, simple or complicated, I had and was very prompt. He stayed on top of all the items and documents I needed to complete which really helped in closing as fast as we did. Working with Justin was just so simple. I don't know what all the fuss and frustration was about I hear from my friends on applying for a mortgage. Justin is the type of person expected to get things done quickly that fits into the Quick Loans/Rocket Mortgage value and quick service."

I spoke with Josh about our situation and he not only offered his professional services, but also advice and insight on how the process would work. Josh was never pushy, allowing us to take our own path and the time we needed to do it. I know that I always ask a ton of questions, and Josh was there to answer every one of them. He always stayed in contact with me, often giving me updates the second they would post to my Rocket Mortgage page. Josh was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. his entire team of Rocket Mortgage employees were just as kind as him. My neighbor mentioned Rocket Mortgage that day. I punched in the website on the Safari browser in m phone, and all of a sudden, was in an online chat with Dj. He was professional, answered my questions quickly. Gave us some quick options – all on an online chat. The next day, we started the process, spoke a couple of times over the phone and within about three weeks, had closed on the refi. He explained everything well and guided us through a very simple process. I would recommend him – and have – any time. Going through Rocket Mortgage was seamless, and Dj was a big reason for that."

"Lee and Rocket Mortgage was able to give us more than we'd hoped for. Because we were with Rocket Mortgage, we wanted to give them first shot. Well the quote they gave us was just not what we wanted, ...Lee and Rocket Mortgage was able to give us more than we'd hoped for. Because we were with Rocket Mortgage, we wanted to give them first shot. Well the quote they gave us was just not what we wanted, So we went with NewDay USA. We were ready to close. We already got the appraisal and everything. That's when Lee contacted me and asked me to give him a chance. I was going around and around with NewDay, they just wouldn't come down below 3%. They wanted 3.75% with 2 points to get to 3.25 and $25000 cash. Lee said he could get me 2.25% and $35000 cash. We were floored. We called NewDay and said hold everything. I even asked if I needed to pay the $600 for the appraisal and NewDay said. Don't worry about it, they would eat it. Rocket was able to use their appraisal and we are in a comfortable loan that we can afford thanks to Lee. I thought he was going to get fired over that one. Thanks Lee"

Our first pre-qualification letter given two months ago by Rocket Mortgage, was cancelled due to some lenders having regulations that...ISAAC helps Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage) live up to its name! Our first pre-qualification letter given two months ago by Rocket Mortgage, was cancelled due to some lenders having regulations that were excessively orderly and fussy concerning cash deposits (I'm a musician who performs concerts overseas who usually returns to the USA with most of my earned cash in hand). We pursued alternate financing with lenders who were less AR (anal retentive) about such matters. But one week after the cancellation, we saw a home online on Realtor.com and pressed "inquire"...and 75 seconds later I received a phone call from Isaac. What a nice guy, and very knowledgeable (just like our first Rocket Mortgage agent). I told him our original Rocket Mortgage pre-quality was cancelled despite our original agent doing everything in her power, and the reasons why, and within 30 minutes Isaac issued a second pre-qualification letter from Rocket Mortgage. It helped so much that when we processed the original application with Rocket Mortgage we uploaded all the necessary documents, so in the end all that Isaac needed additionally was online access to our bank accounts for funds verification. Nowadays EVERYTHING is lightning-fast, and with specialists like Isaac doing his job so well, and a system like the Rocket Mortgage portal, mortgage pre-qualification letters are a snap. Now....whether this one lasts or not, is still yet to be seen, but we're hopeful and will let you know. God bless."
