Julie worked through countless scenarios with us so we could see the full picture and make thoughtful, confident decisions without feeling pressured. Even though the process moved impressively fast, it never felt rushed...just well supported every step of the way. Her entire team is fantastically organized, responsive, kind, and clearly experts at what they do. The whole experience felt calm, thoughtful, and human, which , truthfully, is not something we expected to say about buying a home. We got the same initial promised rates and terms at closing and not the typical bait and switch tactics that some other companies use.
