Years prior to this purchase, I went through the devastating experience of foreclosure and the circumstances surrounding mine were equally heartbreaking. My fiancé as a small business owner had a variety of credit issues that when added to mine made our home buying process much more difficult. So much so that even our own bank that we dealt with denied our loan far in the underwriting process. Our realtor asked us to trust her as she recommended Leigh. We were weary from frustration and disappointment, but I’m so glad we said yes! I was completely overwhelmed yesterday with gratitude and relief that God really did restore everything I lost. Anyone I know who needs a loan, I’m sending them her way! ☺️"

We were talking to multiple loan providers including Bank of America, but Rocket Mortgage and especially Wyatt stood out to us. We got better information, considerations and attention from Wyatt than any of the other lenders we talked to. On top of all that, Wyatt was personable, funny and thoughtful. I felt like I was talking to a real person and not someone reading a script or following stale guidelines. We learned a lot from him and would highly recommend!"
