When the rate recently dropped I spoke with Arif Caushaj about refinancing my mortgage. He explained how I could also take advantage of the increased equity in my home and eliminate several home improvement loans I'm paying off. It was the right time for me to do this and I began the application process. Arif was there from beginning to end made sure I was kept aware of how it was proceeding. Amazingly, I was able to close in a little over three weeks. I can't believe how quickly and painlessly this was accomplished. My sincere thanks to Arif for all his hard work to make this happen."

If she said something was going to happen (email, phone call, paperwork, etc.) it happened and almost on or before the deadline. She represents Rocket Mortgage with integrity and has a work ethic that is second to none. Our first contact with Rocket Mortgage was to simply inquire about a loan and to see if Rocket Mortgage could help us. We had talked to 5 banks locally and without doing anything other than having a brief phone conversation with me, told me there would be no way they would make a loan or that it would be conditional on us selling our previous home. Keira and I talked for about 10 minutes she asked me to apply and see what could be done. After we went through the initial application and she told she would see what was available and call me back later that afternoon at a set time. She did just that and took the time to explain the type of loan, the process that Rocket Mortgage would follow and how to set up our Rocket Mortgage.com account so that we could file all the required paper work. I spent the better part of an hour on the phone with her and she answered every question and addressed every concern I had. It was like that every time we talked, if there was a need for a return phone call, she would say can I call about (insert time) and every time she called back usually before the time she told me. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Keira and share my experiences with them. "

Sourov meant business, but took it personally. I have never had a more pleasant, easy and seamless transaction such as my 2nd mortgage with Sourov. Every phone call, he not only had the time and the answer, but the detailed knowledge to dig deep and give me full meaningful answers. Beyond the professional role that Jake provides, he became the human component in a massive corporation that took an interest in our lives and situation to move us seamlessly through the process.
