"AARON WAS A COMPLETE JOY TO WORK WITH RIGHT FROM THE START. HE WAS VERY REASSURRING FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. IT WAS ANNOYING TO WORK WITH DIFFERENT TEAM MEMBERS WHO WOULD SEEM TO "GET BACK WITH ME"....AARON WAS A COMPLETE JOY TO WORK WITH RIGHT FROM THE START. HE WAS VERY REASSURRING FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. IT WAS ANNOYING TO WORK WITH DIFFERENT TEAM MEMBERS WHO WOULD SEEM TO "GET BACK WITH ME". WHEN CERTAIN TEAM MEMBERS DID GET BACK WITH ME, IT WAS LIKE A TYPICAL STANDARD RESPONSE FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE, BUT THE SAME ANSWER OVER AND OVER, NO MATTER WHAT DEPARTMENT I TALKED TO. IN FRUSTRATION, I ALWAYS TURNED TO AARON AND SAID, "LOOK, I WORK FOR A TITLE COMPANY I KNOW WHAT THOSE PEOPLES ANSWERS REALLY MEAN AND WHERE THEY GET THEM FROM, I HONESTLY DO GET THAT! BUT PLEASE GIVE ME A SOLID ANSWER, BECAUSE I KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT WAITING FOR SOMETHING FROM THE TITLE COMPANY (FOR EXAMPLE) I JUST SENT THAT YESTERDAY!" AARON TRULY HAD A HANDS ON APPROACH AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE WITH HIS ANSWERS IN A TIMELY FASHION. AND IF HE COULDN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION FOR WHATEVER REASON, HE VERY POLITELY ASKED THAT I GIVE HIM A LITTLE TIME TO RESEARCH IT AND GET BACK TO ME. WHICH HE DID DO. AARON WORKED VERY PRFESSIONALLY WITH GREAT COMPANSSION AND COMMITMENT, Rocket Mortgage SHOULD BE SO LUCKY TO HAVE A VALUED EMPLOYEE LIKE AARON."

If Chris needed something or had an important update, he would initiate a communication. If not, he would leave us alone to concentrate on the other aspects of our relocation. Although I did not expect a response at such times, if I emailed a question late at night or on a weekend, Chris would promptly respond. Somehow, every time I spoke with Chris, I felt as if our mortgage was his top priority. When we ran into problems with the sale of our existing home, Chris quickly found a solution. There was no panic, there was no handwringing, there was merely a solution. If you have the opportunity to work with Chris, I advise you do so!"

I have a long term relationship with a local bank, but I doubted their speed in working things out. I called Rana at Rocket Mortgage, and she was unbelievably efficient. professional, understanding, and friendly. She worked out my numbers in the first call, which I read to her over the phone and later verified, let me know what I could expect (which turned out to be the case), and got the process rolling right away. She got my refinance to closing in more than enough time. She is really impressive! I highly recommend her for real estate financing."

Areeya was able to lace reminders around our hectic lifestyle ( two young children) without ever being overbearing or even slightly pushy. As first time home buyers, we were initially intimidated by the amount of paper work and deadlines however, all we needed to do was get the initial ball rolling and Areeya took care of nearly everything up to the close. We now own our first home and we are very greatful that Areeya was there to help us along the way! My journey with refinancing has come from a very bleak know-how of what's going on with my finances that is heavily in debt with credit cards, to an enlightened home owner, where Myles walked me through all the way. I, not only was able to refinance my properties at a reasonably affordable monthly rate, but also paid off my credit card debts through Rocket Mortgage Pay-off Refinancing Program. He gave me a little education on credit and looked at my credit and told me what I needed to do to get it better The first time anyone has ever done this for me. Over the next few weeks I was able to take care of the credit with his help and now it looks like I'm back on track.... Tony your a great person !!!! thanks again!!"

"I can't even get over the wonderful experience I had with the way Prince processed my refinance!! He was there for every question I had, helped me with getting the documents required to his team ...I can't even get over the wonderful experience I had with the way Prince processed my refinance!! He was there for every question I had, helped me with getting the documents required to his team either by text or email because I didn't have the access to a fax machine or a scanner. but he made it work without one hitch. He was always kind and patient, and always respectful, efficient and professional. He took my application and approved it on January 3, and by January 24, my loan closed. That was 21 days of the loan process with a holiday in there as well! It could have been even a shorter time if it weren't held up a couple of days because of my previous mortgage company's inefficiency to get documents to me. Therefore, as I said, it was a wonderful experience thanks to Prince!!"
