My families finances are not at all cookie cutter (retired with commercial partnership property holdings) - Shane was quick to grasp this, always maintained a can do attitude after screening, and determined to find a way to make the loan happen, not the opposite. As he put it, it was a complex set of circumstances, yet he and his Rocket team did just that...made it happen. He walked us through every line of our loan terms & he made it make sense!! We absolutely loved him!! Corey genuinely wanted to help us & he accomplished that & so much more. He made our dreams of home ownership a reality & we could not be more grateful. We plan on refinancing in the future with him & I’ve already referred two family members to him that are hoping to buy soon. I couldn’t recommend Corey more. Low and behold, Tim ...Tim is awesome!! Eric and I were already approved by another lender, and on a whim, we called Rocket Mortgage to be sure we had an excellent rate with the company we were with. Low and behold, Tim gave us an incredible deal that the other company couldn't match. Not only was our deal much better, the entire loan process moved so much quicker with him. We looked at the house for the first time, made an offer, and got keys in hand in just 2 weeks. We are so happy with the deal we have, and we love our very first home. Tim made this entire process so fun and easy, and he was quick to respond to everything, and answer every question with verified knowledge. Plus, his personality can't be beat, he was just as excited for us as we were. Not only that, he made sure that every part of the deal was what we wanted, and he made sure to look for the best viable options for us too. That says a lot about his character. I'd recommend Tim anytime :)"
