From beginning to end i had a lot of Questions and concerns and am sure i wasn't always a pleasure to work with.On many occasions after speaking with a agent from Rocket Mortgage i new no more after i hung up than i did before i called since closing i received a letter stating freddie max purchased my loan reading my letter stating this.As usual i misunderstood several things. Picking up the phone i got a Gentleman by the name of Stefan Stojanovic the pour soul that got to listAen to john.fter calming me done he proceeded to answer my Question and concerns like no other person i have ever work with. If i could have worked with this man from beginning to end i promise your telephone/personnel dept/and any and all expenses would have been slashed to a minimally. Expence That is unknow to this company. This man speaks with a tone that i have rarely heard his knowledge to every Question i ask was Explained with me having no doubt that this man was on top of the game.advise is something i usually am giving.Generally i am The one one explaining things And interrupting. If given the opportunity. I would love to speak with and then prove to upper management that Stefan Stojanovic should hold a position in upper management. I know your thinking who am i to think that i have this knowledge. believe what i am saying.if any of you at Rocket Mortgage would like to know just why i believe that i pocess this knowledge. I would be happy to give names and numbers to verify that you should listen.thank you everyone for this opportunity to work with/ if you listen\ the greatest mortgage company ever. He answered all questions I had and amazed me at the speed of obtaining a rocket loan. In fact, the whole team gets a 'hat's off'. I had already submitted a loan application from my bank of many years. At the last moment on a Sunday, I called and he was able to get me a rate 1.1% lower. WOW! I contact several other lenders and Rocket Mortgage blew their doors off. 4 hours later I was approved and 1 month later the process was complete. Easy and fast. Thank you Patrick and all others. "Sumer was a very pleasant person to work with as we walked through the refinance of my existing 30 mortgage into a lower interest 15 year mortage. We were dealt a curve ball when our house didn't ...Sumer was a very pleasant person to work with as we walked through the refinance of my existing 30 mortgage into a lower interest 15 year mortage. We were dealt a curve ball when our house didn't appraise at the required value to roll both our primary and our LOC into one shorter term mortgage. Though I wasn't pleasant to deal with after receiving this news, she maintained her composure and really worked hard to find a package that would help at least lower our interest rate on the primary and shorten the term, thus saving us a considerable amount of money over the life of the loan. Throughout the process Sumer provided me with a couple of options to consider and was very thorough in walking me through how these options would roll themselves out over time. She was a very professional and pleasant person to deal with and I appreciate her willingness to look past my frustration and push forward in such a way that I honestly could see the value in the process of refinancing. We are already seeing a rapid reduction in our principle balance."

Since my home was mortgaged thru Rocket Mortgage he called just to see if i needed any help during the pandemic. From there he took care of everything.
