He went above and beyond, promptly returning my calls and emails, a level of responsiveness I've rarely encountered in this industry. I've had experiences with other Rocket Mortgage bankers and other lenders but Kevin's professionalism and expertise truly set him apart. I wish he was licensed in every state. I would never use another person again. Kevin's dedication is evident in his ability to make even his associates seem like amateurs in comparison. In a time of high mortgage rates, Kevin managed to secure me a great deal, showcasing his skill in navigating challenging market conditions. I have never ever delt with anyone like her over the phone or in person. She for sure needs to get a raise for what she does dealing with people. Who ever her boss is they need to take her out to lunch or a big beautiful dinner she so deserves iti can't say enough about her. If she had an office here I would go and give her a big hug and tell her that I so much appreciated everything she did."
