This put Kassem in the position of having to educate us on procedures and and the language of the business end of the process. He was patient and kind and never made us feel stupid. The only thing that I would change is there could have been a smoother transition once his part was done. I had developed a working relationship with Kassem but all of a sudden I had to deal with another person that I hadn't worked with and my calls didn't go to him. I feel like the transition would have been better if we had known in advance that we would be dealing with someone else as things progressed."
