Anytime I had a question or left a message, he got back to me quickly, which made a huge difference and gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and clearly knows his stuff. He moved everything along efficiently and kept things on track without any unnecessary delays. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in doing things the right way. As someone in the real estate industry, I work with a lot of professionals and Nick stands out. She was very respectful and knowledgeable about helping me get into a better financial situation without feeling like I'm drowning in debt because of life situations that happen. She genuinely cares about helping customers regain financial stability and bettering the quality of my life with a reassurance of what this company is providing for me. I'm not a technological person and she was there helping me every step of the way being patient with me. I literally was barely making it with bills after hitting a cow with my truck, and now I'm able to get another one, consolidate high interest loans and do some maintenance repairs on my house at the same time, and put money in my savings. Thank you Kazi, your a lifesaver and Rocket Mortgage is definitely helping me get my life back in order."

He was a wealth of knowledge in mortgage banking. We had our home in a trust which made the sending the proceeds to my checking account difficult. Banks do not put two trusts to a joint account, so my money was in limbo. Mike navigated through the problem by having the sales title company transfer the money to our buying title company. This made the transaction seamless."
