We wanted to go forward, and Rick was very accommodating by setting a time at our convenience to call us and guide us through our entire online application. He went over each section with us as we went along, and we were done! He then explained what financial documents we would need to submit and that an appraiser would be contacting us soon, and to feel free to contact him if we had any questions or concerns. Rick made it very easy to get the process started."

Working with Gary and his team have changed every perception of the mortgage experience for me. They have over delivered on everything that was discussed. This could not have been a smoother process. He was able to arrange the loan amount that I needed and figure out the best options for my down payment, interest rate and closing costs. He guided the process though all the various departments and procedures to get the necessary approvals at each stage and all this was done online. However he called, texted and e-mailed whenever their was urgency or information that needed my immediate attention. This personal attention to detail and diligence throughout the process was the key ingredient that allowed me to close on my new house on schedule. His "can do" attitude was what made this happen for me and I appreciate his effort, guidance and professionalism. Thank you JohnPatrick!"

I was truly amazed how quick they reached out to me. His knowledge and professionalism is top notch! I felt at home with him and his experience with military personnel, and VA loans. He was in contact with me everyday and gave me his personal contact information just in case I had a serious question or worry no matter the time. He even got a sick during our time that side lined him from going to work, but that did not stop him from working and staying in contact and getting the loan done. Now if that doesn't make you want him as your loan officer I dont know what will. He was great and I truly recommend him to everyone that's looking for a home loan, doesn't matter if it's your first mortgage or your third. Thanks again George you will be missed! "

He worked efficiently and quickly to help me procure a refinance loan after the previous loan rep got angry with me because i hadnt changed my utilities to my name after my husbands death, for the proof of occupancy quickly enough for him. He put me on a three month wait. Jon called me and right away fixed and apologized for the rude treatment received from the fellow rep immediately. Thank you Jon, I will definitely use your services again if needed and refer you if someone is looking to buy or refinance a home."

I wasn’t the most prestigious customer who has applied to Rocket Mortgage, but Rocket Mortgage made me feel like I was there only customer. When the bid on my first dream house fell through, Andrew Skuzenski at Rocket Mortgage was there to transfer my application to the beautiful new home I recently purchased. Andrew gave advise on how to structure the agreement. Each and every time I txt, e-mailed or telephoned Andrew during the negotiating process, my calls were returned immediately with answers. I felt as though I was their most influential customer. Once the sales agreement was signed, staying on the same page between all parties can be a challenge. Rocket Mortgage has a CHAT line option to use during the closing process. To this day I am amazed by the action items each individual was willing to take on and able to resolve immediately with a simple CHAT question. The loan documentation process can be intimidating, but my loan was assigned a process specialists for documentation and another for communication. The Specialist along with Rocket’s website made the process flow like a stream in the mountains. My new mountain home is a dream. I believe we all agree that the purchase of a new home is to bring family together. Rocket Mortgage and especially Andrew made our dreams come true with special grace."

If I had a question and emailed him at night or on the weekend, expecting to hear from him the next day or on Monday, Zi was continually surprised and pleased to hear from him that night or over the weekend. Honestly, George seems to work 24/7 for his clients - always with expertise, professionalism, courtesy and patience. He made the tough challenge of getting a loan a smooth sail on gentle waters and warm, favorable winds."
