Just looking for information on rates and things of that nature. Jeff answered all my questions completely. I found him to be very knowlegable and enjoyed working with him. After getting all the info I requested, I thought to myself why not just go for it. I didn't want to risk calling later and not getting to work with Jeff. I felt very comfortable with Jeff. There was no pressure from Jeff to do anything which I appreciated. It was my decision based on information he provided. Well from that point on the process was very smooth and fast. Jeff was available at every step of the process. I never felt I was bothering him when I called. (and I called alot) When he said call anytime for any reason, he means it. Thanks again Jeff. I'm in a much better place financially because of your help. Anthony"

We found him to be honest, kind and considerate while being extremely informative and educational. What he said he would do and when step after step, happened exactly as he had told us. It was so efficiently done that I'm still amazed a week after signing the closing docs (which was only 31 days from start to finish!). We'd work with Kyle and Rocket Mortgage again any time and have NO issues referring him to anyone. We were able to follow the loan progress online any time we wanted and connect with him and his team anytime with questions through our secure portal on Rocket Mortgage. It was such a seamless process that you almost wondered if it was really that easy - but I can assure you it was! The bonus was that we didn't even have to start over with a 30 yr loan...he suggested a 20 yr mortgage which is exactly where were with our original timeline! Overall, our out of pocket savings PER month after this refi is well over $1200 which wasn't something we anticipated. - but we couldn't be happier! Thanks Kyle - we're VERY pleased!"

Tyler called me back on another line ...I was looking to refinance with my current company but after they put me on hold for 15 min I decided to apply online via Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage. Tyler called me back on another line immediately and while still on hold with the other company he had already started my loan process with our qualifications. When it initially looked like what we wanted was not possible (lower rate, no PMI) Tyler refused to give up and got us a great deal that took advantage of the market conditions. Rocket Mortgage/Rocket's online mortgage and closing process was excellent as usual and even with the COVID outbreak we just had a no-contact closing process that was as great virtually as in-person. All of our loans are now with Rocket Mortgage and Rocket."

Justin was one of those ...First of all. My overall experience with using Rocket Mortgage was excellent. This is beaus of the individuals that I communicated with and helped me with my process. Justin was one of those individuals during my last 2-3 weeks before closing. The issues we ran into. He explained them and told me exactly what information I needed and what they were wanting. His explanation was clear, concise and not derogatory. He made one of the most stressful times in someone’s life easy and even enjoyable. By the time we were ready to close. We had all of the documents and everything ready 2 weeks prior. This removed any anxiety and reassured a successful closing. I recommend having Justing as a contact on any closings that come along to finalize and help work the process. Everything is greatly appreciated and and many thanks to Justin Gumola."

So when it came time to ...We currently have a Rocket Mortgage on our primary residence. This is our second loan using Rocket Mortgage. Both experiences have been handled quickly and efficiently. So when it came time to refinance our rental house we looked to Rocket Mortgage. This was all to prepare for retirement a year from now. Unfortunately retirement came sooner and I found myself unemployed but with a generous severance package before I could complete the loan transaction. Adam (Ahmad) was our principle contact during all of this. We immediately felt his honest interest in accomplishing our goals and helping my wife and I. He called often to direct us in the many steps. He wished me happy birthday. I sent him a photo of my granddaughter and I doing one of our favorite things together. He shared his life with us as well. We never felt pressured. I am certain he feels as badly as we do on a personal level that we were not able to complete the loan. Evidently severance doesn't satisfy the underwriters. No fault on Adam or Rocket Mortgage. We will be back and will request Adam as our representative. Thank you friend. Ed and Allyson Montague"

"TARA I HAD BEFORE. I LOOKED UP MY LAST REFINANCING AND WAS HAPPY I FOUND HER. SHE WAS ON TOP OF ALL THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE BY HER IN MY REFINANCING IN DECEMBER. SHE KEPT ME INFORMED OF WHAT WAS ...TARA I HAD BEFORE. I LOOKED UP MY LAST REFINANCING AND WAS HAPPY I FOUND HER. SHE WAS ON TOP OF ALL THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE BY HER IN MY REFINANCING IN DECEMBER. SHE KEPT ME INFORMED OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING ON MY ACCOUNT. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL AT HER INVOLVEMENT FOR MY REFINANCING. SHE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. SO I NEED TO KNOW IF THE COPY OF THE DEED OF TRUST IS RECORDED IN THE COURTHOUSE AND IF I CAN THROW THE UPS COPY OUT. IT WAS ANNOYING TO WORK WITH DIFFERENT TEAM MEMBERS WHO WOULD SEEM TO "GET BACK WITH ME"....AARON WAS A COMPLETE JOY TO WORK WITH RIGHT FROM THE START. WHEN CERTAIN TEAM MEMBERS DID GET BACK WITH ME, IT WAS LIKE A TYPICAL STANDARD RESPONSE FROM DIFFERENT PEOPLE, BUT THE SAME ANSWER OVER AND OVER, NO MATTER WHAT DEPARTMENT I TALKED TO. IN FRUSTRATION, I ALWAYS TURNED TO AARON AND SAID, "LOOK, I WORK FOR A TITLE COMPANY I KNOW WHAT THOSE PEOPLES ANSWERS REALLY MEAN AND WHERE THEY GET THEM FROM, I HONESTLY DO GET THAT! BUT PLEASE GIVE ME A SOLID ANSWER, BECAUSE I KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT WAITING FOR SOMETHING FROM THE TITLE COMPANY (FOR EXAMPLE) I JUST SENT THAT YESTERDAY!" AARON TRULY HAD A HANDS ON APPROACH AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE WITH HIS ANSWERS IN A TIMELY FASHION. AND IF HE COULDN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION FOR WHATEVER REASON, HE VERY POLITELY ASKED THAT I GIVE HIM A LITTLE TIME TO RESEARCH IT AND GET BACK TO ME. WHICH HE DID DO. As a matter of convenience I though I'd try Rocket Mortgage and complete the application process on-line. I did this and Adam Orley was assigned my application. After speaking with Adam the first time I knew my mortgage refi was in good hands. My application was a complicated one because I had recently retired and have multiple rental properties, therefore navigating income verification was complicated, as I knew it would be. Adam was there every step of the way and we even communicated via: text message well after normal office hours. I have never personally met Adam, but can tell he is a man of integrity and ethics. I couldn't be happier with the outcome from A to Z and Adam is already evaluating some of my other loans for a better rate.
