From the moment my wife and I started talking to him, he very quickly strived to understand what it is we were trying to accomplish. And once he understood that, he very quickly and with great thoughtfulness guided us in accomplishing what we wanted. He then guided me in a very knowledgable way in using my computer as we talked on the phone in order to get all of the preliminary paperwork accomplished which set the actual accomplishment of our refinance in motion. I think Jonathan is first rate as an agent to set up these kinds of transactions."

I shared that God is ...When I was shopping for a home re-fi, I stopped on RM not really expecting to be a good candidate because of my financial history. Tom chatted with me through the whole process. I shared that God is Lord; that whatever happened through this process, that I would accept this loan being rejected or that through this process, I would be redeemed. I knew that Tom was relating to me as a person when he talked about his family and their faith. My opinion about online services in general because of the experience with RM through Tom has shifted. I thought that OL services were probably really impersonal and vacuous before this experience. Tom handled everything...and so very quickly! Yet, when I had questions, he was available in real-time through email and calls. I'm sure that RM was the right company to handle my re-fi because Tom was gracious, knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions and to lead me through the process as well as "next steps"! With his help, I was connected with a wonderful real estate agent, and the two of them put their heads together, found a home I thought I could only dream of affording, and got me set up with a mortgage I know I can handle without any issues. Thanks to Francisco, I finally have my own house, and I can move forward with my life and start forming a family with my girlfriend (and future wife). I finally feel like my life is coming together, and it all started with a call to Francisco. I can 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. If you (the reader) are looking at these reviews because you're undecided on if you want Francisco on your team, I would ask that you let me answer that question for you directly: you want Francisco. I could probably go on for a few more paragraphs in this review of how Francisco was able to help me secure my mortgage and my house, but I'll try to keep it succinct. Francisco was patient, knowledgeable, resourceful, attentive, available, and kind. Never once did I feel like I asked a stupid question despite me knowing practically nothing about mortgages going into the process. If you aren't convinced to choose Francisco from my review, I encourage you to read the other reviews. I'm confident that everyone else here had a similarly positive experience working with Francisco. With an excellent credit score I tried to get a loan from my bank, they turned me down because I was new at my job, then I tried USAA, they also turned me down because I didn't have any debt. I was about to give up until I called Rocket Mortgage and talked to Mr. Hazem, he ran my credit report and got me approved in one hour. He help me alone the way with all my questions and paper works. Thanks to him I am a happy home owner."

We've gone through foreclosure number of years ago and we were very nervous about getting a new home loan. It wasn't hard to get approved and I really appreciated all of the online ability to be able to complete all the paperwork. Joshua was there whenever I had any questions and needed some reassurance. When we finally closed on the loan I already talked to him about possibly refinancing in a year or two. Our rate was good but I think we can get a better Loan in a year or two with a conventional loan and he said he would also be there for us at that time too by going from FHA to conventional. It was nice having somebody on the phone that had a friendly voice, sometimes I think we're always afraid of that person of the bank saying no when Rocket Mortgage and Joshua said yes"

I worked with their Mortgage Specialist, David Toma and right from the start he was not only very polite & professional BUT was very patient with me through all the details and processes… He took the time to explain everything and totally looked out for my best interest. With all of that I was not only able to lock a great rate but also with very affordable payments. David Toma listened to me and what my needs and overall objectives were with the purchase of my home. So a BIG thank you to David Toma! There were some others involved in the process including, Christina Cooper and Zaccarri Krasnov on the closing side of the process which they were also very polite and professional. Daniel convinced me to change mortgage companies and I’m really thankful that he did. Just so you know, I contacted my previous mortgage company with questions about refinancing a couple days before talking to Rocket Mortgage and today I closed my refinancing with Rocket Mortgage while I never heard back from my previous company! Rocket Mortgage and Daniel are just that good. Even with all the pandemic issues we have, Daniel made sure all the “i” were dotted and all the “t” crossed. Very smooth and satisfying experience. This is the time to refinance and Rocket Mortgage Mortgage and Daniel Komertz are the way to go!"
