I received multiple pre-approvals from different lenders, and I initially chose to go with a local lender, from the advice of my real estate agent. About mid way through the loan approval process, the lender decided they weren't able to approve my loan. I contacted David right away and he was able to pick up where my other lender left off and push my loan through quickly. In fact, he was able to get me to settlement in about 3 weeks! My real estate agent was very impressed with Rocket Mortgage, she has now added them to her list of trusted and verified lenders!"
