We were heart broken and defeated after wasting 10 months with another lender who could not get the job done. Then we gave Rocket Mortgage a try and found Joey. From the very first point of contact to the day of closing Joey was extremely professional and understanding to our situation. He is very knowledgeable, caring and kind. He answered my 5000 questions and honestly and held our hand thru every single step. I loved that he could be reached via email or text and always responded in a quick time frame. We could not have made it thru this process without him. My only complaint is that we didn't get to meet him at the closing as everything is done remotely. I have many realtor friends and have passed his name and number on many times and will continue to do so. Rocket Mortgage is blessed to have Joey on their team. Laurie W."

He usually had the answers to my questions at his fingertips, and if he didn’t he would get back to me quickly. If I had a question and emailed him at night or on the weekend, expecting to hear from him the next day or on Monday, Zi was continually surprised and pleased to hear from him that night or over the weekend. Honestly, George seems to work 24/7 for his clients - always with expertise, professionalism, courtesy and patience. He made the tough challenge of getting a loan a smooth sail on gentle waters and warm, favorable winds."

"My wife and I have worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and were very satisfied with our experience. We then went to refinance our current mortgage earlier this year we had a terrible experience ...My wife and I have worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and were very satisfied with our experience. We then went to refinance our current mortgage earlier this year we had a terrible experience with the loan officers we were put in touch with and wasted 3 months with nothing positive coming out of it. When RM contacted us again to refinance our loan, I told them I wasn't interested in working with them and they asked that we give them one more opportunity and they would put us in contact with a loan officer that specializes in self-employed. Josh came into the picture and I immediately explained my lack of confidence in RM. He proved me wrong! Josh did a very good job to follow up with me, understood the process and how to handle different situations as they arose, and helped us get through everything getting our loan closed this time. Although I think RM has work to do prior to soliciting current clients, Josh was excellent and a pleasure to work with. If i was going to apply for another loan I would deffinately prefer to work with Josh. Thank Josh"

When I fist spoke to Eli, he listened to our needs and wants and wanted to come up with a ...I can’t say enough great things about Eli. He truly produced results for us for our house transaction. When I fist spoke to Eli, he listened to our needs and wants and wanted to come up with a solution. Doing some reach search online, I thought I had wanted a certain loan to be able to buy a new house before we sold our old house. Eli explained this really isn’t the best choice for us, he was just plain honest. Could he sell us this loan? Yes, but I really appreciated that he didn’t think it would be the best choice for us. Instead he gave me his take on it, which was perfect. When I realized he didn’t want to just sell me on anything, I knew he could be trusted. Eli asked me if I had a realtor and I said I wanted to ask my old one. Well that was hard to get a hold of my old one, so I asked him for a referral for a realtor. Having some trust in Eli was the best choice to sell and buy. Eli linked us up with an amazing realtor locally, so having an amazing lender and realtor, it created a force that really gave my wife and I a competitive edge against the other buyers. Eli’s amazing communication to me, my realtor and seller’s for a few offers, really amazed some of the sellers realtors. I’m happy to report, because of Eli, and his referral of our realtor, we were able to lock in and buy the most amazing house. We sold our old house and bought a new one and CLOSED THE SAME DAY AND TIME. Who do you know that is able to do this in this market?! Was it easy? No but Eli seriously made it happen. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping us get into our dream home. Never thought I’d own a house like this."

I had not purchased a home in over 40 years and had always gone through my bank. I contacted my bank to compare rates and it was a night mare, never having the same person call me back. I had the opportunity knowing Kandi for many years as a friend and a Business to Client relationship. She was always upbeat and very personable. Buying a condo is different than a home and Kandi educated me on the process and requirements for a condo. The process was challenging at times, but Kandi made sure I understood the process and explained all details and what to expect. She responds immediately to my questions and concern, plus keeping me up to date on the process. Kandi does not work on a banking schedule, she was there for me from start to finish, 24/7. It amazed me how smooth and easy my closing was, and I didn’t even have to travel to Florida. Wow, things have changed. The complete process was so simple as almost everything is done on line.
