We went over all info and docs necessary to close on Dec 15, 2025. I closed on Dec 30, 2025 faster than I ever imagined possible!!! "I first "met" Doug last month when my wife and I came across a house we loved and we needed to move quickly. I applied for a mortgage online and literally 5 seconds after I hit submit my phone rang ...I first "met" Doug last month when my wife and I came across a house we loved and we needed to move quickly. I applied for a mortgage online and literally 5 seconds after I hit submit my phone rang and a employee said "please hold for Doug." I explained to Doug what I was looking for and he immediately began assisting me with the process. We talked multiple times that day and subsequent days. The sellers were entertaining another offer and Doug took it upon himself to call the sellers to ensure them that my financing was rock solid, I mean who does this! During the process Doug was by far the most attentive and responsive mortgage consultant I have ever dealt with. He stayed abreast of the process the entire time and made me feel at ease. If I could give more then 5 stars I would, he was awesome."

He was able to be reach and kept be up to date in the process of completing the refinance process. He went over and beyond especially with M V Realty and how they mislead me in using them as my realtor if I ever decided to sale my house and they even put a lend on my house. Made me think twice and very caution in the future of realtor companies. The quick scheme they use and quick money they offered. I'm thinking give them a chance if I ever decide to sell my home and the representative, they sent was so nice and she couldn't be reach after I heard they had a lend on my house. Especially when i never heard of M V Realtor company, so heads up to everybody be careful who you put your trust in especially when it comes to selling your home. They took advantage of me and please read documents careful before signing them and because they seem so genuine. But Matt was the man that kept me in the loop and again he went over and beyond especially when M V Realtor company couldn't be reach by phone. It was so stressful dealing with M V Realty. So i recommend Matt to everyone. Thanks again Matt"

We had discussed a consolidation of our first and ...When our efforts to refinance our first mortgage fell through due to incompetence on the lender as a whole, I contacted John at Rocket Mortgage. We had discussed a consolidation of our first and second with him earlier but due to some mitigating circumstances that wasn't going to happen. Where as our last attempt with that "other" lender took 4 months of our time before finally telling us that it would be best if we withdraw our loan and start again in 45 days, John had our refinance closed in 3 weeks!! He didn't do anything different that the other but he sure as hell did it better!! Anytime someone asks me about mortgage loans, I will send them John's way. And, a huge plus, I am a Michigander at heart and a Lions fan. So nice to deal with someone back home who likes the Lions too!!"
