I was moved to tears, literally, by his ability to help my husband and I refinance our mortgage and consolidate our debt. Today has been what I call "a God thing" kind of day. It has been a rough three years that began before we actually closed on the house. I'm finally getting that "new to me, let's make this our nest" kind of feeling. I sincerely can't thank James enough. He didn't give up on us. He didn't make it hard. He brought happy tears! If you have an employee recognition program, James certainly deserves to be recognized. I had a bit of tough luck in the beginning - - - I would put...Toby was the first to respond to my Rocket Mortgage online inquiry about obtaining a pre-approval letter to utilize during my home search. I had a bit of tough luck in the beginning - - - I would put an offer in on a house but quickly lose it to an all-cash buyer (this happened 3 times). Needless to say, this was very frustrating, but Toby was always checking in to see how the search was coming along. Additionally, his positive attitude and sense of humor always lifted my spirits and made me want to continue to look for my perfect home. When I finally found "the one", I put an offer in. The seller's realtor had some concerns about about accepting my offer, however, Toby went above and beyond and was instantly working with my realtor and writing a personalized approval letter to show the seller's agent that I was a qualified buyer. I truly believe I would have lost this house to another offer had Toby not gone out of his way to do this for me. Toby is great at what he does. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and he has an awesome accent! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!"
