There were times when he even called me on his personal time to help resolve issues and get things figured out, which really shows how dedicated he is to his clients. Throughout the entire home-buying process, Mark made everything feel so much easier. We not only discussed business matters but also had personal conversations that made working with him feel more like talking to a friend than a banker. This balance really helped reduce the stress of the process and made it an incredibly pleasant experience. It’s rare to find someone as genuine and thoughtful as Mark in the business world. Took the time to break down the process or payment questions that we had. This is not the first time we look into a loan process and many other agents left us hanging when they couldn't answer a question, but not Jose, he took the time to help us understand the process and when he didn't know something, he told us, and followed up after getting the needed answers. Highly recommend him and greatly appreciate his work. We will definitely be recommending him with friends and family. Thank you, Jose!"

We were dealing with a builder for project that was delayed and it caused several “bumps” that he and the Rocket team worked through expertly! Highly recommend Rocket Mortgage. The only “con” I can identify is that they rely on a “team” approach instead of one lead person and a possible assistant. The “team” added confusion as one issue caused five different people to call and ask the same question, until I got upset. Then they got everything straightened out. But I have been a loyal customer since they were known as “Quicken” and will remain so as they are very reliable and are on top of my mortgage and they don’t sell it."
