Manisha has the perfect balance of soft and hard skills. As we all know buying a home is stressful and throughout our loan approval process Manisha was quick to follow up and communicate, she went out of her way on evenings, weekends, and even calling me on a holiday; talk about going above and beyond! Her warm sincere personality and sound knowledge really lowered our anxiety throughout the approval process. Manisha made us feel like we had that family friend on the inside. Throughout the process he was very knowledgeable and was able to adjust to our style of communication. Ryan helped us as first time home buyers really understand the process and what all of our numbers meant, and get a realistic view of our financial picture and what we could afford. When challenges came up specifically with the buildings appraised rental income Ryan was able to think creatively alongside us to see the vision of the property and helped us navigate the many little ways we could get our debt to income to where it needed to be. Through the whole process Ryan was in our corner and really was a huge part of why we were able to make this challenging deal go through. I would highly recommend to seasoned investors and first time home buyers alike for his vision and knowledge."

I was pleasantly surprised when I first talked with Zach regarding a loan approval. He was very reassuring and so great to work with. We received loan approval quickly. The house hunting process began. When we found a house the process was quickly put into play. I received updates on my rocket account and followed through with all that was requested (Zach had told me that was an important part of the process). If I had a crisis in the house search, I would call and Zach responded at once, no waiting for more approvals from committees. Zach was professional, knowledgeable, kind and always courteous. Having a good loan officer handle the loan application is so important and I feel Zachary is that kind of loan officer."
