Andrew Maher basically hand walked my wife and I through the entire process and allowed us to feel at ease. He answered every question in a manner my wife and I understood. He was easy to reach and returned every call immediately. The process was super fast and the online access showed what step we were in and all info in that step. I was very happy with the rate Andrew originally found and then he came back later and gave us an even better rate. 2.99% is pretty great. Andrew is no nonsense and straight forward. In other words, he is honest. I am very impressed with him and if I need to refi again, I will be contacting Andrew Maher."

Honestly, had it not been for Jenna, I don't feel that I would have received such a five star experience in purchasing my home. Jenna goes out of her way to treat her customers with the respect and positive experience we all deserve, and she does so with the greatest positive and vibrant attitude. Whenever I had a question via text, email, or voice message, Jenna promptly returned my communications. If we ever went a couple days without talking, Jenna would reach out to me to ensure that everything was going well. Even as I dealt with a couple other agents during the process, Jenna ALWAYS made herself available to me and NEVER acted as if I was taking time out of her day or putting her out. She was always willing AND happy to assist with whatever I needed. Jenna.... you are a true professional. The time that you made for me to ensure this process went smoothly is second to none. "Emmanuel has done an amazing job! I contacted Emmanuel last August to refi my existing mortgage with 5th3rd. After discussing with him, I also contacted 5th 3rd to see if it was easier to keep my ...Emmanuel has done an amazing job! I contacted Emmanuel last August to refi my existing mortgage with 5th3rd. After discussing with him, I also contacted 5th 3rd to see if it was easier to keep my mortgage there. Naturally they said yes, and started the process. After giving them $400 to start the process, I never heard back. At this time, I was locked in. 4 months went by and still no refi. In the meantime, Emmanuel would continue to check in on me to see if everything was ok, and if he could help - just give hime a call. Once we rolled into 2021, I had enough. I contacted 5th 3rd (dozens of times since they don't respond to calls or emails) to cancel the refi. I reached out to Emmanuel and within a week we already had my closing scheduled for the end of January 2021. Believe it or not, this is the short story - I didn't think the hell I had to go through with the other bank was worth wasting your time. Bottom line - I will never bank with 5th 3rd again, and my future business will be with Emmanuel as well as recommendations to friends and colleagues. He did an amazing job and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. Thank you, Scott"

We were given his cell number, that we were encouraged to use, for any questions that we had. He was so helpful, in explaining what documents were needed and where to locate them, and even walked us through how to upload on the mortgage site! This was our fourth mortgage loan, and I have to say the easiest and no one had to take any time off work, or make any appointments at the bank. Doug was our personal banker, and made our experience very pleasant, and accommodated us, as to when we could talk over information. Thanks so much Doug."

They all made this whole scary process easy to understand and ...Working with Sean and his entire crew at rocket was a relief. This includes Sean, Ken, Cortney, Jacob, Josh, Kayla, Amber and Allen. They all made this whole scary process easy to understand and comfortable. With tons of communication. We were never left to feel like we didn’t know what was happening or what to expect next. This was our first home and they were always patient and supportive. Just down to earth, decent people. Sean especially. Best part of working with him and his team, was when one person was out or away, there’s another rep on the same team that steps in, knows your situation and continues to carry the ball forward. We were never left waiting for a call back or response to an email. The “back office” items moved almost instantly from one step to the next. Ours was a coop, bank owned foreclosure. And with all the moving parts and different parties involved, their responsiveness was key to getting the purchase done efficiently. So imagine 5 cooks in the kitchen but make them all lawyers too. This could have been a nightmare. Sean and his team made this feel easy."

She was most helpful with the multitude of documents one is now required to submit to the underwriters. 95% of the time I was able to communicate with her with little or no delay. About two weeks prior to my closing, however, the attention shifted to a person who dealt with the underwriter and although my loan did go through, the last two weeks were quite unnerving. I was unable to consult with Ms. Scales which only increased my anxiety. She was very knowledgeable, helpful beyond question and sincere with her concern about my loan. Everything worked out well and we closed two days before the expiration of my interest rate. I am very pleased that I went with Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Mortgage. I highly recommend Ms. Scales to anyone who is interested in dealing with Rocket Mortgage. She was always available."

But not only was the pricing and terms better & I could tell that Charlie was very knowledgeable. He helped explain and clear conditions with lightening speed, responded quickly to questions and emails. I’m very impressed how quickly this loan closed. Awesome and Great service!"
