All the documents were signed ...I have had a wonderful experience with Ali at Rocket Mortgage. Everything was explained to me both verbally and on the Rocket Mortgage site on my documents page. All the documents were signed electronically. They explained to me up front that I would be dealing with teams and I was always given a name and number to call if I wanted to speak with someone. If that person was not available, I was always instructed to hold on and I got another person who had access to my files and was able to answer my questions. I have never had a better customer service experience. I was offered multiple rates vs points options and allowed to choose which one I thought was best for me in my refinance. At one point, I wasn’t sure why the numbers had changed the way they had, and he noticed that the loan amount had been changed slightly at some point in the underwriting process, which I had not noticed. This allowed me to go back and get the numbers where I wanted them; without his attention to detail and willingness to genuinely help, I would probably have been less satisfied with the loan. I’m very thankful for his time, attention and his willingness to help as much as possible!"

Long story short the agent went on vacation for a week and didn’t tell anyone about me or where we were at in the process, and needless to say I was quite frustrated. So I called up Rocket Mortgage. I got connected with Ken Jones. Right off the bat Ken was on top of it and within about an hour I was already signing documents via DocuSign. The next day Ken was unavailable, but not to worry, a member of Ken‘s team contacted me and was able to keep the ball rolling. As a team they never let me down. And now thankfully to the whole rocket mortgage team I have closed on my house and have moved in and I am most thankful for that team."

But, Ara was there every step of the way guiding us through the loan process. He never was like this loan is taking too long, so I'm out. Never. 11 months we worked closely with Ara and the Rocket Mortgage Team. Ara, is very knowledgeable with exceptional Customer Service. But we ...My wife and I wanted to discover a way to consolidate some bill's and have some funds available to do some much-needed home renovations through a refinance of our current home mortgage. But we currently have a comfortable mortgage payment, so we did not want a refinance plan to greatly increase our monthly payment. Nick took a preliminary look at our financial profile and our wish list and said he was pretty confident he could work out a plan for us with a lower interest rate than would let us maintain a monthly payment in the neighborhood of our current payment. And did he! This very patient, knowledgeable professional spent much of one afternoon working on a proposal for us that met all of our expectations and more. The entire process was painless and Nick was very patient while helping us obtain necessary documents and information to complete the application process. We were very fortunate that Nick was the guy who answered the phone and offered to work with us to successfully complete the process. Thank you Nick!"
