Within an hour of first contact, I was given assurance that they could work with me on my new home loan. Within a day I had a letter of approval to show the seller and put the house I wanted under contract. Will and his crew were with me every step of the way explaining and helping me as a first time home buyer. I called several other loan companies (including my bank) and was greeted with very little enthusiasm... and call-backs almost a week later. When I spoke with Will for the first time, his enthusiasm was infectious. The loan approval process was very smooth and stress-free. I'm very grateful to have fallen into the right hands... thank you!"

"My wife and I have worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and were very satisfied with our experience. We then went to refinance our current mortgage earlier this year we had a terrible experience ...My wife and I have worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and were very satisfied with our experience. We then went to refinance our current mortgage earlier this year we had a terrible experience with the loan officers we were put in touch with and wasted 3 months with nothing positive coming out of it. When RM contacted us again to refinance our loan, I told them I wasn't interested in working with them and they asked that we give them one more opportunity and they would put us in contact with a loan officer that specializes in self-employed. Josh came into the picture and I immediately explained my lack of confidence in RM. He proved me wrong! Josh did a very good job to follow up with me, understood the process and how to handle different situations as they arose, and helped us get through everything getting our loan closed this time. Although I think RM has work to do prior to soliciting current clients, Josh was excellent and a pleasure to work with. If i was going to apply for another loan I would deffinately prefer to work with Josh. Thank Josh"

With that being said, from the very first contact, William was the absolute best! During the whole loan process, not only did he communicate with me online, but would make a call to see if I had any questions or concerns with encouragement to contact him if any came up that I didn't think of at that time. Not one time did I ever feel rushed or that ANY of my questions weren't significant. I feel he was very patient and went above and beyond to get my loan to the next level in a timely manner all while working diligently to make sure that it was a pleasant experience for me. I would and have recommended Rocket Mortgage to others and if they happen to get William as a part of their loan team, they should consider that a bonus. My wife and I were actively looking to buy a house in a very competitive market where hot houses at best lasted 2 or 3 days on the market and required either cash offer or pre-approval. Jae quickly helped us get pre-approved so that we could move if the right opportunity came up. Sure enough within a few weeks we had the opportunity to put in an offer on our dream home. The buyer accepted our offer on the condition that we meet a very tight closing timeline. Not only did we meet the closing time line, but because of the hard work of Jae and her underwriting team, we were able to close a week earlier then scheduled. Thanks Jae!!"

When my initial agent found he had insufficient experience for my unique case he passed my account over to Glenn Jackson. Mr. Jackson did everything in his power to get my loan through. He had to go through many different options, several different supervisors, and a lot of inventive angles to accomplish the goal. I was not always kind, as my frustration grew with repeated road blocks, but he was patient and worked with me to get past them. Eventually we were able to close the loan. It was team work and he shouldered a lions share. Rocket mortgage is lucky to have such a dedicated employee and I am glad that he was assigned to my case."

"My wife and I were initially reluctant to try Rocket Mortgage, especially since we already have a relationship with Citibank and have gone through them before for a prior mortgage, however, we were ...My wife and I were initially reluctant to try Rocket Mortgage, especially since we already have a relationship with Citibank and have gone through them before for a prior mortgage, however, we were glad we choose Rocket Mortgage. Honestly, Josh was the one who made the process extremely easy for us (but to be fair the rest of the staff were great too, Josh was simply extra helpful) to the point that we thought this was a scam because it was to good to be true. While we had a hiccup with the initial mortgage (property failed inspection), Josh was there to help us through it all and explain the next steps and set expectations. He even went out of his way to take calls after hours just to help us out as quickly as he could. Considering that our case might have been unusual (or maybe not) since we went through two properties until we found the right home, we were lucky to have Josh in our corner throughout it all. Additionally, the Rocket Mortgage process in general is light years ahead of other banks (at least compared to our past experience with Chase and Citibank), all of the paperwork is submitted electronically (I mean Citibank... seriously... a fax machine...) and the Rocket Mortgage website/app added additional ease to the entire process. At any rate, if you are lucky enough to have him as your representative, rest assured, he will help you through it all. Think of Josh as your Parisian tour guide, he knows it all and is there to make sure you do not get lost."
