He was...I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to John Meyer at Rocket Mortgage for helping my mom through her refinance. From the very beginning, John was nothing short of incredible. He was approachable, kind, patient, and genuinely caring during what was an extremely stressful time for our family. Whenever I felt overwhelmed or confused—especially when dealing with complicated terms related to probate—John was always there with a calm, problem-solving attitude. He took the time to explain things in a way that made sense, never made us feel rushed, and was incredibly responsive whenever we needed help. It truly felt like he cared about helping us find solutions, not just completing a transaction. What stood out the most was his humanity. John went above and beyond in every way, and his support meant more to us than he probably realizes. People like him give me hope in how business can and should be done—with heart, integrity, and compassion. Because of this experience, there is absolutely no question where I will go when it’s my turn to buy a home. I wouldn’t even consider another company. She was very respectful and knowledgeable about ...This woman was very patient with me, I answered the phone and was kind of rude because of all the phone calls I was getting from other loan companies. She was very respectful and knowledgeable about helping me get into a better financial situation without feeling like I'm drowning in debt because of life situations that happen. She genuinely cares about helping customers regain financial stability and bettering the quality of my life with a reassurance of what this company is providing for me. I'm not a technological person and she was there helping me every step of the way being patient with me. I literally was barely making it with bills after hitting a cow with my truck, and now I'm able to get another one, consolidate high interest loans and do some maintenance repairs on my house at the same time, and put money in my savings. Thank you Kazi, your a lifesaver and Rocket Mortgage is definitely helping me get my life back in order."

Took the time to break down the process or payment questions that we had. This is not the first time we look into a loan process and many other agents left us hanging when they couldn't answer a question, but not Jose, he took the time to help us understand the process and when he didn't know something, he told us, and followed up after getting the needed answers. Highly recommend him and greatly appreciate his work. We will definitely be recommending him with friends and family. Thank you, Jose!"

He is definitely an asset to your company. His attitude along with his knowledge and personality made it very difficult to decline our offer; The bar has been set very high and has not been matched.
