The thing is he knew the program products and underwriting process ahead of me figuring it out by wasting time to go through it and get hung up. His knowledge there made the preparation process run smoothly and the closing happened within a week of the appraisal coming back I would recommend him to anyone for sure"

We were given his cell number, that we were encouraged to use, for any questions that we had. He was so helpful, in explaining what documents were needed and where to locate them, and even walked us through how to upload on the mortgage site! This was our fourth mortgage loan, and I have to say the easiest and no one had to take any time off work, or make any appointments at the bank. Doug was our personal banker, and made our experience very pleasant, and accommodated us, as to when we could talk over information. Thanks so much Doug."

We even had to delay our decision for a while due to an illness and Michael was very patient and never once pressured us to get anything done. I had seen the commercials for Rocket Mortgage on TV. They made it seem so easy. I was dubious but I called to see for myself. From the very first call I had with Scott we moved from "thinking about buying" to "Let's do it!" Scott clearly knows the business inside and out but more, he understands that his clients do not do this everyday. He spends the time to patiently walk through the pieces. He left us with such a sense of confidence that we jumped in and got our vacation home ... and we love it. If you are "thinking" too I highly recommend calling Scott and his team. If you are a real estate agent you should consider keeping Scott's number on file ... you will sell a lot more homes and have a lot more happy clients. It's only a shame I can't give Scott more than 5 stars. Thank you Scott!!"

We decided to remain in our house. We did a refinance and got equity to help us to achieve our golds. Geoff was a great help in suggesting ways to help us make a decision to achieve the needs we had. The process was very easy and closing was within a couple weeks. At closing Rocket had an notary come to our house to notarize the papers. I have used Rocket Mortgage on other occations and found the process to be very easy."

"I tried a few times to renegotiate my mortgage with the previous holder and it was an obstacle course leading to no. Luckily for me my mortgage was sold to Rocket Mortgage. Rocket Mortgage alone was a...I tried a few times to renegotiate my mortgage with the previous holder and it was an obstacle course leading to no. Luckily for me my mortgage was sold to Rocket Mortgage. Rocket Mortgage alone was a huge step up. And luckily I was put in touch with Brandon Terry who after looking at my numbers told me it was possible to redo the mortgage. After he took my call I stayed on the line with him for a few hours, he paused to talk to some number crunchers, came back online and that started a very short process. Brandon answered every question, gave me lots of reassurance, and even in the middle of moving himself to a new house while it was snowing answered my emails pretty promptly. About a week or so later it was done. The previous rejections took months for them to decided I was risk too far, but with Brandon's help it went smoothly and quickly. This is the guy."

Everyone knows that purchasing a home can be extremely stressful, but Derrick was so positive, helpful, and understanding. He made sure to explain things well, and to assist quickly if any questions came up. I was able to text or call him and he was ALWAYS so quick to get back to me and typically ALWAYS answered. His customer service skills are phenomenal and he is very genuine. It is evident he gives this role 110% and he talks to you like a friend would.
