He walked me through every step, explained the options (including FHA and conventional) really clearly, answered all my questions right away, and was always quick to respond. He genuinely cared about my situation, stayed honest about rates and fees with no hidden stuff, and pushed to get me the best possible deal. Compared to a couple other lenders I checked out, Mohd was by far the most helpful and transparent. Got approved faster than I expected and felt confident the whole time. If you’re looking for a solid mortgage guy who actually looks out for you, go with him - 100%! Thanks again, man."

"Jared Hill has decided to look in Stillwell OK. Because it is over an hour away, it is hard to get permission from the agents to show them. Most of them he finds are on Zillow or Realtor.com. They do not give agent phone numbers just fill out a form and ask for information. I have emailed all week no answers. I talked to Michelle at Coldwell Banker and asked her to see if she could refer him to an agent near there like in Talequah. The if he comes back this direction I would be happy to assist him again. But I have emailed the agent on 2 of the ones he wanted to see from Centry 21 and no answers. I did have a phone number and email for that angent. He did not return calls or emails. So I think he would get better service there if he were with a local realtor. Sherry"
