Then I found the diamond in a rough when I met Bridgett .Working with Bridgett has been one of the best business interactions I've ever had in my life. In the world full of dream sellers And people who view You as another sale I stumbled across a woman who is genuine , honest , helpful , and sweet and truly in this to help people on the road to Generational Wealth and well being. Not only is she spot on with the numbers and what you need from a financial standpoint to be a home owner she's very encouraging. As we all know this housing market is pretty hot in one moment you put in offer the next moment you're looking for another house. This can be Emotionally frustrating and Mentally draining, but her words of encouragement and mind for strategizing gave me the confidence to continue my home Is buying journey . Moving forward anyone that I come across that is serious about buying a home she is the first person that comes to mind that I think they should talk to and work with. She is always contactable she always returns calls no matter how busy her day is. She works weekdays and weekends All for her customer to have the ability to fulfill the dream of owning a home. His patience working with me, I travel a lot for business, was greatly appreciated. Although, I traveled a lot during our process he was very prompted and on top of the ball on helping me close as fast as possible. I think we closed just under 35 days which is very quick for being my first mortgage. He supported me after normal work hours which was very helpful during the times I was traveling on the west coast and dealing with the 3 hour time difference. He answered any questions, simple or complicated, I had and was very prompt. He stayed on top of all the items and documents I needed to complete which really helped in closing as fast as we did. Working with Justin was just so simple. I don't know what all the fuss and frustration was about I hear from my friends on applying for a mortgage. Justin is the type of person expected to get things done quickly that fits into the Quick Loans/Rocket Mortgage value and quick service."

I had a million questions and he was a wealth of knowledge not only regarding new financing options, but also gave me some great insight into the sale or my current house. Over the 6 months we waited, he had a great follow up cadence that was not pushy or over bearing. Even though I rarely called him back, he continued to provide insight into the changing rates and options for when I was ready to move forward. When the time was right, I had a million more questions and scenarios I asked him to run through which he did with the utmost professionalism. He was always available when I needed him, even when he was not in the office. AJ is top notch and made the purchase of our new home quick, easy and stress-free. I highly recommend AJ and the Rocket Mortgage team."

I was hesitant because my fear was that I was locking myself into something that would not be beneficial for me and my family. Once I started speaking with Chris I began to better understand my options. At no time did I feel pushed or rushed into making a decision. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, personable, professional and always made himself available if I had a question. In the rare circumstance Chris did not have the answer, he immediately would connect me with someone that did. I would highly recommend speaking with Chris if you are ready or just need some information about refinancing or purchasing a home. "

"I'm a Marine Veteran who was about to lose my house because of divorce, my credit was good but wasn't sure if I would qualify 4 refinancing that would give me enough to pay off my ex-wife ...I'm a Marine Veteran who was about to lose my house because of divorce, my credit was good but wasn't sure if I would qualify 4 refinancing that would give me enough to pay off my ex-wife consolidation debts and refinance existing mortgage I decided to follow up on a Rocket Mortgage ad that showed up in my Gmail account. It led to my first conversation with Jacob, who right from the start praise me for my service and assured me that I was qualified for a low interest VA loan with my good credit. Once I had the final decree of divorce in my hand I contacted Jacob on a Friday to let him know the numbers that the court had laid down. The next day on a Saturday we were on the phone and starting the process of my refinance loan, and two months later, my home was officially my home again, with a mortgage payment that fit my budget. I'm forever grateful Fort Jacob and his teams help, and believing in me financially."

"I was thrilled how fast and easy it was to refinance with Rocket Mortgage. I tried to refinance twice but because my house is worth less on the market than I owe, my mortgage company kept putting me ...I was thrilled how fast and easy it was to refinance with Rocket Mortgage. I tried to refinance twice but because my house is worth less on the market than I owe, my mortgage company kept putting me off and avoiding me, and I went to the person who got original loan for our house and local bank wouldn't approve it because we still owed 80% more than the house was worth. So when I called Rocket Mortgage much to my surprise that didn't seem to shake them. I was skeptical, because we have excellent credit rating but still basically got turned down 2 times. But they were wonderful, quick, and easy how fast it went. And in fact we closed on a day it was one of the worse snow storms in the NE, the lawyer came right to our house!!! It was wonderful! I would highly suggest anyone who needs refinancing or a loan go with them, because like I said previously my mortgage company put me off changed my person 3x's who was suppose to take care of me, and the local bank said I was too high of a risk. So I was thrilled!!! And I got my loan exactly the amount I wanted it down too! "

I had some problems with my previous deed and survey. Nadine was right there to guide me through the process I needed to go through in order to get the problems corrected. Not to mention several other little things that would have otherwise would have slowed down the process considerably if it had not been for communication with Nadine via phone conversations and emails. Nadine is by far one of the most professional people I’ve ever worked with by far. She is very patient and pleasant to deal with. Very strong customer relations skills that you just don’t find in business in today’s world. I can honestly say one of the best people I’ve ever had to deal with. In my opinion a very valuable part of your company. A true professional and a great person not to mention. She was able to get answers to questions and solutions to problems in an almost unbelievable short amount of time. I couldn’t be more pleased having to deal with Nadine. I would highly recommend her to anyone without a second thought. If people were half as professional the business world would be a better place!! Nadine is the best!!!"

When I was ready to sell my home and purchase another, I had a unique need and after being given the run around from my local banks, I decided to text Joe early one morning and he soon replied. From there on it was smooth sailing. He guided me through the process (it does help if you have all the docs you need ready to go) . I had explained to him from the outset that I really needed to get this done in 30 days or less and he and the team at Rocket Mortgages got me done in about 3 and a half weeks. The professionalism far exceeded my expectations. They follow a process that hands you over to the next account specialist and they apparently communicate very well within this process because I never felt like I had to reexplain anything to the next person. This continued through the whole process and even after it was all done, the follow up was very professional. i would highly recommend Joe Murado and the team at Rocket Mortgage without any hesitation. From...So going into this process with Rocket Mortgage I must admit I was skeptical. Using an online portal to apply for a mortgage seemed to me too easy. Little did I know it was even easier than that. From start to finish, I was well taken care of. Once I was introduced to Tracy Rice, I felt I was in good hands. Not having a loan officer to see in person was not an issue whatsoever. Tracy followed up on any questions I had and kept in touch the "right" amount for me. On the road constantly for my job, being able to use the online portal and calling her was perfect solution to never being in an area during banking hours. Tracy was more than I could have ever asked for in a loan officer. She understood my questions and never talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. With all the calculations, percentages and banking "jargon" she explained everything to me perfectly. I never once felt overwhelmed or understood, it all worked out great. Not that I am looking to go through another mortgage, but if I was, I would be more than pleased to work with her again. Thanks Tracy for all your help, I truly appreciate it."
