Moving from PA to AL has been a stressful process the last few weeks, and Alec helped eliminate a large majority of it today. Extremely professional, laid out every step of the loan approval process, and even referred me to a different department to get as many benefits from my relocation as possible. I cannot recommend working with Alec enough. Keep up the good work!"

He made me feel like I was their only customer. He took stayed in contact with me through the entire process which took less than 2 weeks from beginning to closing. Even after closing, he followed up with me to thank me for my business and asked if I had any questions. With the customer dashboard, you know exactly what step you are in every day. Not once was I put on hold or transferred. I think of Cameron not only as my mortgage banker but am also to call him my friend. I promise you will not find someone more customer service oriented than Cameron and I highly, highly recommend him!"

He was able to provide very creative solutions for me that I would have never thought of otherwise. Even when I told him that I was going to be doing my loan through another lender he asked about it and advised me on parts of it that seemed like they could be problematic…and he was right. Even though he was not able to provide the type of financing I was looking for he still took the time to work with me to insure that I wasn’t getting a bad deal from someone else. I would recommend Trevor to anyone because of his knowledge level and the willingness to help me even when I wasn’t buying his product. It would be nice if everyone provided this kind of service as it would make life so much easier overall."

I feel that Cecilia went above and beyond her duties to allow me to be comfortable with process. It always provided peace of mind to know that I could call, text or email her and she would promptly get back to me and had an answer each time! Cecilia is knowledgeable and it is apparent she knows the finance world. This is the first time I have worked with a company that I was assigned to one individual to help me through the entire process. Many times, you need to tell your story and ask your question 10 times before getting an answer. Rocket Mortgage did me right by assigning Cecilia to me! If needing a home loan or refinance I would HIGHLY recommend requesting Cecilia to be your banker, she will not disappoint!!!"
