He was extremely professional, responsive, relatable, knowledgeable, informative, experienced and the list goes on! He would respond quickly to calls and emails and even in the evening and weekends!!! Who does that! He's readily available! He even urged me to re-evaluate my current insurance as it sounded a bit high AND as a result I am now enjoying a savings of $1,200/yr!!!! Thank you, Todd! He walked me through the entire process and even anticipated my questions! I will recommend anyone who needs a loan to reach out to Todd Piechowski with Rocket Mortgage. "Jacob is such a phenomenal associate that I've typed, erased, and retyped our interactions not knowing how best to describe the level of dedicated professionalism and compassion that Jacob can embrace...Jacob is such a phenomenal associate that I've typed, erased, and retyped our interactions not knowing how best to describe the level of dedicated professionalism and compassion that Jacob can embrace you with for like ten minutes and my oatmeal has gotten cold. Lol. Listing a condo in Pensacola, FL and uprooting 350 miles away to Jacksonville can be stressful enough on its own. Add in employment changes and that makes the process entertaining. Toss in an energetic Australian Sheppard and now you have a balancing act. Compressing this into a limited time window is a recipe for disaster. Having the house that you traversed the state to see and almost broke your body in the process of securing, fail the inspection. And, when you are at that critical intersection of time when you are permanently leaving one job and selling your home but if you do not have a home to move to, then you can not relate the start date to the new company. Furthermore, if you do not have a new job then should you leave your current? Insert Jacob's calm demeanor, the best real-estate agent ever, and a quick cry we regrouped and found a house!! Not only that but it was our favorite house and we closed earlier than originally expected!! Great team!"

From the very first point of contact to the day of closing Joey was extremely professional and understanding to our situation. He is very knowledgeable, caring and kind. He answered my 5000 questions and honestly and held our hand thru every single step. I loved that he could be reached via email or text and always responded in a quick time frame. We could not have made it thru this process without him. My only complaint is that we didn't get to meet him at the closing as everything is done remotely. I have many realtor friends and have passed his name and number on many times and will continue to do so. Rocket Mortgage is blessed to have Joey on their team. Laurie W."
