Sean and I have been ...My name is Liz Cotner and I am writing this note on behalf of both myself and my husband, Sean Cotner. Chelsea Hawley is our current Senior Banker with Rocket Mortgage. Sean and I have been customers of Rocket Mortgage for multiple years. I recently accepted an HR Executive role in Grand Rapids, Michigan, relocating our family from Sarasota Florida to Grand Rapids. When I first connected with Chelsea a week ago, I immediately felt at ease with her friendly, positive and proactive professionalism. Chelsea listened to my over the top animated story about how thrilled I was to be coming home to Michigan and engaged immediately in the interactive process to help us. Chelsea has not only turned all paperwork around in less than 24 hours, she took our call this past Sunday, September 24th while she was driving to spread her Aunt's ashes. She then called us back after she spread her Aunt's ashes at 7pm, on a Sunday night. Then, yesterday, Monday, September 25th, at 10:15pm took our call again as the seller accepted our offer. Chelsea could've been in bed, spending quality time with her husband and kids, yet she was helping us, over 1,000 miles away, secure our dream home in Rockford, Michigan. None and I mean NONE of this would've been possible without Chelsea. She immediately connected with us first thing this morning to e-sign additional documents and has been in constant communication with us and our realtor."

Not only that, he is hilarious, assimilates to your personality, can explain things in myriad ways for understanding, and made me felt as if we have been friends for years. He had my back for the entire loan process and proved that he still has it, even after the fact. He never spammed or solicited for a review like some of the other agents at Rocket Mortgage did, but in fact, I requested a link to leave him this review because his customer service and professionalism deserve to be publicly appreciated.
