Buying or refinancing a home can be one of the most stressful experiences, but Tiffany made me feel comfortable from day one all the way through closing. She was there every step of the process, always answering my calls, responding to my questions, and taking the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel confident and informed. What impressed me most wasn’t just her knowledge it was her patience, professionalism, and the genuine care she showed throughout the entire process. Anytime I started to feel overwhelmed or anxious, Tiffany knew exactly how to keep me calm and reassure me that everything was on track. She never made me feel like I was “just another client.” She treated me like family. There were moments when I honestly didn’t know how everything was going to come together, but Tiffany stayed on top of every detail and worked tirelessly to make sure it did. Her communication was outstanding, and she consistently went above and beyond what I ever expected. The truth is, this deal does not get done without Tiffany. I have been going through some very difficult family, health and work issues this past year and it leaked over to my finances. If it was not for John and his team I think I would still be feeling overwhelmed and defeated. What can I say about John Gandara. He listened to my embarrassing and crazy life story that got me into this financial mess. He was very patient and did not judge me. It made me feel safe to admit I made a mess of my finances and I needed help to get back on track. Mr. Gandara and his team were all very positive and upbeat throughout the whole process. I was expecting him to tell me I was denied the home loan. However, he was able to able to create magic and refinanced my home loan with debt consolidation. This loan is saving me a few thousand dollars a month and has gotten the gorilla off my chest. John also gave me some sound financial advice and ideas for short term goals to assist in saving additional money. I will be working on those goals and thanking God everyday John Gandara and his team were sent to me. You have all given me so much relief that I have not had an anxiety attack since we signed the documents. I really appreciate you all and especially John Gandara for being understanding and kind. "My wife and I were initially reluctant to try Rocket Mortgage, especially since we already have a relationship with Citibank and have gone through them before for a prior mortgage, however, we were ...My wife and I were initially reluctant to try Rocket Mortgage, especially since we already have a relationship with Citibank and have gone through them before for a prior mortgage, however, we were glad we choose Rocket Mortgage. Honestly, Josh was the one who made the process extremely easy for us (but to be fair the rest of the staff were great too, Josh was simply extra helpful) to the point that we thought this was a scam because it was to good to be true. While we had a hiccup with the initial mortgage (property failed inspection), Josh was there to help us through it all and explain the next steps and set expectations. He even went out of his way to take calls after hours just to help us out as quickly as he could. Considering that our case might have been unusual (or maybe not) since we went through two properties until we found the right home, we were lucky to have Josh in our corner throughout it all. Additionally, the Rocket Mortgage process in general is light years ahead of other banks (at least compared to our past experience with Chase and Citibank), all of the paperwork is submitted electronically (I mean Citibank... seriously... a fax machine...) and the Rocket Mortgage website/app added additional ease to the entire process. At any rate, if you are lucky enough to have him as your representative, rest assured, he will help you through it all. Think of Josh as your Parisian tour guide, he knows it all and is there to make sure you do not get lost."

To that point, he even answered my call one time when he was on vacation in Disney Land!!! My first conversation with him was just information gathering a few months prior to being able to move forward & I was clear with him about that up front. He understood and patiently stayed in touch at appropriate intervals with no high pressure tactics, unlike other lenders I did similar information gathering with. As we made progress and things changed during the offer & negotiations, Justin was always willing to explore options, not just the ones he thought were the best, but the ones I wanted to know about so I could look at this major life event from different angles. I have no hesitation in recommending his services; Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have him."

We wanted to go forward, and Rick was very accommodating by setting a time at our convenience to call us and guide us through our entire online application. He went over each section with us as we went along, and we were done! He then explained what financial documents we would need to submit and that an appraiser would be contacting us soon, and to feel free to contact him if we had any questions or concerns. Rick made it very easy to get the process started."
