I ...When I first talked Rocket Mortgage I was working with another loan company. A woman called and asked if I would be wiling to talk with one of your officers, I said okay, and spoke with Armando. I explained my situation and why I was looking for a new loan. He asked if he could run my credit and take a look at everything, he called me back as he promised on time and my loan process began. He was extremely helpful as he walked me through the entire process. I was really amazed how easy the entire process was. Paul Clark helped me as well, and I feel the people you have working for your company are great. I have already recommended Rocket Mortgage to several people. Next year when my niece is ready to buy a home I told my family to use Rocket Mortgage. Thank you for all the help I received to help with my refinance and to pay off debt. My life will be easier now. If rates every drop down from what I would be open to refinance with your company again. Armando was awesome and when I still have questions he still continues to help me. That being said if you get the opportunity to work with Branden he genuinely does care and he is incredibly hard working. My loan closed in less than a month through his communication with his team as well as my real estate agent. I have just finished working with Branden while purchasing a house for the second time. Initially I was not sold on Rocket Mortgage as my lender and honestly just wanted a quick quote to gauge my buying power. That being said Branden was very energetic and invested in my needs as a customer but also my wants as a person. He took the time to get to know me as a person and began to understand what I needed even before I did. This turned into me reaching out to him regularly to run numbers as well as discuss homes I was interested in. That being said, throughout my home buying process family became sick and my wife and I were unsure as to if/when we could continue to search for a home. I informed Branden of this and prior to even beginning to go through the logistics of putting the process on hold he took the time to ask questions and make sure we were alright. When we were finally ready to begin looking for a home again I told my wife that we were going with Rocket Mortgage. The first time we chose Rocket Mortgage out of convenience, the second time we chose Rocket Mortgage for Branden."

Our loan was with Rocket Mortgage and we were fully satisfied. I was just going with what I thought was a lower rate. Tim reached out to me and I am so happy that he did. He took the time to explain to me the terms of the agreement I was about to make. He also helped me understand some of the shadier lending practices that are out there. I also could tell that he would commit to doing what it takes to keep us as a client. In the whirlwind that followed I was so glad that I had someone who patiently explained what everything meant, responded to my calls/texts within minutes and made this process super smooth. He was aggressive when he needed to be and patient when he needed to be. All of the people I worked with during my refi were excellent - knowledgeable and responsive. I could not have asked for me. Honestly, I felt like he was taking care of family. Thank you so much!"

She's very professional and very kind at the same time which makes you feel a little more at ease going through the process of trying to correct your credit in order to refinance her to get a mortgage on your home. She is so courteous and again professional and helped in such a quick and timely manner that I would recommend her for any and everybody needing to help with their credit score. If it wasn't for her I do believe I'd be losing my home to back taxes but thanks to her I'll be able to now move forward with refinancing my home and saving it. Thank you so much Poppi."

He did everything and beyond to make it go well, reassure me when we had " buyer anxiety attacks", through the whole process he explained every detailed and the most amazing thing, even with some limitations in our debt/ income ratio we overcame the issues and I was in my new house within 2 months of starting the process. I have been recommending Gabe and the company to all my friends and even strangers when I get a chance. I had hesitated in buying a house because of all the hassle and fear of not being able to get what I wanted in a booming market, I was wrong. It was easy and we have the house of our dreams.
