"Service was quick and simple the only thing I have to complain about is Thursday evening I set my closing date the ext morning at 8 0 1 am my phone started ringing constantly with other mortgage ...Service was quick and simple the only thing I have to complain about is Thursday evening I set my closing date the ext morning at 8 0 1 am my phone started ringing constantly with other mortgage lenders the count to date is 87 calls through the week stopped counting Friday afternoon for not sharing info this is ridiculous had to turn the ringer off for a week due to the calls .am hoping this circus is over"

I had been turned down a few times by other lenders. She went way above and beyond, it seemed no obstacle could stop her. And she did it! I actually do wonder sometimes if it was divine intervention, as many things were working against us. I am extremely happy now, I am helping stray dogs and cats and trying to be a positive role model for the kids in the neighborhood. I can do a lot of good for the community in a way I could not have done if not for Michelle. She is a wonderful human and I deeply am so grateful for her being there. If not for her I doubt I would be living in this house."

During the process, our application was mishandled and we fell behind. We decided to look elsewhere and ended up finding out about Rocket Mortgage. Gary was assigned to us and, considering our timeline and situation, went above and beyond to not only get us caught back up in our home purchase, but also paid attention to many fine details that he was able to foresee with his expertise. He kept a check on things for us even through processing and close. Thanks to Gary, all of the home buying stress we had went away and we were able to close on time! Can't say enough great things about how well Gary was to work with. My family and I greatly appreciate all he did to get us into our new home."

Every question I had through text messages and emails, Ray Hammoud was there from start to finish. At one point, I stopped looking at houses, but he made sure I knew that when I found my home, he would be there to guide me through the process. Overall, my home loan experience went well, even though at times it was a little overwhelming. Like I said, Ray Hammoud always made sure I understood each step along the way. Thank you so much, Ray, for your patience, communication, and support. I’m big on customer service, and because of the experience I had, I will absolutely be referring Rocket Mortgage to future homebuyers.
