Since my home was mortgaged thru Rocket Mortgage he called just to see if i needed any help during the pandemic. From there he took care of everything. I reached out to Heather months ago and she has worked with me over these last several months until my situation changed so that I was able to qualify for a refinance. She is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and always answers this phone with a smile. I am so satisfied and happy with the services from Heather as well as the process with Rocket Mortgage. Heather is a complete asset to rocket and has been extremely kind patient and knowledgeable every step of the process even when I had crazy ideas we would walk through them together and she would help me make the best decision once my other house sold and my DTI wasn’t crazy upside down we were able to begin the process. She closed the deal in no time! No matter how many times I called her with questions or help, she always either text me emailed me or called me back and left a message. Her communication is absolutely top-notch, especially nowadays in the world where Customer Service generally sucks, she has been phenomenal! Thank you, Heather for helping me through all of this.
