I WAS SKEPTICAL AT FIRST APPLYING ONLINE NOT HAVING A FACE TO FACE CONVERSATION. We had some hiccups along the way but Charlie worked through it with us and got us to the finish line. But not only was the pricing and terms better & I could tell that Charlie was very knowledgeable. He helped explain and clear conditions with lightening speed, responded quickly to questions and emails. I’m very impressed how quickly this loan closed. Awesome and Great service!"

Rocket Mortgage alone was a...I tried a few times to renegotiate my mortgage with the previous holder and it was an obstacle course leading to no. Luckily for me my mortgage was sold to Rocket Mortgage. Rocket Mortgage alone was a huge step up. And luckily I was put in touch with Brandon Terry who after looking at my numbers told me it was possible to redo the mortgage. After he took my call I stayed on the line with him for a few hours, he paused to talk to some number crunchers, came back online and that started a very short process. Brandon answered every question, gave me lots of reassurance, and even in the middle of moving himself to a new house while it was snowing answered my emails pretty promptly. About a week or so later it was done. The previous rejections took months for them to decided I was risk too far, but with Brandon's help it went smoothly and quickly. This is the guy."

Dan contacted me due to the drop in interest rates and with a simple "yes" from me he took care of EVERYTHING and they sent a notary to my house to finalize the paperwork. If I had a question and emailed him at night or on the weekend, expecting to hear from him the next day or on Monday, Zi was continually surprised and pleased to hear from him that night or over the weekend. Honestly, George seems to work 24/7 for his clients - always with expertise, professionalism, courtesy and patience. He made the tough challenge of getting a loan a smooth sail on gentle waters and warm, favorable winds."

Well the other Guy call me first so I felt obligated to him eventhough he ...My Home journey began December 2020 in which the Realtor I was working with gave me Josh number and another Mortgage Banker. Well the other Guy call me first so I felt obligated to him eventhough he and Josh called the same day. Josh still called for about a month to see how my home purchasing was going. After two Lenders and 3 months of back and forth, I decided to find my own Lender. I remembered Josh because he made an impression on me from our first conversation. I went through my phone and found his number and called him right away. I was in the process of financing and the builder backed out and put the house back on the market because I was having trouble with the financing. I called Josh and explained the situation and let him know that the builder would not consider my financing unless it was a Underwriting Approval. Josh said he could get the approval, but of course the builder said it could not happen. Well to make a long story short the builder sold my house, and Josh got me the approval. Josh said he could do it and he did just that. I was really ready to give up on purchasing a home but Josh's confidence and positivity just assured me that this will happen. Three months later I'm in my Dream Home and Josh was there every step of the way. Josh and Rocket Mortgage made this process so easy. I've never met Josh in person but I consider him a Friend. Anyone I come in contact with that mention purchasing a home or know of someone looking to purchase a home I will be giving them Josh's number. Words can't express how grateful I am and how Josh has really made a change in my Life. All I can say is Thank You."

Within an hour of first contact, I was given assurance that they could work with me on my new home loan. Within a day I had a letter of approval to show the seller and put the house I wanted under contract. Will and his crew were with me every step of the way explaining and helping me as a first time home buyer. I called several other loan companies (including my bank) and was greeted with very little enthusiasm... and call-backs almost a week later. When I spoke with Will for the first time, his enthusiasm was infectious. The loan approval process was very smooth and stress-free. I'm very grateful to have fallen into the right hands... thank you!"

When I fist spoke to Eli, he listened to our needs and wants and wanted to come up with a solution. Doing some reach search online, I thought I had wanted a certain loan to be able to buy a new house before we sold our old house. Eli explained this really isn’t the best choice for us, he was just plain honest. Could he sell us this loan? Yes, but I really appreciated that he didn’t think it would be the best choice for us. Instead he gave me his take on it, which was perfect. When I realized he didn’t want to just sell me on anything, I knew he could be trusted. Eli asked me if I had a realtor and I said I wanted to ask my old one. Well that was hard to get a hold of my old one, so I asked him for a referral for a realtor. Having some trust in Eli was the best choice to sell and buy. Eli linked us up with an amazing realtor locally, so having an amazing lender and realtor, it created a force that really gave my wife and I a competitive edge against the other buyers. Eli’s amazing communication to me, my realtor and seller’s for a few offers, really amazed some of the sellers realtors. I’m happy to report, because of Eli, and his referral of our realtor, we were able to lock in and buy the most amazing house. We sold our old house and bought a new one and CLOSED THE SAME DAY AND TIME. Who do you know that is able to do this in this market?! Was it easy? No but Eli seriously made it happen. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping us get into our dream home. Never thought I’d own a house like this."
