First, I have a background in banking/lending/mortgage and am currently in the insurance business representing one of the largest insurance companies and I make customer service my #1 priority and I expect the very same. Corban knocked it out of the ballpark. He is professional and his follow up was impeccable from day1 to close. The level of confidence he left me with was something to can't get anymore. I highly recommend him and Rocket Mortgage. Today, really put it over the top when I had a thank you gift delivered that was so lovely and personable. I will certainly be sending referrals and when these nasty rates come down, I feel certain Corban will be contacting me to do a refrefinance because he cares. Thank you again Corban!"
