At the start Dallas gave us her full attention to understand what we needed and was able to get us the lowest possible interest rate pre-approved for maximum possible period locked-in interest rate even with unexpected circumstances of delayed closing process and etc. Dallas is very efficient at what she does. Once the required loan documents were uploaded, Dallas coordinated with underwriters and title company to close the mortgage loan for a final approval within a month. Now after one year, to convert our primary loan to investment property loan, she is helping us again and this time, we are confident she can close refinance within a month. We appreciate her so much! Thank you so much."

The representative, David Alton who made first contact was extremely helpful with information and recommendations about what would work best for us as we worked through the process. Once again, Rocket Mortgage company did an efficient job of gathering information through online service. But, equally important was the personal, informed, professional one-on-one help from David Alton. A great company needs great people. Rocket Mortgage has one with David Alton. I referred my daughter to him as well for a mortgage refinance and he has been kind enough to walk her through some options as well."

When the rate recently dropped I spoke with Arif Caushaj about refinancing my mortgage. He explained how I could also take advantage of the increased equity in my home and eliminate several home improvement loans I'm paying off. It was the right time for me to do this and I began the application process. Arif was there from beginning to end made sure I was kept aware of how it was proceeding. Amazingly, I was able to close in a little over three weeks. I can't believe how quickly and painlessly this was accomplished. My sincere thanks to Arif for all his hard work to make this happen."

"Gary wanted to do this for us , to get our nest egg back, the one we had for a long time but three adult children needed help from time to time and we used our egg to help them get one...no regrets, ...Gary wanted to do this for us , to get our nest egg back, the one we had for a long time but three adult children needed help from time to time and we used our egg to help them get one...no regrets, but we have a tremdous amount of equity in our home and taking some out to put in our egg basket again was a nice thing to do..it has not created any extra burden cause we put the lion share into savings and paid off the last few years on our car contract, and had the car checked and reset back to almost like new again, this payoff saved us enough to replace it with the new equity loan payment, so we traded a car with no more montly pay to a nest egg monthly pay for less per month. actually taking some of that off our bills...So it all has worked out and if something should arise we have an egg to help us again...Gary just turned 80 this month. and he wanted to make sure if he had to leave, i would have funds available for me with no worres. 57 yrs. together, he has always dotted his eyes. and crossed his tees...Rocket made this a honest clean way for us to feel better about where we are in todays world. "The greatest compliment I can give Keira is that she always was there for us and was a woman of her word. If she said something was going to happen (email, phone call, paperwork, etc.) it happened and...The greatest compliment I can give Keira is that she always was there for us and was a woman of her word. If she said something was going to happen (email, phone call, paperwork, etc.) it happened and almost on or before the deadline. She represents Rocket Mortgage with integrity and has a work ethic that is second to none. Our first contact with Rocket Mortgage was to simply inquire about a loan and to see if Rocket Mortgage could help us. We had talked to 5 banks locally and without doing anything other than having a brief phone conversation with me, told me there would be no way they would make a loan or that it would be conditional on us selling our previous home. Keira and I talked for about 10 minutes she asked me to apply and see what could be done. After we went through the initial application and she told she would see what was available and call me back later that afternoon at a set time. She did just that and took the time to explain the type of loan, the process that Rocket Mortgage would follow and how to set up our Rocket Mortgage.com account so that we could file all the required paper work. I spent the better part of an hour on the phone with her and she answered every question and addressed every concern I had. It was like that every time we talked, if there was a need for a return phone call, she would say can I call about (insert time) and every time she called back usually before the time she told me. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Keira and share my experiences with them. "
