Every interaction was painless. He listened to us and assisted with any question we had. The overall experience was nothing short of spectacular. The quality of service was outstanding, far surpassing my expectations, as we all know good customer service is not often something we encounter anymore. It’s clear that Sean , and his team truly treat thier clients the way they hope to be treated, and I hope for them the receive this on whatever situation they find themselve in. I really can't say enough good about my experience, I am just hoping in 2 years when we do this again Sean is there for us!"

Only one important improvement needed, customers who are frustrated with a process would cope better if folks like Manar to the time to explain WHY things were happening. Rocket Mortgage/Rocket kept saying they were checking my employment--I was annoyed! This happened several times. I did not realize as time passes this information needs to be RE-verified every 30 days. If Manar just explained that, I am reasonable, and I would have understood and I would have had far more patience. Customer service must be direct, clear, and thorough. In all other ways, Manar was great!"

"Moe was the first person who gave us confidence in Rocket Mortgage (he was not our first contact). After being told we would not qualify for refinancing (due to a calculation error by our initial ...Moe was the first person who gave us confidence in Rocket Mortgage (he was not our first contact). After being told we would not qualify for refinancing (due to a calculation error by our initial contact person or whoever she was working with), we decided to pay off a debt and then apply with another company in 6 months. Moe literally saved this loan for Rocket Mortgage and I hope this company realizes he is a valuable asset! He immediately identified the error made by another Rocket Mortgage person, and later found another issue (an error with my credit report) that I was able to resolve. He stayed in constant touch with us, was prompt, courteous, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure things were corrected and that all processes were completed quickly."

I'm not sure where Rocket Mortgage find employees like Garrett but I can tell you he was very patient and very helpful when we refinanced our home. I can say that my experience with other lenders, servicer, and the like, was why we made a mistake going with someone other than Rocket Mortgage. The feeling we got from them was something like "Hey I'm doing you a favor so hurry and get things done" I can say that at times I find the whole application on line a bit daunting but Garrett ever the professional explained things and helped us the whole way. In my opinion he is a great guy, oh I forgot he contacted us to do the refinance we were thinking about it so Garrett must be psychic or something as he called the day I was going to start looking at a refi for a lower rate Thank you Garrett"

Each and every person I spoke to throughout the process,...I am writing to thank those who worked with me on my re-fi. I am not a new Rocket Mortgage customer, having worked with you several years ago. Each and every person I spoke to throughout the process, especially Jad Bedoun, was kind, interested in my story and offered complete explanation at every stage. But, I am writing about the extraordinary professionalism that occurred during a glitch that happened. Somehow a mistake was made after my first closing. I was told that the mortgage was cancelled due to closing costs which had never been mentioned. . I was devastated and called Jad who told me that he would look into it. After several days of back and forth, I was sure that lose mu re-fi I was moved from person to person and I finally heard from a higher up who told me that the glitch had been resolved and, after another closing, my loan would e approved at the exact cost that I was given at the beginning of the process. In this world of increasing incivility and decreasing personal responsibility , I was afforded respect and caring at every step. Everyone I worked with, especially Jad, was at the top of their game. I remember the process being extremely stressful and complicated when I purchased my first home and was weary at the thought of having to do it again, times two! I spoke with Josh about our situation and he not only offered his professional services, but also advice and insight on how the process would work. Josh was never pushy, allowing us to take our own path and the time we needed to do it. I know that I always ask a ton of questions, and Josh was there to answer every one of them. He always stayed in contact with me, often giving me updates the second they would post to my Rocket Mortgage page. Josh was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. his entire team of Rocket Mortgage employees were just as kind as him. Paul was proactive, diligent, and thoughtful during every interaction. The Rocket Mortgage process was an efficient one, from pre-approval, to approval, and ultimately to closing. Its web portal is developed well and plays a critical function in information amalgamation. Paul’s ability to communicate well and manage customer expectations made for an overall seamless experience. All of the aforementioned characteristics are certainly ones you should expect, but often do not receive, from any service provider or company. However, Paul even went above and beyond in a number of ways. These were the actions that ultimately differentiates Paul from others that I have worked with in a similar capacity. First, honesty and transparency. Paul’s unbiased advice allowed me to have critical information in various areas from a home financing insider. This allowed me to make informed and efficient decisions. Second, relationship. Clearly, it is evident that trying to build rapport and deeper relationships with customers is important to Paul. He took the time to get to know not only my wife and me, but also our situation and preferences. To then navigate and ‘hand hold’ us through every phase of the financing process, allowed us to never feel directionless in this journey. Lastly, continuous improvement. Paul asked for feedback on his and Rocket Mortgage’s performance at various points in time. I can only surmise that this was in an effort to improve on any areas where customers thought there could be room for improvement.
